Monday 12th September - The “I’m Not An Expert” Witness
The court case brought by Mermaids against the LGB Alliance began in earnest this week. The brilliant Tribunal Tweets did a fantastic job of live tweeting proceedings for those on social media.
Paul Roberts OBE is the CEO of LGBT Consortium, an organisation which, according to its own website, is a “ national specialist infrastructure and membership organisation” which works to “build the resource, sustainability and resilience of LGBT+ groups, organisations and projects so that they can deliver direct services and campaign for individual rights”. Roberts was one of the witnesses giving evidence on behalf of Mermaids.
He implied that his organisation would exclude anyone who describes homosexuality and lesbianism as ‘same-sex attracted’ and feels that believing in same-sex attraction somehow denies trans people’s human rights.
Doubling down on his refusal to acknowledge that sexuality is based on sex, Roberts said that not accepting a female can be a gay man is transphobic.
“The view that someone with a female body attracted to men is a heterosexual woman, that is inconsistent with the values of your organisation?”
“Yes, that is inconsistent with our values.”
Moving on to questions about the failures of the Tavistock clinic and the medicalising of gender non-conforming children, Roberts insisted on several occasions that he is ‘not an expert’.
He couldn’t say whether or not gender reassignment surgeries are irreversible and could only ‘guess’ at the effect on a young person’s fertility of surgically removing their reproductive organs.
Furthermore, despite unequivocal assertions from former Tavistock staff that it does happen, Roberts denied that gay and lesbian children might be rushed into transition by homophobic parents.
He also refuted that a 4000% increase in referrals of children to the Tavistock should be a cause of concern for an LGB charity.
Roberts was asked about Dr David Bell whose concerns over the failures of the Tavistock are well documented. He responded that he vaguely recalled it but it’s not entirely his area. When asked about Sonia Appebly’s legal case he again responded that his recollection is vague and this is not his area of expertise.
He was equally hazy on the subject of the Cass Review, openly stating he’d read it only in brief and, later, that he’d only skim read it.
Just over a month ago, the organisation of which Paul Roberts is CEO co-signed a letter to the Health Research Authority which makes serious allegations about the Cass Review… the document which Roberts has only skim read in brief.
Tuesday 14th September - Saying The Quiet Part Loud
The case resumed in court on Tuesday with John Nicolson, the SNP Member of Parliament for Ochil and South Perthshire, as Mermaid’s first witness.
A journalist and a gay man, Nicolson should be expected to know what a lesbian is. Apparently not.
He adheres to the notion that a heterosexual male can a lesbian if he self-identifies as a woman and asserted that a lesbian is anyone who declares they are one.
In discussing self-ID legislation, Nicolson would not accept that allowing any male to identify as female would affect women-only spaces. He said that women’s fear of allowing predatory males to access single-sex spaces is ‘straight out of the Section 28 playbook’.
He also seems to think that, as men violate women’s boundaries anyway, this justifies making it even easier for them. Women’s concerns over male violence are ‘scaremongering’, ‘deeply offensive’ and a ‘transphobic dog whistle’, he claimed.
Nicolson also asserted that LGB Alliance concerns about the ‘transing’ of gender confused young girls means they are ‘obsessed with genitals’. He also admitted that he had not properly read the Cass Review.

Wednesday 14th September - The Clocks Are Striking 13 In Japan
REDUXX: A female-only university in Japan has introduced ‘gender counsellors’ to persuade students that men can be women.
From 2024 the Japan Women’s University (JWU) will adopt a policy of ‘gender self-identification’ and accept male students who ‘identify as female’.
Half of the university’s female students were either opposed to or unsure of this policy when surveyed in 2020, according to the publication, The Asahi Shimbun. Nevertheless, the JWU intends to press ahead with its plans and has issued a ‘Diversity Declaration’ to this effect.
In order to counter any opposition, the university has employed ‘gender-specialist counsellors’ who will compel female students to accept ‘diversified women’ (ie males) into the institution.
A number of so-called female-only universities in Japan have adopted similar self-identification policies recently. Ochanomizu University (Japan’s first higher education institution for women), Nara Women’s University and Miyagi Gakuin Women’s University now all accept trans-identified male applicants with Notre Dame Seishin University set to follow suit next year.
Japan’s academic institutions still suffer with systemic sex discrimination. In 2019 Mokoto Rich wrote in the New York Times about the sex imbalance at Japanese universities, reporting that only one in five students at the University of Tokyo are women, a statistic replicated across other colleges. In recent years entrance exam results were discovered to have been routinely manipulated to prioritise male applicants over women with nine different medical schools found guilty of lowering the scores of female candidates.
Female-only institutions are extremely important for Japan’s young women wanting to pursue higher education. Allowing men to self-identify into the limited places at women-only colleges only serves to reduce the opportunities for women in a system that already seems determined to exclude them.
Thursday 15th September - Fear & Loathing In Academia
TIMES HIGHER EDUCATION: Gender critical academics confess to being frightened of openly engaging in the debate around sex and gender whereas genderists admit to language policing, censorship and shutting down debate.
Laura Favaro interviewed academics from both sides of the gender debate. She was left with no doubt that, “A culture of discrimination, silencing and fear has taken hold across universities in England, and many countries beyond”.
She reports that, “The supporters of what is often called ‘trans-inclusive feminism’ held near-total control in academia, deciding what was discussed in departments or included in scholarly journals”. She found that some genderists refuse to acknowledge that gender critical feminists have been silenced and no-platformed whereas others ‘openly embraced’ the ‘no debate’ position to such an extent they will not condemn even the most violent threats experienced by their gender critical colleagues. Others simply choose to avoid and ignore their arguments.
“This remarkable coupling of condemnation and ignorance regarding gender-critical feminism was fairly common among genderist academics. Many readily admitted that they limit their academic engagements, including their reading, to their ‘echo chambers and bubbles’... Many genderist academics struggled, or were discomfited, when asked to provide their own definitions of sex, gender and (particularly) gender identity, despite their research and teaching revolving around these very topics.”
Favaro spoke of the ‘gatekeeping’ by genderists in academic publishing, having interviewed a number of people who hold principal editorship roles at feminist, gender and sexuality studies journals. “All confirmed that genderist perspectives dominate these publications”, she wrote. Furthermore, “Genderist academics reported personally imposing bans from academic networks and events, along with language policing of colleagues as well as students”. One sociologist academic told her that if a student writes ‘female’ in their essay, it will be crossed out because ‘what matters is gender’.
Of the gender critical women Favaro spoke to, those in the earlier stages of their careers said ‘it would just be too terrifying’ to make public their views while more experienced academics alluded to ‘self-preservation’. One criminology scholar described her experience as ‘a continuum of hell’ while a sociologist feared receiving the death and rape threats she’d seen meted out to others. She said, “I have children – I’m frightened.” Others, fearing the consequences of speaking out and citing feelings of fear, isolation and despair, have chosen to ‘hide in the shadows’. Feared by all was the ‘horrible backlash’ online.
“It was clear that the ‘gender-critical’ feminist academics I interviewed had faced negative repercussions for years for expressing their view... Among other experiences, my interviewees described complaints to and by management, attempts to shut down events, no platforming, disinvitations, intimidation, smears and losing career progression opportunities, including being blocked from jobs. Others spoke about being physically removed from events, alongside receiving torrents of abuse online that even included incitements to murder.”
To prove Laura Favaro correct, one of the genderist academics she interviewed is now reacting with faux horror, claiming she’s ‘been had’ and feels ‘violated’ and insisting that Favaro face censure… because she doesn’t like the outcome of the research.

Senator Sharon Keogan revealed that Irish children received ‘gender healthcare’ from clinicians from the Tavistock clinic flown secretly into the country.
The Tavistock psychologists were flown into Ireland to treat gender-confused children in a secretive satellite clinic at Crumlin Hospital. This was done ‘under the radar’ and even senior hospital staff were unaware it was happening.
It was as operated as part of the Treatment Abroad scheme which was set up to facilitate Irish people travelling to another EU state for medical treatment. It has no capacity for non-EU medical staff to travel to Ireland to treat patients there.
“This meant that these medical professionals are operating with zero indemnity. They are not covered under the Irish scheme and they are not covered by the NHS.”
Friday 16th September - Leave Them Kids Alone #2
THE TELEGRAPH: International trans healthcare organisation, WPATH, has just issued a horrifying new version of its ‘best practice’ guidelines.
The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) has just issued the latest version of its Standards of Care guidelines. They leave children even as young as nine vulnerable to being medicalised and demonstrate the extent to which gender identity ideology has captured the medical profession.
James Esses has dissected WPATH’s Version 8 in this excellent thread.
The language used is marinated in gender ideology even to the point of being factually inaccurate. Irreversible medication and surgery is referred to as ‘gender-affirming health care’ and terms such as ‘cisgender’ and ‘sex assigned at birth’ are used.
Of far greater concern is the apparent erasing of child safeguarding:
Minimum age requirements at which children should receive puberty blockers, hormones treatment and even surgery have been removed.
Medical intervention is recommended as long as a child has reached ‘Tanner Stage 2’ (ie the earliest signs of puberty) which can be as young as nine.
There is no requirement for a child to have taken hormones prior to surgery ‘if not desired’ and medical treatment does not require mandatory therapy or counselling.
Surgeries, even mastectomies and vaginoplasty, can be considered for under 18s once the adolescent has been on ‘gender-affirming hormone therapy’ for 12 months ‘if required’.
Doctors are told to educate to children on ‘chest binding’ and ‘genital tucking’ even though both can cause serious health issues.
Clinicians are advised to ‘challenge’ parents who do not support medical transition and even to prescribe hormone treatment for children without parental involvement.
It is asserted that there is no reason for withholding hormones from children because they have a neurodevelopmental condition.
Clinicians are advised against offering counselling to adolescents in order to reconcile them with their biological sex.
The care for adults is little better with therapists told they must be ‘gender affirming’ and counselling not deemed mandatory, even for patients undertaking medication and surgery. Mental health care is secondary to a list of recommended surgeries for trans people including body contouring, voice surgery, hair transplants, jaw augmentation, liposuction, brow lifts, lip shortening, and calf implants as well as the inevitable mastectomies, hysterectomies, vaginoplasty, and phalloplasty.
There is an entire chapter on ‘eunuchs’. It states, “Eunuch individuals are part of the population of gender diverse people who experience gender incongruence and may also seek gender-affirming care”. Disturbingly, it goes on, “Like other gender diverse individuals, eunuch individuals may be aware of their identity in childhood or adolescence.”
This further confirms Genevieve Gluck’s investigation which revealed that WPATH has collaborated with members of a castration fetish group which hosts child abuse material.
As this thread from Genspect reports, when the Version 8 guidelines were published initially, they included ‘suggested minimal ages’ for medical treatment in children and adolescents.
However, only hours after its publication WPATH issued a ‘correction’.
Now ALL of the ‘suggested minimal ages’ have been removed from the document.
Saturday 17th September - This Never Happens
REDUXX: A trans-identified male was intercepted in a paedophile sting operation.
Colorado Ped Patrol (CPP) is an independent child safeguarding group that was established 18 months ago which, despite its name, operates in around a dozen states, not just Colorado. So far, the team has facilitated 233 stings resulting in 117 arrests and 40 convictions with more cases pending.
Last week CPP intercepted a 61-year-old trans-identified male known as Roni in a sting operation during which Roni believed he was communicating with a 13-year-old girl. The team confronted Roni at a fast food restaurant in Weld County, Colorado, where he believed he would be meeting the child for the purposes of ‘teaching’ her about sex in his truck. He was wearing a short dress, a long auburn wig, high-heeled sandals and sunglasses.
In a 29 minute video posted on YouTube, CPP head, Thomas Fellows, could be seen intercepting Roni at the restaurant. At first, Roni claimed his intentions towards the child were innocent. However, when Fellows confronted him with the sexual messages he exchanged with the decoy, Roni tried to argue that there was no harm with his attraction to a minor. “150 years ago, 13 was nothing”, he said. “The only reason it’s changed is because of the puritans and the church.” He also tried to excuse his behaviour by claiming it is a symptom of his gender dysphoria.
During the conversation Roni became increasingly defensive and aggressive, squaring up to Fellows and jabbing a finger in his face. Fellows told Reduxx it was the closest he’d come to being physically assaulted.
Eventually, the police were called to apprehend Roni and CPP provided law enforcement officers with the dossier of evidence they had compiled.
Also Today - The New Homophobia
The Lesbian Strength march and rally in Leeds was disrupted by trans activists. Of course, same-sex attracted women couldn’t be allowed a couple of hours in which to celebrate their sexuality together.
As we have so often see been before, the protestors were mostly male and frequently masked.
They made offensive gestures and tried to drown out speakers with chanting and noise-making.
Their behaviour was aggressive and intimidatory.
Lesbian Strength organisers had to cancel the march and re-locate the rally.
Sunday 18th September - Let Women Speak
Of course, the usual thugs turned up in Brighton on Sunday and tried to derail the Standing For Women event. They employed their usual tactics of meaningless noise, intimidation and aggression to try and silence women’s voices.
There were a lot of angry men.
Many of them wore masks and gloves and even, in some cases, balaclavas.
They threw smoke bombs into the crowd.
They tried to a silence a victim of sexual abuse speaking about her experience.
One of them screamed bad language at a babe in arms.
Three trans rights activists were arrested. Police told The Brighton Argus “A woman and two men were arrested; one on suspicion of assault, one on suspicion of obstructing a police officer and one on suspicion of sexual assault by touching.”
It looks like one of those arrested has a conviction for antisemitic graffiti.

Also Today - I Can’t Believe It’s Not Parody
TORONTO SUN: A Canadian school teacher who teaches his classes wearing huge fake breasts with protruding nipples has been defended by school authorities.
Last week photographs and videos of a trans-identified male Canadian high school teacher were circulating on social media. The teacher is pictured wearing huge prosthetic breasts with visibly protruding nipples. He is also wearing a long blond wig and, in most photographs, skin-tight shorts or a miniskirt.
The man pictured has been identified as a Manufacturing Technology teacher at Oakville Trafalgar High School in Ontario.
One student posted on Twitter, “The kids here most definitely don’t think its normal… Last year, the teacher was a man. I don’t think the school can fire him.”
It has now been revealed that school authorities have issued an email to parents and pupils,suggesting that any concerns about the teacher’s behaviour constitute discrimination and contravene the Ontario Human Rights Code.
“We are aware of discussion on social media and in the media regarding Oakville Trafalgar High School. We would like to take this opportunity to reiterate to our community that we are committed to establishing and maintaining a safe, caring, inclusive, equitable and welcoming learning and working environment for all students and staff….
We strive to promote a positive learning environment in schools consistent with the values of the HDSB and to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students, staff and the community, regardless of race, age, ability, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, cultural observance, socioeconomic circumstances or body type/size.”
The school falls under the jurisdiction of the Halton District School Board (HDSB). Chair, Margo Shuttleworth, told the Toronto Sun that protecting people’s ‘gender rights’ is “The stance the school board is taking and they are standing behind the teacher”.
(Presumably because there’s no room at the front.)

It's obviously not 'safe' for him to be around power tools, nor is it 'caring', 'inclusive', 'equitable', or 'welcoming'. This nonsensical cult policy does not care about the psychological 'well-being' of the students. It 'includes' obvious insanity, he overpowers all sensibility so it's obviously not 'equitable', his fetish is the opposite of 'welcoming' for the captive students making it near impossible for them to 'learn' or to 'work'. His fetishistic presence violates their policy in every which way.
