Monday 22nd January - Schools Policy Boarders On Insanity
THE TELEGRAPH: Some UK boarding schools are allowing trans-identified pupils to sleep in dormitories intended for the opposite sex.
Certain co-educational fee-paying boarding schools are allowing trans-identified pupils to sleep in accommodation that ‘aligns with their preferred gender’ rather than their biological sex. The Telegraph has reported on some school’'s policies which mean that male students can sleep in dormitories with girls if they ‘identify’ as female.
One such establishment is Taunton School in Somerset where parents pay up to £14,970 per term for full-boarding pupils. Its current equality, diversity and inclusion policy states that “As far as possible, transgender pupils and students should be able to sleep in dorms appropriate to their gender identity”. Taunton has around 400 boarders spread over eight ‘boarding houses’.
Bedales in Hampshire is a day and boarding school which take pupils as young as three and charges up to £14,185 a term for boarding students. It appears to have a similar ‘trans’ policy. Its website states that, “Boarders are accommodated in Houses according to the gender with which they identify. Similarly, changing and toilet facilities are used by pupils on the basis of the gender with which they identify”.
Such practices, of course, are in contravention of government guidance which clearly states that, “No child should be allowed to share a room with a child of the opposite sex”.
Dr Caroline Johnson, Conservative MP for Sleaford and North Hykeham, said that she has received a complaint from one of her constituents about a trans-identified male student sharing a school boarding house with female pupils. She commented, “Adolescent boys should not have access to spaces where girls undress or sleep, and vice versa. Most parents and teenagers would be in agreement with that.”

TB NEWSWATCH: A porn-addicted man convicted of creating child sexual abuse images began ‘identifying as a woman’ in court.
In 2021, 37-year-old Adam McDonald of Thunder Bay, Ontario, was arrested by the Thunder Bay Police Service Cyber Crime Unit over suspicions he had been uploading child sexual abuse material. Several electronic devices were seized and investigators subsequently discovered 1,083 child sexual abuse files on McDonald’s computers and phone. Most featured computer-generated or drawn images but approximately twenty involved real child victims, some of whom were just toddlers.
McDonald appeared in court this week and pleaded guilty to one count of creating child pornography. At his hearing, he claimed that he now ‘identifies as a woman’. Consequently, when local news outlets, such as Timmins Today and TB Newswatch, reported on this case, they referred to him with female pronouns.
McDonald was sentenced to 15 months in prison but will not have to register as a sex offender.
Tuesday 23rd January - This Never Happens #2
DAILY ECHO: A trans-identified male appeared in court accused of exposing himself to children and on child pornography charges.
56-year-old ‘Samantha’ Norris appeared in Southampton Crown Court this week charged with several sex-based offences. At the outset of the trial, Judge Christopher Parker KC told the jury that “Samantha Norris is in the course of gender transition at the moment and prefers to be referred to as she”. It appears the court acceded to his wishes and he was referred to with female pronouns throughout proceedings.
Norris was accused of exposing himself and performing sexual acts to a pair of young schoolgirls who were passing by his house in July 2023. Charles Gabb, prosecuting, told the court that Norris, was standing ‘fully naked’ at the window of his home as the girls walked by. The following day, claimed Gabb, Norris was again naked as the girls walked by and he was ‘manipulating’ his penis.
In a recorded police interview, one of the girls alleged that Norris had pulled down his trousers, exposing himself, as she and her friend passed by his window. She said, “I felt like really anxious. I felt a bit unsafe because he was trying to look at us at all times… He had his penis in his hand and was throwing it around... It was like he was trying to make us watch”.
Later in the week the jury at Southampton Crown Court acquitted Norris of the two charges of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child. He was also cleared of two further charges of engaging in sexual activity and two of indecent exposure.
However, Norris entered guilty pleas to three charges of making indecent images of children, including some deemed Category A (the most serious classification indicating images which depict penetrative sexual activity, sexual activity involving an animal or sadism), one count of possessing prohibited images of children and a charge of possessing an extreme pornographic image.
Judge Christopher Parker KC adjourned the case until 5th March so a report can be prepared prior to sentencing, assessing the risk Norris poses to the public. Norris will remain in custody until then.
Norris first came to public attention in July 2023 when Police in the Hampshire town of Ringwood reported on his arrest via social media.
The post stated that not only had Norris been charged with two counts of indecent exposure, but also with three counts of making indecent photographs/pseudo-photographs of a child, possession of a prohibited image of a child and possession of an extreme pornographic image.
Ringwood Police were rather coy about referring to their suspect’s sex. They stated that ‘a person’ had been charged and used gender neutral pronouns throughout their post. Worse still, the media reported Norris as being a woman with some outlets even referring to him as ‘female’.
The Bournemouth Echo, for example, described Norris as a woman.
The Portsmouth News went beyond calling him a woman; it also used the term 'female' to describe him.
Yahoo also described him as ‘female’.
What a pity none of these journalists could do their job properly and report accurately on the sex of a suspected sex offender.
Wednesday 24th January - Witch Burning on the Fringe
THE SCOTTISH EXPRESS: A Scottish arts company is staging a production about JK Rowling called TERF C**T and intends to put on the show at the Edinburgh Fringe.
According to its website, “Civil Disobedience is a company of live arts producers and industry experts, creating and supporting queer work, as well as work that addresses issues of inequality and injustice”.
It is staging a production about JK Rowling which it describes as a “Vital think-piece on Joanne, exploring just what could motivate a person with such privilege to take such a divisive stance on issues that affect her fans”. Written by ‘queer screenwriter and playwright’, Joshua Kaplan, the piece is called TERF C**T and is scheduled to be performed at The Actors Studio in New York City on 8th February.
The plot involves JK Rowling’s so-called ‘surrogate children’ - actors Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson - staging an ‘intervention’ over her so-called ‘divisive stance on issues that affect her fans’. A press release advertising the show states that, “TERF C**T goes beyond the headlines to explore the woman that captivated a world with her books only to unravel a legacy with her tweets”.
Civil Disobedience have said that the production is ‘in development’ adding, “We're currently looking for expressions of interest from programmers, producers and industry members who may be able to support the advancement of this project. We're particularly keen to preview this work at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe this summer”.
The company was founded in May 2016 by Josef Church-Woods and Barry Church-Woods who, respectively, have worked as a communications manager for Stonewall and as a consultant to the Scottish government.

NBC NY: A former prisoner at the Rose M. Singer women’s facility on Rikers Island is suing New York City, alleging she was raped there by a trans-identified male inmate.
Known only by the pseudonym Rose Doe, a former prisoner from the women’s jail on Rikers Island has brought a civil suit against New York City. She is alleging that she was raped by a trans-identified male at the facility after correctional staff ignored her warnings about him.
Rose Doe was incarcerated on Rikers Island in December 2021. Shortly afterwards, a trans-identified male inmate transferred into her unit in the female facility on the basis of his self-declared ‘gender identity’.
According to Doe’s law suit, when this male inmate arrived at the prison, he was under investigation over his possible involvement in a prostitution ring operating within Rikers Island itself. Department of Corrections (DOC) records show that this prostitution ring involved staff and inmates. The law suit alleges that the male inmate was ‘instructed’ to claim a trans identity by prison staff so that he would be placed in the female estate where he’d have access to vulnerable women he could then ‘pimp’.
Doe approached prison staff about this inmate, complaining that he propositioned and ‘groped’ - ie sexually assaulted - her. Prison officials, however, failed to take action and he remained in the female facility. According to the lawsuit, in the early morning of 7th April 2022, while Doe was asleep in bed, “The Perpetrator, took the opportunity to sexually assault Plaintiff again. . . .pull[ing] down her pants while she was sleeping and begin[ing] to rape her."
This situation is not unprecedented. Only a few weeks after Doe alleges she was raped by a trans-identified male prisoner, another ‘transgender’ Rikers Island inmate pleaded guilty to the attempted rape of a woman at the same facility.
As we have previously reported, Diamond (formerly Ramel) Blount raped a female inmate in the bathroom of the Rose M. Singer Centre in February 2021. According to investigators, Blount approached the woman from behind just after she had finished showering, held her down by the back of her neck and raped her. The victim reported the attack to prison officials and a rape kit was administered. The DNA sample matched that of Blount held in the New York State Registry.
Blount was initially charged with first-degree rape, sexual misconduct, first-degree sexual assault, and sexual touching. However, he accepted a plea deal and pleaded guilty to attempted rape. He received a seven-year sentence with an additional eight years of post-release supervision.
Thursday 25th January - This Never Happens #4
THE TELEGRAPH: A convicted trans-identified male paedophile back in the dock had his new ‘gender identity’ indulged by the court.
In July 2020, Jamie Kevin Harold Waller, a former disability care worker, was convicted of child sex offences. He had groomed a 13-year-old girl online into sending him naked photographs and videos of herself. Waller then blackmailed the child into sending him further pictures of herself, threatening to tell her parents and to send her photographs viral on the internet if she did not comply.
According to newspaper reports at the time, Waller, then 25 years old, sent the girl pictures of his genitals and forced her to refer to him as ‘master’ and ‘daddy’. He also shared indecent images of her with other paedophiles and involved them in their online conversations.
Waller was apprehended while attempting to incite other young girls to send him naked photographs. One of his intended victims was an undercover police officer. Examination of Waller’s mobile phones revealed hundreds of child abuse images, including dozens which were designated Category A. They included footage of a very young child being raped.
At his trial at Portsmouth Crown Court, Waller pleaded guilty to twelve offences, including making indecent images of children, distributing them, inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and attempting to incite a child to engage in sexual activity. He was sentenced to five years but released in May 2022.
During his incarceration at men's prison HMP The Verne, Waller began ‘identifying as female’ and calling himself ‘Abigail’ or ‘Abi’.
In August 2022, police officers visiting his home discovered Waller trying to conceal a mobile phone. He had been messaging 13 and 14-year-old girls aged from a Facebook account in the name of Jake Smith. He told the girls they were ‘pretty’ and ‘beautiful’. These messages breached the Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) imposed in 2020, an offence for which he stood trial in November 2023.
Waller was charged under his female alias, Abigail Waller. He was referred to by that name and with female pronouns throughout his three-day trial. (So much for ‘nothing but the truth’.) This week he was sentenced to three and a half years in prison, having been found guilty of four breaches of his SHPO.
Friday 26th January - This Unsporting Life
THE DAILY MAIL: Giant surfing brand, Rip Curl, withdrew sponsorship from a legendary female pro surfer who defends women’s sport and then featured a trans-identified male cheat in its social media marketing.
Bethany Hamilton is a surfing legend. She lost an arm at the shoulder in a shark attack when she was just 13 years old then overcame insurmountable odds to become one of the most successful and popular surfers on the World Surf League (WSL) tour. In February 2023 she spoke out in defence of the women’s sport, threatening to boycott the World Surf League tour over its policy of allowing trans-identified male competitors to participate in female events.
She released a video on social media slamming WSL’s policy. “I think many of the girls currently on tour are not in support with this new rule and they fear being ostracised if they speak up … so, here I go”. She then went on to pose a number of questions. “Who is pushing for this huge change? Does this better the sport of surfing? Is this better for the women in surfing? If so, how? Is a hormone level an honest and accurate depiction that someone indeed is a male or female? Is it as simple as this?
For over two decades Bethany Hamilton was sponsored by famous Australian surf brand, Rip Curl, and in January 2022 she signed another five-year deal with the company. However, in November 2023, less than a year after she spoke out against the WSL trans policy, Rip Curl and Hamilton parted company, reportedly over her defence of women’s sports. According to The Daily Mail, the brand ‘dropped’ her.
This week Rip Curl Women featured trans-identified male surfer, Sasha Jane Lowerson, on its Instagram account as part of a campaign showcasing ‘the local heroes’ of Western Australia. The post describes Lowerson as a ‘waterwoman’.
We have reported previously on Sasha Jane Lowerson who began ‘identifying as a woman’ in 2021 at the age of 42. Prior to his ‘transition’, Lowerson was called Ryan Egan and competed as a longboard surfer in the men’s division. In 2019 he won the WA longboard state championship.
This World Surf League page details Ryan Egan’s successes in the Men’s Longboard Tour prior to his transition. It lists him as being six feet tall and weighing 187 lbs.
In May 2022 Lowerson took part in the West Coast Suspensions Longboard and Logger State Championships. This time, however, he was competing in the women’s events. Not surprisingly, he won both the Open Women’s and Open Women’s Logger divisions by considerable margins.
Now Rip Curl are trolling female surfers by featuring him on its social media site supposedly dedicated to women. As one commentator put it, “Disappointed Rip Curl. Good luck to all the female competitor surfers now”.

REDUXX: A trans-identified male has been convicted of torturing and murdering a young man in San Francisco.
41-year-old David Anderson identifies as trans and calls himself Angel. This week a San Francisco court convicted him of raping and murdering 23-year old George Randall-Saldivar in February 2019.
Anderson’s accomplice in these horrific crimes was a man called Gerald Rowe. The court heard that Randall-Saldivar, an acquaintance of his killers, had visited them at Rowe’s apartment where the three men were said to have had sex.
According to the San Francisco District Attorney, the perpetrators then hung Randall-Saldivar from the ceiling with a noose around his neck, they bound his hands behind his back and tortured him for a period of four hours. They placed a bag over his head, punched and hit him, assaulted him with pliers and raped him. Eventually, Rowe and Anderson injected their helpless victim with a lethal does of fentanyl after which he began to convulse and struggled to breathe. While he was still alive, they folded Randall-Saldivar into a large suitcase, zipping it shut and waiting for him to die.
The following day the two killers donned disguises and rolled the suitcase to the waterfront at San Francisco’s Rincon Park where they threw the case into the sea. It is reported that Randall-Saldivar was still alive when he was dumped in the water.
In a San Francisco court this week, Anderson pleaded guilty to first-degree murder by way of torture and poison. He was sentenced to 25–years-to-life in state prison which will be determined on 18th March. Anderson is currently imprisoned at County Jail #2, a mixed-sex facility and the only San Francisco County prison facility which houses women. It seems likely that he will serve his sentence in the female estate.
In court, Anderson was referred to with female pronouns and the female honorific ‘Ms’. Similarly, when reporting on this case, some media outlets, such as CBS News, called Anderson ‘Ms’ and ‘Angel’ and referred to him using female pronouns.
Yet again, the very worst examples of male violence are being attributed to women by an ideologically captured legal system and a media which panders to the ‘gender identity’ of dangerous criminals.

TORONTO SUN: A trans-identified male has been charged with stabbing his own mother to death in New York last week.
On 19th January NYPD police officers found the dead body of Donna Hyman in her Brooklyn apartment. She had been stabbed over 50 times, including 26 stab wounds to her head. Her pet dog had also been stabbed to death, its body thrown from an 11th storey balcony. Police officers had been alerted by Hyman’s sister who had received a phone call from the victim during which she had screamed but, seemingly, was unable to speak.
On arrival at the property, police officers discovered Hyman’s son, Andre Eugene, who they described as ‘a transgender woman who had recently transitioned’. Eugene was naked, covered in blood and had a dog bite on his leg and several ‘shallow’ stab wounds to his chest. He was taken to hospital where his injuries were treated.
Eugene, who has worked as a teaching assistant at a public school for the past decade, tried to claim that his mother had committed suicide after stabbing him in the chest during a fight over the dog. However, NYPD Chief of Detectives, Joseph Kenny, told the press that investigators believe Eugene’s injuries were self-inflicted.
On Wednesday 24th January, Eugene was charged with murder, aggravated cruelty to animals and criminal possession of a weapon.
In reporting on this case, The Toronto Sun described Eugene as ‘a woman’ and referred to him with female pronouns, as did The New York Post.
Bravo to ABC7NY for accurately reporting the sex of a man suspected of stabbing his own mother to death. See, it can be done.
Saturday 27th January - Leave Them Kids Alone
THE TELEGRAPH: A four year old boy was allowed to join a primary school reception class masquerading as a girl, deceiving pupils and parents and eventually traumatising the little girls in his friendship group.
Columnist, Alison Pearson, reported on an unnamed Church of England primary school in the South East of England after she was contacted by a pupil’s grandmother.
From the age of four the little girl, known as ‘Zoe’, had been lied to over the sex of one of her classmates. She and the girls in her friendship group believed that their friend, ‘Bobby’, was a girl. But he is not; Bobby is a little boy. He was allowed to join the reception class pretending to be a girl and his true sex was concealed from the other pupils and their parents. He became friends with Zoe and several other girls in his class and was invited on play dates etc with them.
By the time these schoolchildren were seven years old, Bobby, now the tallest child in the class, was lashing out at his friends. Zoe told her parents that Bobby was a physical bully, twisting fingers, grabbing arms and even punching his classmates. It is reported that Bobby told of his ‘deep secret’ to certain friends in the girls’ toilets. The Daily Mail reported that Bobby exposed his penis to the girls. From conversations one of the girls had with her mother, asking her why Bobby has a ‘willy’ and urinates standing up, that would certainly appear to be the case. Unsurprisingly, the girls were confused and upset.
Zoe asked her mother if it was true that Bobby is a boy. Zoe’s mother, Amy, worked at the school and was aware that Bobby is male, but she had been warned to keep quiet and feared she would lose her job if she revealed the secret. Amy had to admit to her daughter that Bobby is indeed a boy.
Of course, Zoe was extremely upset and angry to have been lied to for so long. She had been taught in school that lying is sinful and she couldn’t understand why her teachers would deliberately deceive her and her friends. Zoe’s grandmother told The Telegraph, “My dear little granddaughter is terribly emotionally and psychologically messed up. She trusts no one at all because she sees the school and all the adults have lied to her; a boy cannot be a girl.”
Zoe’s parents and those of the other girls involved have made numerous complaints to the school over the last few months but have been ignored. The school governor responsible for safeguarding dismissed their concerns in an email. He claimed that the school’s actions are in line with government advice, stating “The school will do their utmost to provide Zoe and the other children with the support required to navigate this sensitive situation in an inclusive and caring way”. He added, “We hope that you will be able to work with the school to support its inclusive Christian ethos”.
According to The Times, Zoe’s parents have now taken her out of this school.
A spokesman for the school said, “We are aware of the concerns raised and are already looking into them… We are unable to comment on individual pupils and are proud we are an inclusive school and welcome all children to join our school family.”
Sunday 28th January - Railing Against Women’s Rights
Network Rail’s LGBT+ staff network has installed a permanent ‘Pride Pillar’ in London Bridge Station featuring flags which promote and advocate for gender identity ideology.
Network Rail is responsible for the railway infrastructure in England, Scotland and Wales. It owns and manages some of Britain's biggest and busiest railway stations, including London Bridge Station, the fourth largest station in the UK which has over 54 million users per year.
In August 2020 we reported that a poster celebrating much-loved author, JK Rowling, was removed from Waverley Railway Station in Edinburgh.
The billboard, commissioned by Kellie-Jay Keen (Posie Parker), first appeared outside the railway station on Monday 27th July 2020. It simply read ‘I ❤️JK Rowling’ and was intended to celebrate the author’s birthday on 31st July.
But on 29th July 2020, Network Rail took down the poster, claiming it was removed because it was ‘too political’. A source at Network Rail said that the billboard’s ‘context’ meant it was ‘likely to cause offence’.
Network Rail issued a statement: “The poster in question is against our code of acceptance for advertising in our stations owing to its political nature. We do not allow advertising that is likely to support or promote one viewpoint over another.”
Clearly, as an apolitical organisation, it’s important Network Rail do not demonstrate any bias in the debate around gender ideology. So why have they installed this permanent ‘Pride Pillar’ which features flags that they must know are contentious?
Of course, Network Rail is a fully paid up member of Stonewall’s Workplace Equality Index, winning its silver award in 2022 and appearing in the Stonewall Top 100 Employers list in 2023.
Similarly, Network Rail’s LGBT+ staff network group, Archway, won a Stonewall award in 2022.
One of the people behind the installation of the ‘Pride Pillar’ is Archway Chair, Shane ‘he/him’ Andrews MBE, a Network Rail business manager (Wales & Western) who uses the handle @gingio on social media platform X.
When women on social media expressed their opposition to this pillar at London Bridge Station, Andrews responded predictably by calling them ‘TERFs’ and dismissing them as ‘not even worth my energy’.
Perhaps someone should remind ‘he/him’ that this pillar was installed with public money and that women are members of the general public which Network Rail is intended to serve. Furthermore, an employment tribunal has just ruled that use of the word ‘TERF’ is a ‘term of insult’ and can constitute unlawful workplace harassment.
It seems that Andrews has no qualms about using misogynistic slurs on social media. In the past he’s made very free with words like ‘slag’….
And words like ‘tart’…
And words like ‘bitch’…
And words like ‘cow’…
And words like ‘slut’…
Indeed, his attitude towards women seems self-evident…
It is, however, heartening to see his apparently new-found interest in trans rights after his previous use of the insulting term, ‘tr*nny’…
Astoundingly, Andrews is one of the judges of this year’s Women in Rail Awards.

At London Bridge, funnily enough I WAS armed with stickers and chalk yesterday (before heading to Let Women Speak in Hyde Park). I chalked a big red NO! on the floor and know it isn’t much but I did feel good to tangibly protest. It was great that there were already a couple of other women there, explaining politely to the member of staff why we find it offensive and inappropriate. Heartened to see huge agreement on the socials.
I wonder if, decades from now, the phrase "her penis" and all the lunacy that surrounds it will be seen as a bizarre historical curiosity, like bloodletting or lobotomies.
