The question for the Scottish govt really strikes at the heart of the matter. WHY? (did they want to disapply UK law / do the EHRC of all bodies want the census to collect meaningless data, potentially harmful to women's interests / did the police pursue Marion Millar so relentlessly ...) What is in it for the Scottish people? What's in it for the SNP?

That goddam toilet sign makes my blood boil. So women are not allowed to challenge anyone in their "safe" spaces any more? Do not make purposefully THEM feel Uncomfortable? What about the women using the loos? Protect them from harm? Chances are they are more physically strong and capable of protecting themselves than the legitimate users of the facilities. How about protecting them from harm Oxford Uni?!

Expand full comment

Mine too. "Everyone has every right to be here;...". Well that clears that one up then. In this particular space you say? So, The Wondrous University of Oxford and Said Business School, which parts of which made up laws is that exactly then? Why don't you just rename one college 'St Stonewall College' and get it over and done with. I've seen similar signs before and in establishment places and thought they referred to invisible illness or disabilities. This however is quite different. Any man can go in and can say the sign explicitly stated "everyone". I will avoid all events and visits to any Oxford University locations from now on. (And Sussex amongst others). We've got this bizarre speak up, no, don't, don't challenge dissonance happening, which is great at leading to such confusion it silences people.

I hope students (and with the support of their parents, carers and teachers) stop applying to go there.

Indeed. How are women supposed to know if someone in there who looks like a man feels like a man or a woman. I suppose they wait until after they are recorded in the loos or assaulted by perverts exploiting the very large loop hole here. The elephant in the room cna literally walk through it, it's so big! Sadly, Oxford had too big a cachet for career prospects for anyone to stop applying to go there I think.

M&S have fallen for pronouns in addition to having changing rooms nominally for women but of course not really for women but for anyone who wants to use them. M&S now have badges with the wearers pronouns on them.

As if any customer when needing to talk to a member of staff is going to be using 3rd person pronouns when addressing the staff member directly!

As for the University of Melbourne - clearly have FAR too much money in the coffers if Gender pronouns w*nker is needed. Also, its stated that the post holder must have an "evidence based" approach. Well, that means the job is null and void at the outset as no evidence has been proven for gender identity at all.

Yes I heard this about M & S, absolutely ridiculous!! I thought people were waking up after hearing the Nolan report. I feel gender ideology is really being pushed full steam now. In schools its being taught, if nobody acts now it will just escalate. What can we do?

Voorzij have a crowdfunder up for legal action against Bunq - https://www.gofundme.com/f/give-dutch-feminists-back-their-bank-account. I think they'll reach their goal quite quickly, don't mistake Amsterdam as typical of the rest of the Netherlands. This could be an interesting one to watch.

Thanks, have donated. We're back to the times of hidden churches and now hidden banks in Amsterdam for those no one will lend to are we? Grrr. Surely another friendly bank will offer their services and it could be a bit of a publicity coup?

The job at Melbourne also pays very well (106-112k from memory) for one where there's no requirement for qualifications other than 'wokeness'. A teacher with many years experience is paid less as are nurses.

Expand full comment

Although, teachers in Australia are paid far far more than over here.

I wonder if Bunq has closed down any ‘discriminatory’ accounts for organisations that don’t stand up for women, which means that they must therefore be discriminatory towards women? Or disabled people? I might write and ask them if they have done an audit and purge on this basis to show their lack of bias and discrimination.

Expand full comment

They allegedly do business with an ultraconservative Sunni sect known as Salafi.

Expand full comment

Interesting - wonder what kind of business that would be? :-) And even if it were true, I still doubt that Bunq will have done an audit on all their account holders checking for unsavoury or unwoke connections.

Expand full comment

Putting aside they do business with a specific religious sect, they do business with Muslims who preach Islam on a television station and unless anyone was born yesterday that means they also follow Shari'a or religious law based on the Quran.

That much is true.

Shari'a is regressive and repressive to women. Under Shari'a:

Wives can be beaten.

Females enjoy fewer rights than males.

Marriage and intercourse with pre-pubescent girls is permitted.

Wives do not share the same divorce rights as husbands.

Females in positions of rule and authority are frowned upon.

Wives must be subservient to their husbands.

Women are deemed lacking in intelligence.

Raping female captives is permitted.

Bunq says, “We are strong advocates of human rights and are committed to equal treatment, equal opportunities and equal rights for all people. We believe in the power of diversity and do not tolerate any discrimination”

...except that isn't the case with Islam and Shari'a. Women are not treated equally, are not allowed equal opportunities, don't have equal rights and are discriminated against on the basis of their sex.

Bunq is being disingenuous and when they say things like this I don't believe it and neither should anyone else.

Ah, I understand now - you’re talking about Bunq. I initially thought you were talking about the women’s group. Not sure why I made that association :-)

Expand full comment

That's alright, sorry for any misunderstanding but yes Bunq does conduct business with an organization called Huda TV that is primarily religious (Islam) programming.

I've watched the clip from Brazil three times now, just to be sure. Dyed in the wool skeptic. Can't help it. Don't want to. The quality is poor, so just from looking at the assailant you can not tell. Could hypothetically be a rather tall and very slim girl, too, bordering anorexia. The hseer violence of the attack makes it unlikely that the assailant is a girl. The assailant clearly tries to kick the girls head. That's unusual for girls. It does happen, but very rarely. Even the girl yelling "Você não é mulher!" could in theory be seen in another context. What does convince me that the assailant is a young man is the way the guy handles him when he tries to lunge at his victim again. It is a very determined move, and it indicates that he sees his opponent as a threat, even with the difference in size. If that had been another girl, his reaction would most likely have been very different.

Expand full comment

Yes, women tend to scream at each other and avoid going straight to that level of violence as a rule. There may be pushing and hair pulling but pushing on the ground and kicking without going through any escalation would be atypical.

Expand full comment

To be fair, we don't know how much escalation preceded what we see in the video. Still, trying to kick someone on the ground and particularly to kick someone in the head is not anything women typically do.

Expand full comment

From painful experience dealing with violent women on acute psychiatric wards, women instinctively tend to get in close and bite, scratch, gouge, pull hair, grab chunks of flesh. Kicking and punching are, from most women's point of view, pointless because they don't have the range or the heft to make them reliably count.

that is a man. Using my perceptive skills honed over 62 years of danger spotting I can tell just from the stance in the bottom left picture. The widely spread legs, knees slightly bent and torso swaying back to direct energy into the right raised fist about to descend. Women don't fight like that.

It is alleged that Bunq regularly does business with an ultraconservative Salafi sect.

Well it doesn't surprise me the major universities are getting deeper into the Gender Identitity game as it's exactly what the WEF are pushing. You will find Senior members of all University management connected in one way of another!

Cambridge:

Please realise this is a whole lot bigger than just a bunch of crazy students, teachers, Stonewall etc pushing this BS!

Why are they doing this? Divide and conquer in the name of Stake Holder capitalism!

Universities seem to be competing with political parties and politicans in the Corruption Sweepstakes. The people I encounter who graduated university seem to have learned little, least of all any critical thinking skills. It's all about the dollars and pounds, appealing to their woke consumers and endlessly petting and stroking them in preparation for the "real" world.

Thanks once again , JL. If it wasn't for people like you an Graham ( and others ) we wouldn't know what was going on while much of the media remains silent and pretends it's not happening.! Again more horror stories ,enraging us all and hopefully peaking more people. What's more, these stories ,heart breaking as some of them are ,only confirm we're on the right side of history ! Shows up the stupidity of the Scottish Government when they're willing to screw up the demographically important census statistics just to " cosy up " to cults like Stonewall et Alia. Why waste taxpayers money on an inaccurate census in addition to the money they've already given to these chancers ? Makes me ashamed to be Scottish 😭😭. Thanks again ,JL. You're a star. Keep fighting x

I hope Scots feminists will organise to subvert the 2022 census. Data collected will be of questionable quality anyway. They should resist having this foisted on women by not complying.

Are there legal repercussions for giving fake answers? Fines? Prisons? If enough women just scrawled their GC outrage on the papers, combined with the leery info collected from penislesbians perhaps the Scotland govt would just revert to reality and not try to politicise data collection?

Although one could cynically observe that with the sudden increase in the population of middle aged women perhaps there would be increased services for females? Men always get want they want first.

Failure to comply or submitting false information leaves you open to prosecution and £1000 fine.

'The courtroom was agog.....

"I'm sorry, m'lud, but 'he' said he's a woman, thus I know, being a woman myself, m'lud, that women have NO 'goolies' at all, and I would not hurt him too much. I would never have dreamed of doing this to a man, m'lud, as I know they DO have Da Goolies, m'lud, as you know too, being a man....What say you, m'lud?"

"Refer to your attacker as 'she', please, Miss!" said the judge, starting to fume...

"But, m'lud, we've just now established that he has goolies, thus, he's not a woman, thus (again, as it's my favourite word, m'lud) , having just sworn to 'tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth', I cannot now lie and commit perjury in your Court, m'lud, can I?"

The judge scowled, almost as deeply as Lorraine Kelleeeeee when interviewing Kathleen the other morning....knowing, as did she too, that he was up Shit Creek without a paddle and if he lied, in his own Court of Law, he'd be next in The Dock...............'
