He needs to grow up, get the mental health support he so obviously needs and then get a job that will pay for all those things he feels he needs. I know the health system in the US is different to that in the UK, but surely if he needs heart surgery (if they can find it), his insurance will cover that. As for thinking he is a woman, that might be cleared up through psychiatric care. Then we could all get on with out lives without this despicable creature. It must be painful to be as sad and as annoying as he is. I do feel sorry for him... Oh, that is that emotion dealt with.
