We have written much and often about dodgy offshore gender clinic, GenderGP, and the couple, Michael and Helen Webberley, who set it up. In 2017, two years after it first opened, it was discovered that GenderGP was operating without a licence. Helen Webberley was suspended by the General Medical Council, pending an investigation into her conduct. In December 2018 she was found guilty of providing healthcare services illegally and fined £12,000.
Helen and Michael Webberley then moved their clinic to Spain and GenderGP remained in business, operating online and offshore. It was later acquired by Harland International (a company about which little is known other than it was registered in Hong Kong in 2018) but Helen Webberley remains heavily involved in its operation.
In December 2020, The Times reported on GenderGP’s determination to continue prescribing hormones to minors despite a High Court ruling that under 16s are unlikely to be able to fully consent to this experimental treatment.
In February 2021, The Telegraph discovered that GenderGP was supplying cross-sex hormones to minors without their parents’ consent or even knowledge and after only cursory consultation.
An undercover reporter posed as a 15-year-old girl and had only three Skype appointments with GenderGP staff before being prescribed a four-month supply of testosterone. GenderGP Staff did not request any parental consent or involvement. A single email from the (fictional) girl’s 20-year-old half-brother, confirming that he would pay for her treatment, was the only contact with an adult they required.
In the Spring of 2022 Michael Webberley was the focus of a medical tribunal. He faced 89 separate charges spanning the period between February 2017 and June 2019. These charges concerned 18 patients for whom he provided androgen treatment and seven transgender patients to whom he prescribed puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones.
In May 2022 The Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS) ruled that Webberley’s actions were ‘fundamentally incompatible with being a doctor’ and amounted to ‘serious misconduct’. The tribunal found that Webberley’s behaviour was ‘outside the limits of his expertise’ and he was without the requisite qualifications and training. (He was a gastroenterologist.) It handed down its most severe sanction, erasing him from the medical register.
With regard to the transgender patients, the tribunal found that in all seven cases, Webberley had provided treatment which was not clinically indicated and/or that treatment had been prescribed without sufficient examination or assessment. He had diagnosed gender dysphoria based on inadequate information and he had failed to gain informed consent from the patients concerned.
One of the patients discussed by the tribunal, for example, was a nine-year-old girl to whom Webberley had prescribed puberty blockers after a 20 minute Skype call with the family during which he spoke to the girl for only ten minutes. The tribunal was struck that Webberley’s first email response to the girl’s parents “Appeared to anticipate puberty blocker treatment before he could possibly have known that a diagnosis of gender dysphoria was appropriate”.
All seven of the transgender patients in question were treated through GenderGP.
Even in light of recent events - the scandal of the WPATH Files and the NHS announcement that it will no longer prescribe puberty blockers to minors - GenderGP is determined to medicalise vulnerable children. In a statement issued on 15th March, Helen Webberley proudly proclaimed, “We stand with WPATH”. Despite the ever burgeoning evidence that puberty blockers can have long-term and serious side effects, she had the nerve to insist, “The current NHS view is not in line with the true specialists from across the world”.
And just when we thought GenderGP could not sink any lower, we are proved wrong.
Earlier this week, The Times ran a story that GenderGP accepted a substantial donation from a so-called American ‘sugar daddy’ who paid a young crossing-dressing male in the UK to roleplay as ‘a submissive girl’ online for him.
F1nn5ter is a 23-year-old internet celebrity. As a young teen, he began posting online videos about the computer game, Minecraft.
In 2020, originally intended as just a one-off prank, he appeared online in female clothing. One of his female friends, a fan of ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ had, apparently, persuaded him to let her dress him up and do his make-up etc. What began as a laugh marked a turning point in F1nn5ster’s career. His cross-dressing attracted a lot of attention and he was strongly encouraged by his new online audience to continue in his e-girl persona, ‘Rose’, receiving substantial donations to do so. He now cross-dresses full-time and has around half a million online followers.
F1nn5ter now has an Only Fans channel hosting adult content which is reported to earn $250,00 a month. He can also be found on Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Discord and X (formerly Twitter).
According to The Times, one of F1nn5ter’s subscribers is a middle-aged American man who goes by the online handle ‘Tenmuses’. The paper reported that this anonymous ‘sugar daddy’ paid F1nn5ter thousands of pounds to undergo laser hair removal, wear an outfit with the words ‘Daddy’s princess’ written on it and sit in a child’s chair as a punishment when he disobeyed commands.
Last year, when F1nn5ster told his subscribers that he would be donating $25,000 (around £20,000) to a ‘transgender organisation’, the anonymous American subscriber matched his donation. GenderGP later confirmed that it had been the recipient of these substantial cash gifts and posted on its website to say that F1n5ster and ‘one of his good friends’ had donated $50,000 to the clinic.
Obviously, as a private company, GenderGP cannot receive charitable donations or public funding. However, it can and does accept donations for a fund it set up to finance those patients who cannot afford to pay its fees for their ‘treatment’. The clinic clearly had no qualms about accepting cash from someone who earns his money playing a ‘femboy’ to create adult content on Only Fans nor from one of the middle aged men who pays him to do so.
But the story doesn’t end there.
Earlier this month, F1nn5ter announced to his followers that he has started taking cross-sex hormones and is ‘exploring his gender’. He says he stills feels ‘like a boy’ and uses he/him pronouns but also describes himself as ‘genderfluid’.
He shared a picture of his hand-written list of the ‘pros’ he envisaged for taking cross-sex hormones. His reasons include ‘will look prettier’ and ‘boobies??’.
He said that he could not think of any ‘cons’ of taking cross-sex hormones. Have the health risks involved (blood clots, migraines, autoimmune conditions, heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, osteoporosis, cancer…) not been communicated to him? Does he not understand how it might affect his future fertility and sexual function?
F1nn5ster did not discuss whether or not his hormone treatment is being prescribed by an NHS clinician or through a private gender clinic.
He explained that part of the reason he has chosen to take cross-sex hormones is because his online cross-dressing has resulted in “A lot of the ‘trans community popping into streams” and ‘interacting’ with him. Giggling, he said, “I learned a lot and some of it seemed a bit too interesting”.
A geeky teenage boy who made internet videos about computer games once appeared online in a dress for a laugh. He attracted huge amounts of attention, was encouraged to dress like a pornified Lolita full-time and then earned thousands of dollars doing so. A few years later he’s posing in lingerie and fetish gear on Only Fans, taking cross-sex hormones and donating substantial wedges of cash to medical charlatans.
This is the rotten cult of gender.
It's like an enchantment is cast on these young people. I can see the attraction in cross dressing if you can earn so much money by doing it, but to then be persuaded to make actual physical alterations to your body (it's the only one you have) is beyond sinister.
It's absolutely horrific! These men are making the world so much more dangerous for girls, using this boy to play out their fantasies of what they want teenage girls to be like. Can you imagine the reaction if a white person played at being a black slave for some perverted race fantasy? It's no different! But because girls and women are the losers here, it doesn't matter.
