I didn’t find the first episode particularly funny but persevered and watched second and started to enjoy characters and find it funny, it’s not immediate gratification by any means but that’s a good thing.
Aw, I LOVED The Walshes. It was a total delight. Warm, touching, real, utterly hilarious. Why was it so cruelly ripped away from us far too soon but Love Island never seems to be off the damn screen?? Sigh.
Human frailty, characters we all recognise, and the phonetic pronunciation of benign, hilarious but maybe I’ve just got a aberrant sense of humour!
