A few cheering news stories from last week. Love For Lisa Last week we celebrated the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey, Lisa Townsend, who has voiced her opinion that Surrey police should sever ties with Stonewall and has defended women’s sex-based rights and services.
I am married to a Doctor - yes he is onside, reads these emails every day (gets quite angry) he always reminds me that Doctors are taught FIRST, DO NO HARM - so I am especially pleased these US Doctors are fighting this on the basis of morals, be them religious or not.
Bless your husband. It must be so hard for right thinking clinicians to look on at the harm being caused to vulnerable kids by these amoral profiteers & drug pushers.
The Stonewall house of cards may be on the verge of being toppled, given how many are bailing. Let's hope that when it does collapse, it collapses spectacularly in a melee of lawsuits and litigation. Here's to the day when we will be able to say 'Good riddance!'
I admire Lisa Townsend. It was brave of her to stand up, and look at all the other people she emboldened by doing so. We have a lot to thank her for!
