If they wanted to be truly informative, they could add full-colour photographs of mastectomies and phalloplasties, with vintage photographs of Chinese women's mutillated feet for historical/political context.

Oh my word, it really is very frightening. The propaganda is just everywhere, and it’s hiding in plain sight. As you say, after Savile especially, you would think there would be mainstream outrage, but those of us who see are just reviled when we point it out.

Corporate "donations" are the lifeblood of museums. So if Big Pharma can write up puberty-blocking agents and elective surgeries on children as "scientific", they will attempt to.
