Tempted to choose Dr Pizza (I read an in depth story a while back abt what he'd been up to and then instantly wished for a lobotomy). However, I'm going with the Bearded Men of Twitter. While the other choices are pedos, pervs and TIMs--so their motives are self-explanatory, the Beardo's appear to disregard the rights/safety of women and children purely for the sport of it.
