I remember Lynn Barber did one of her Sunday profiles on him in The Independent years ago and her saying that his transgenderism was more complicated than usual because his entailed him being a lesbian. Yeah right. In other words a hetero bulshitter milking the then notoriety which being 'trans' afforded him back then. It worked wonders for his career, at any rate. But he pulled in and out of his trans identity as it suited. I hate what guys like him are doing to us. And all the trilling women fawning and scraping at their feet should be ashamed of themselves.
So, he acknowledged that the three 13 year-old girls who "followed and harassed" him screamed and ran away when he "confronted" them, yet they're still the bad guys? Does anyone here feel that he WASN'T being disingenuous about who felt intimidated by whom?

There are plenty of men in the world who adore themselves, so I tend not to bother with them once I catch a glimpse of that look. Aside from that, I never really thought much about him, and actually had to look up who he was when I saw him on Hannibal. I knew he looked familiar but couldn't place him.
One of the few things I DID like about him, when I read up on him after seeing him on Hannibal, was that he was resolutely gender non conforming. Being a man in "women's" clothes does indeed take a bit of balls.
