J.L., J.L. -- you have my sympathies. This stuff can be soul-withering. Kudos to your stamina!

Things ain’t looking too good for ‘gender’ ideologists.

Self-mutilating, testicle-eating criminal —publicly applauded for inciting violence against the very women who think he’s disturbed. Several mass shootings by ‘trans’ shooters, including a ‘non-binary’ person for god’s sake. A ‘transwomen’ orgy with a dead body at the centre of the hellish scene, and pathetically abused children cowering in another room. The sickening disturbance in the force field is showing itself more and more often.

The criminal is one thing; what concerns me are the large number of people cheering his message of violence against women.

With regard to the Sarah Jane Barker case, the police officer stated that he didn’t believe it proportionate to progress the matter further (ie, investigate whether a crime had been committed) because he had to have regard to Mr Baker’s rights to freedom of expression under Article 10 of the ECHR and the Human Rights Act 1998.

Whilst it’s laudable that the police are now recognising that people have rights to freedom of expression (it enables me, for example, to refer to Mr Baker as a man even though he might prefer me to refer to him as a woman without me committing a criminal offence of harassment or the like), the officer has misapplied it here.

As the case law and the Crown Prosecution Service’s own guidance makes clear, Article 10 has no application when violence is used or incited - see https://www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/offences-during-protests-demonstrations-or-campaigns and in particular the section under the heading “Convention rights and proportionality”.

I appreciate that sometimes people make lighthearted comments about harming others, but that’s not what appears to have happened here. A man with a very violent history announced, using his own peculiar wording, that he’d considered being nice but instead had decided to encourage listeners to “punch terfs”. Moreover, the people organising the event recognised it as a threat by defending it on the alleged basis that trans people have a lot to be angry about it. The police need to investigate this, as do the probation service if he’s still on licence from prison. Unprovoked threats of violence (it’s not as though he can argue that he was being abused by someone when he made the threat) shouldn’t be tolerated.

Trans people are mentally ill ,and they have “a lot to be angry about,” because they are unstable . They need psychiatric are , but instead they spew their anger at women , whom they hate.

Expand full comment

Spot on. In fact this encouragement to "punch Terfs" should be taken very seriously as it seems to be part of the trans culture and is seen emblazoned on t-shirts and placards ands lately of course a woman was punched in the face by a TRA in Australia for daring to attend an event where women were speaking. It is worrisome that this rhetoric has already been normalised in the culture, enacted upon and overlooked (i.e. enabled and promoted) by the police.

Clive Lewis's 'both sides' tweet re Sarah Jane Baker has over 1.3m views now and less than 260 likes. Maybe supporting a bollock eating psycho isn't the vote winner he envisaged. What a time to be alive - well done JL for documenting this insanity week in and week out.

I couldn’t read most of this...it was making me physically I’ll...particularly seeing the ugly men parading as women , and the hate they spew towards women while playing the victims . I give you credit for having a strong stomach I. Digging up this slime. I pray ( though I’m not religious) that this insanity will be rooted out , but I’m not very hopeful! Bank of England?Jeez!

“The content of your website conflicts with the culture and ideas we are pushing”. Really? Since when was it a f***ing banks job to "push" an ideology and force conformity by fear on a populace? (Edit - I realise it was Metro Bank that used the phrase "push" but this attitude and "inclusive" culture seems to be endemic across banks). I must be very naive as I was under the impression it was the BoE's job to safeguard our economy. Is it any wonder they are doing such a poor job of it if they are more concerned with "pushing" an ideology and buying rainbow effing lanyards?! Apologies for the colourful language JL, but reading this has made me livid. To see this clueless and harmful society-grooming next to a story of a young man that was harmed in such an awful way in the name of "progress and inclusion" makes my blood boil. And don't even get me started on the interests of the public being served by paying "Sophie" in excess of £31K a month for four days work where they seem free to help criminalise trans widows. As ever thank you JL, for trawling the sewer and keeping us aware of how utterly insane and horrific this BS ideology is. We cannot be complacent about this. Not when the police, CPS and banks seem to be ideologically captured and the media are mostly silent or easily dismissed by the sleep-walking masses as being "hard right".

Was thinking that “Male Rights Movement” isn’t quite right as males already have all the rights. “Womens’ subjugation movement” maybe. As if women can’t access justice already(Even senior policewomen state they wouldn’t report rape or assault by a fellow officer), they’ve now infected the CPS. Not long ago CPS were saying they had huge backlogs and were underfunded and understaffed (?), but plenty of money for this four day a month “job”. Would any actual woman get such a cushy number, job description courtesy of A.I.

Expand full comment

The CPS are woefully under resourced so it is astonishing that they find the money to fund such a non-job when cases are literally being dismissed because they haven't got the people to do the work. What a shambles when they prioritise gaslighting over what they are meant to be doing!

What strikes me the most, out of all this degrading, fetishistic ordure, is that the Metro Bank actually uses the word 'pushing'. Either the writer of the letter is a wet behind the ears, blue haired, pierced toddler with no linguistic sophistication, or they really are comfortable being so open about what they are doing. Or both. I'm just waiting for my bank to close me down for supporting Let Women Speak monthly and for supporting this substack.

Dear JL. I note that the DM On line has reported recently on some of these aberrations and I applaud your referencing them here (I don’t blame anyone for avoiding that rag) as a further source of verified material. However, the journos and editors who are finally waking up to the scandal, to the creeps and perverts, to the fetishists and the mentally unbalanced, have not yet briefed the “moderaters”. None of my comments (reasonable and truthful) are allowed. If I refer to a cross dressing convicted violent sex offender as he - blocked. If I add any detail taken from here or other publications - blocked. If I support Rowling, Stock, Forstater, Bailey, - blocked. If I say I refuse to be described as CIS or mess with my language to pander to an abusive minority - blocked. If I say telling staff to put their pronouns on emails is idiotic - blocked. If I state that it is not possible to change sex - blocked. Mention Stonewall - blocked. I am blocked for my beliefs and not allowed an opinion. I don’t know why they bother with a comments section. Must wean myself off it.

I get responses. I always make sure to state what action I would like my MP to take. Usually, I ask him to forward my complaint to the appropriate person in charge. In most cases, it is a helper that replies but I also get replies from the departments to which my complaint goes. I don't expect that they are given any great consideration but I do think they will be noted. Someone will tell the minster how many letters on a topic they received. Quantity is needed.

Yes, so does mine. She wants my vote, she expects me to validate her and keep her political career going, and in exchange, I get no acknowledgement from her.

All kind of institutions that had minds have seemingly lost them. The Bank of England sounds like it's suffering from a bout of Victorian hysteria. Smelling salts required here. It's the national bank, ffs, all anyone should be concerned about is that it remains, at the very least, as competent as possible.

Fuck rainbow lanyards; items which so many people hang around their necks without thinking once, let alone twice, about what the message they are carrying represents or implies. Are they just a bit overwhelmed? Are they imbeciles? Do they simply not give a shit? Who knows? It could be any of those things or a combination of all. What they are far less likely to be, however, is tantalised by and committed to the gloriously misogynistic gender cult.

Wake the fuck up, all you people. Tell your employers to shove their rainbows and pronouns, etc up their arses. Perhaps, do that symbolically by declining to cooperate. Stop fearing being described as 'transphobic'. It's bullshit. Piers - I care passionately about trans rights - Morgan, for all his bluster, obviously didn't get what Posie meant when she said she didn't care if this nonsensical term was applied to her, that wasn't her concern. But Sonia Sodha, (bless her heart) of the fucking Guardian/Observer gets it and writes about it.

We all need to find out voices and talk about it in similar terms.Tell these 'birthing parent' pricks to fuck off, and that you aren't prepared to play along anymore.

Yes, I understand that only too well. The tyrannical forces of gender identity ideology could potentially prevent me from practicing in my profession. It can do all the things you say, but it cannot do it on a significant scale if people resist. We can't wait for them to lose incrementally, it will take years, because this cult has gained such a foothold. This is impractical, so much more harm is going to be caused in the meantime. Whilst I understand that encouraging and achieving collective action is a difficult process, it's essential that it happens, even if it happens messily to begin with.

Daniel's Blake's story is like some sci-fi horror story that leaves you wondering what sort of mind came up with it, and now he's got to try and move forward knowing he was mutilated in the service of an incredibly dumb belief. Then you read the subsequent stories and that's what they're fighting for - the right to create more Daniel Blakes.

No wonder it's so nonsensical - one guy claiming he's in the most oppressed demographic, followed by stories of banks falling over themselves to pander to guys like him. Or the extremely-disturbed ex-con encouraging people to punch women, while politicians jump through hoops to avoid admitting that he's a fucking psycho.

Also, they'd consider Daniel Blake an apostate; how such a cruel and violent cult got such a grip on society, is the biggest horror story of our age.

We can all see that Ewen and any thinking decent human can see the horror of it yet those already in the grip of this nightmare want more young people to join this cult. Why would anyone want to see young otherwise healthy people destroy their bodies and sexuality and perhaps their future for such a passing chimera.
