Yes that really stood out for me too: the certificate that is supposed to tell the world about the new gender is something that the world can't ask to see. Through the Looking Glass stuff.

Yep, it's an offence, EVEN TO ASK FOR A GRC, it's insanity! And no one knows about it, we have to get it into the media somehow!
