John Amaechi and Jon Ronson, how can you condone this?

So today another know-nothing blue tick wandered into the debate, and started blocking any woman who poked holes in his crappy takes. One asked if ‘Ruby’, the paedophile pictured above, recently arrested in Toronto, was a man or a woman. Instant block.

If John is so sure of his position, why not simply answer the question? After all. CTV News Toronto says it’s a woman, so what’s stopping John from answering?

I would argue it’s the same thing that stopped Jon Ronson answering when I asked him to name the sex of these ‘lesbians’ on the dating app ‘Her’. Pure embarrassment. Jon and John are united in that they’re perfectly happy to cast the women objecting to this ideology as bigots—or at best, stand idly by while those accusations are levelled—but not so happy when confronted with the consequences of their virtue signalling.

So here’s my question to John and Jon.

How can you condone this?

Not the assault, I know you wouldn’t condone the assault. Although Amaechi calling Helen Staniland ‘vile’ for asking a question that is absolutely central to safeguarding does give one pause.

How can you defend this appalling crime being pinned on women?

Jon (Ronson), you’re a journalist. How can you claim to tell the truth, when you participate in such a harmful, deranging lie? How can anyone trust you?

John (Amaechi), you’re a psychologist. Have you any idea how frightening it is for women at the moment? Their words are being stolen, their reality is being appropriated, often in the most insulting, degrading ways, their safe spaces are being invaded, and now they have to endure being told that the man in the photograph above—a man who sexually assaulted a child — is a woman, and that this is a woman’s crime.

What is wrong with you both? Have you no empathy? Have you no pride in your professions?

How do your mothers feel about having this male crime pinned on them?
