Monday 28th August - Over The Rainbow

THE DAILY MAIL: Dozens of NHS trusts have signed up to a scheme which involves trans lobby groups grading and assessing their ‘trans inclusivity’.

The NHS Rainbow Badge Scheme was originally created in 2018 “To be a way for NHS staff to demonstrate that they are aware of the issues that LGBT+ people can face when accessing healthcare”. Staff demonstrated this ‘awareness’ by wearing a rainbow badge.

In 2021, the scheme went from a simple bit of badge wearing to “Incorporating an assessment and accreditation model for NHS Trusts”. To this end, the NHS formed a ‘partnership’, apparently at a cost of £220,000, with a range of LGBTQ+ lobby groups - the LGBT Foundation, Stonewall, LGBT Consortium, Brighton & Hove LGBT Switchboard and GLADD - all vociferous promoters of gender identity ideology.

Now these groups assess and grade the participatory NHS trusts, not only rewarding them for ‘current LGBT inclusion work’ but also providing ‘a comprehensive feedback report and action plan’ if they displease. They will then be expectedto facilitate ‘meaningful change’.

The assessments involve trust managers being questioned about their ‘trans inclusive policies’ and the use of gender-neutral language.  Even gynaecology units face questions about sex-specific titles such as “Do clinics have gendered names (e.g. 'Women's Health') or are they named for the purpose (e.g. colposcopy)?”. Furthermore, patients are asked if the clinical staff avoided using ‘gendered’ language when speaking to them ie using ‘parent’ instead of ‘mother’ or ‘father’.

Trusts lose points for the use of sex-specific language in documentation and policies and on signage. They are also advised to install mixed sex toilets and medics are instructed to ask patients for their preferred pronouns.

There are currently 77 NHS hospital trusts signed up to this ‘Rainbow Badge Scheme’.

The Times also published a story this week about the Royal Free Hospital, one of London’s biggest hospitals. A noticeboard on display there advises staff not to ask patients their name in case it causes offence to trans people.

The poster describing ‘7 Ways to be a good Trans Friend’ [their capitalisation] also instructs staff not to ask a patient what their true sex is, claiming such questions are ‘rude, intrusive and insensitive’. It neglects to mention that, in a clinical setting, failure to ask such questions can be fatal.

Also Today - Fox In The Henhouse

REDUXX: A trans-identified male accused of voyeurism and sexual harassment has been allowed to remain a sorority member and can now live in the supposedly female-only shared accommodation.

Universities in the USA and Canada operate sorority and fraternity chapters for their students, the purpose of which is to develop community and friendship. While individual fraternities and sororities vary, they all share the common elements of single sex membership and a shared residential property.

In September 2022, Wyoming sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma (KKG) allowed a trans-identified male, Artemis (formerly Dallin) Langford, to become a member. His inclusion caused considerable concern among many of KKP’s members, one of whom spoke anonymously to the press. She said that chapter leaders had dismissed the concerns of those who felt uncomfortable. The young women were pressured into accepting Langford’s membership as it was implied they’d be viewed as homophobic bigots if they refused. Furthermore, a leadership promise to operate an anonymous poll was reneged upon and voters were asked to identify themselves.

Six women, current and former sorority members, took legal action against KKG for allowing Langford to join. Their claim stated that sororities promise members a single-sex sisterhood intended to be a haven during their college years. “The Fraternity Council has betrayed the central purpose and mission of Kappa Kappa Gamma by conflating the experience of being a woman with the experience of men engaging in behavior generally associated with women.”

Although he didn’t live at the sorority house, which accommodates around 50 young women, Langdon was a regular visitor there. The complaint alleged that Langdon - who is well over six feet tall and weighs 260 lbs - behaved like a voyeur, watching the sorority girls when they were undressed and undressing, and, on at least one occasion, he was in an obvious state of sexual arousal. It referenced a slumber party at which Langford allegedly took photographs of the young women without their permission and asked them intimate questions about their bodies.

This week, despite hearing testimony that Langford had watched young women undress while sexually aroused, Judge Alan Johnson dismissed the case. Now Langford is permitted not only to remain a member of the sorority but to move into the supposedly female-only shared house.

Judge Johnson wrote: “The Court will not define ‘woman’ today. The delegate of a private, voluntary organization interpreted ‘woman’, otherwise undefined in the non-profit’s bylaws, expansively; this Judge may not invade Kappa Kappa Gamma’s freedom of expressive association and inject the circumscribed definition Plaintiffs urge.”

Cassy Craven, an attorney for the plaintiffs, commented, “This really is not about defining women anymore. This is about erasing women. Now it appears that being a woman is nothing more than a clever game of semantics. And that one can just decide that one is a woman. And along with that, comes all the entitlements”.

Tuesday 29th August - I Can’t Believe It’s Not Satire

THE DAILY MAIL US: A trans-identified male teacher who caused outrage last year by wearing huge prosthetic breasts in the classroom has a new teaching job.

In September 2022 we reported on Kayla (formerly Kerry) Lemieux, a trans-identified male teacher at Oakville Trafalgar High School in Ontario. Photographs and videos of him teaching his Manufacturing Technology classes were circulating on social media. He was pictured sporting huge prosthetic breasts with protruding nipples, a long blond wig while and miniskirts or skin tight cycling shorts.

One student posted on Twitter, “The kids here most definitely don’t think its normal… Last year, the teacher was a man. I don’t think the school can fire him.”

School authorities issued an email to parents and pupils, defending Lemieux and suggesting that any concerns about his behaviour constituted discrimination and contravened the Ontario Human Rights Code.

“We strive to promote a positive learning environment in schools consistent with the values of the HDSB and to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students, staff and the community, regardless of race, age, ability, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, cultural observance, socioeconomic circumstances or body type/size.”

The school falls under the jurisdiction of the Halton District School Board (HDSB). Chair, Margo Shuttleworth, told the Toronto Sun that protecting people’s ‘gender rights’ is “The stance the school board is taking and they are standing behind the teacher”.

In February 2023, The New York Post published photographs showing that Lemieux dispensed with his wig and fake breasts when not teaching and ‘presented as male’ outside school hours.

Lemieux denied the photographs were of him. He claimed his enormous breasts were real and the result of a rare medical condition called ‘gigantomastia’. He also tried to maintain that he has an ‘intersex’ condition and ‘XX chromosomes’ which, combined with a ‘hormone sensitivity to estrogen’ also contributed to his developing Z-cup breasts. He failed to provide any medical evidence to back up these claims.

In March 2023 The Toronto Sun reported that Lemieux was no longer teaching at Oakville Trafalgar High School. Whilst technically still employed by the school board, he had been placed on leave and was not ‘on an active assignment’.

This week it emerged that, astonishingly, Lemieux is back in the classroom. He has been employed at the Nora Frances Henderson Secondary School in Ontario which is governed by the same school board. The school is implementing extreme security measures, meaning that students will have to enter the school by intercom, to accommodate Lemieux’s employment there.

A memo from the school principal, Tom Fisher, acknowledged that Lemieux’s ‘gender expression’ was ‘recently the subject of public attention’ and explained that the school is likely to experience ‘disruptions or protests’. He went on to say that the school has a responsibility to “Uphold individual rights and treat everyone with dignity and respect”.

According to video footage shared by the The Daily Mail, Lemieux’s huge breasts were conspicuous by their absence on his first day at the new job. The paper described him as turning up ‘flat chested’ and ‘dressed as a man with a scruffy beard’.

In Canada the emperor isn’t just naked, he’s laughing in everyone’s face.

Also Today - Without Fear Or Favour

NATIONAL CYMRU: A Welsh police force has been accused of bias after tearing down and confiscating banners displayed by a women’s rights group.

Welsh organisation, Outspoken Women, took advantage of a busy bank holiday weekend by displaying banners with feminist messages on several motorway bridges in South and West Wales. The slogans included ‘Trans women are men’ and ‘Woman is not a feeling’.

At one site, a solo female protester, a lesbian in her 60s, was approached by an officer from the Dyfed Powys police force. He arrived alone in a car with its emergency blue light flashing. He tore down the banner from the bridge and bundled it into his vehicle. It was clear he had also confiscated the group’s banners from other bridges. When asked on what grounds he was removing the banner, he commented that some people found it offensive.

A spokesman for Dyfed-Powys Police said, “At around 2.30pm on Friday we received a report of a hate crime in Carmarthen, with people on Towy Bridge with banners and chanting what were reported to be anti-trans slogans. Officers attended but no-one was present. However, they then discovered banners on the Johnstown and Bolahaul Road flyovers, which were removed as they matched the description from the earlier report”.

Outspoken Women have denied there was any ‘chanting’ of ‘anti-trans slogans’.

Retired police superintendent, Cathy Larkman, commented, “The police tearing signs and seizing them because someone may or may not be offended should concern us all. Even if some unknown person decided that they disagree with the statements on the signs, it is not the role of officers to control what opinions women may or may express. This is a chilling suppression of freedom of expression”.

IWF: In the USA, a female lacrosse coach has spoken out about being ‘burned at the stake’ for trying to defend women’s sports.

Kim McGinnis Russell is a mother of four, a former NCAA Division I lacrosse and field hockey athlete and a sports coach with decades of experience. She is currently the head women’s lacrosse coach at Oberlin College in Ohio.

In March 2022, Russell was extremely concerned by Lia Thomas being allowed to steal medals and opportunities from female swimmers at the NCAA championships. She shared a post by another user to her own personal Instagram account. The post read “Congratulations to Emma Weyant, the real woman who won the NCAA 500-yard freestyle event”. Russell added her own comment, “What do you believe? I can’t be quiet on this… I’ve spent my life playing sports, starting & coaching sports programs for girls & women”.

One of the players on her lacrosse team took a screen shot of this post and sent it to two senior college staff members. The following day, Russell was called into a meeting where she was chastised by the Athletic Director, Natalie Winkelfoos, and the Assistant Athletic Director, Creg Jantz. She was called ‘transphobic’, described as ‘unsafe’ and Winkelfoos told her, “You fall into a category of people that are filled with hate”. Russell was ordered to write a letter of apology. She refused to comply.

Russell was then forced to attend a series of disciplinary meetings with administrators and student-athletes. She realised that the cognitive dissonance and ‘mob mentality’ she encountered made any reasonable discussion impossible. She was left feeling that she had been personally attacked and described it as being ‘burned at the stake’. 

At the end of the season Russell was called into another meeting with the Athletic Director and handed a letter which instructed to her to change her behaviour immediately. She responded to this letter by asking to be informed which, if any, university policies she had violated.

Russell continues to work at Oberlin College. She knows her job is at risk but will continue to speak out in defence of women’s sports, especially on behalf of all those coaches and academics who dare not do so for fear of losing their livelihoods. “If I don’t speak out”, she said, “Who is going to speak?”

Also Today - Victorian Values

SKY NEWS: A lesbian group has had its request to host a female-only event rejected by an LGBTQ centre in Australia.

The Lesbian Action Group is based in Victoria, Australia. Organisers applied to host a lesbian event at the state’s new pride centre in St. Kilda to celebrate International Lesbian Day in October. The group sought an exemption from the Australian Human Rights Commission to, not unreasonably, exclude heterosexual people and males, including those males who ‘identify as women’.

The Victorian Pride Centre rejected the group’s application. A letter to organisers from CEO, Justine Dalla Riva, stated: “Your request to hold an event that excludes and seeks to legally discriminate against people on the bases of their sex, sexuality and gender is inconsistent with the Pride Centre’s purpose”.

The Pride Centre, the first of its kind in Australia, was built specifically for the use of LGBTQ people. Of course, it is happy to host trans-only events. But lesbians, it seems, cannot be allowed their own space in which to congregate.

Some people are more equal than others at the Victorian Pride Centre.

Wednesday 30th August - This Never Happens #1

SOUTHAMPTON DAILY ECHO: A trans-identified male paedophile has escaped prison time despite a number of previous convictions.

Police officers visited the home of 39-year-old Dominic Mark Carter after a tip-off about the potential sharing of illegal images. He ‘wrestled’ with the officers while under arrest to try and prevent them from seizing his mobile phone.

He was found to be in possession of eleven indecent images of children, two of which were category A, the most severe designation. He pleaded guilty to three counts of making indecent images of children.

Carter has five previous convictions. In August 2016 The Portsmouth News reported that Carter, then aged 32, appeared before magistrates and admitted to assault by beating. In June 2021 The Daily Echo reported that Carter, then aged 37, had pleaded guilty to actual bodily harm (ABH) and criminal damage.

Nevertheless, at his sentencing hearing at Southampton Crown Court this week, Carter managed to escape any jail time. He received a six-month prison sentence suspended for 18 months and must complete 60 rehabilitation activity requirement sessions and 120 hours of unpaid work. He also has to register as a sex offender and is subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for the next five years.

He was prosecuted under his real name - Dominic Mark Carter - but his sentencing hearing was informed that he now ‘identifies as a woman’ and uses the name Sophie Louise Carter.

Also Today - This Never Happens #2

REDUXX: The ACLU has instigated legal proceedings on behalf of a trans-identified male child murderer who is demanding so-called ‘gender affirming’ surgery.

In 2001, Jonathan C. Richardson was arrested in connection with the death of his 11-month-old stepdaughter. The child had died in his care while her mother was at work.

When interviewed by the police, Richardson initially denied harming the child, claiming he had merely found her unresponsive. An autopsy subsequently revealed that the baby had died of asphyxiation by manual strangulation. Richardson would later tell a prison official “All I know is I killed the little fucking bitch”. He was found guilty of murder and is currently serving a 55 year prison sentence.

Richardson began identifying as transgender in 2020 and now calls himself Autumn Cordellioné. He has been receiving testosterone suppressants and cross-sex hormones. The Indiana Department of Corrections has also supplied him with make-up, women’s underwear and ‘form-fitting clothing’. He is now demanding so-called ‘gender affirming’ surgery and the ACLU is supporting him.

In the past the ACLU has been instrumental in the transferring of numerous violent and dangerous trans-identified males (such as Cristina Nichole Iglesias, Danielle Demers, Dejshontaye Would, Marina Volz and Andrew Rondle) to female prisons.

This week it filed a lawsuit challenging recently-adopted legislation which prevents the Indiana Department of Corrections (IDOC) from providing ‘transgender surgeries’ to prison inmates. The ACLU is accusing the state of violating the Eighth Amendment, because of its ‘deliberate indifference to a serious medical need’. The lawsuit also argues the state is violating the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection clause because it is discriminates against trans people.

The ACLU claims that Richardson has ‘identified as a female’ since he was six years old. Strange, then, that he never mentioned this until he was serving a prison sentence for infanticide.

Thursday 31 August - This Never Happens #3

POST MILLENNIAL: A trans activist vandalised and fouled a teenage girl’s car in Portland, Oregon.

17-year-old Jade had parked her car to go shopping in Portland’s Hollywood district when she was confronted by a total stranger. She later identified this stranger as Vivian Ginger-Rain Shemansky.

When Jade returned to her vehicle, she discovered that every window and light had been smashed and the interior was covered in urine and faeces. PDX Real shared video footage of the vandalised and befouled vehicle, a 2005 Ford Escape, on its social media account.

Portland Police located Vivian Ginger-Rain Shemansky, a trans-identified male, loitering nearby and arrested him. According to The Post Millennial, Shemansky told the police officers that Jade was ‘transphobic’, though police say this was not documented in their report. Shemansky was charged with felony first-degree criminal mischief, felony unauthorized use of a vehicle, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct.

According to Shemansky’s own social media posts, he has been legally female since 2014 after simply completing and submitting a state form.

Formerly known as Eric Neil Bowen, Shemansky has a long and violent criminal history and has been charged with numerous offences. He has previous convictions for felony assault on a public safety officer and felony fourth-degree assault.

BBC: A trans-identified male cricketer is set to compete in the women’s T-20 world cup on Canada’s national female team.

Danielle McGahey emigrated to Canada from Australia in February 2020. He had played men's club cricket when he lived in Melbourne and he joined a men’s team when he first moved to Canada. He began ‘identifying as a woman’ in November 2020 and started his medical ‘transition’ in May 2021. The 29 year old now plays cricket on the Canadian national women’s team.

According to a social media post by the (male) team on which he used to play, McGahey has been playing on the women’s national team since March this year.

McGahey has been included in Canada's squad to compete in the qualifying tournament for the 2024 Women's T20 World Cup in Bangladesh. (T20 is a shortened form of cricket in which each team plays a single innings of a maximum of 20 overs.) While McGahey may adhere to the International Cricket Council (ICC) regulations by maintaining the required testosterone levels, his inclusion in female competitions is both unfair and unsafe.

A 2013 Telegraph article discussed (and rapidly dismissed) the possibility of a woman playing on the English men’s cricket team. It explained that the idea is not viable given that physical strength and power are essential in cricket. Men bowl around 20% faster and hit balls further and harder than women. (That's why the women's game uses slightly smaller and lighter balls and a shorter boundary.) “A full-blooded whack from a female cricketer only goes two-thirds the way that a man's hit goes.”

There are currently 17 peer-reviewed studies all demonstrating that a male puberty cannot be mitigated against when it comes to sporting performance. All of the scientific evidence demonstrates that, even after reducing testosterone levels, males retain numerous physical and physiological advantages over women and any loss of muscle mass and strength etc is negligible.

Last year trans-identified male cricketer and social commentator, Cate McGregor, expressed his regret for having played cricket on a women’s team as it was unfair for him to have done so. He said, “If you're playing first-grade cricket at 63, which I was, that says a lot about the inherent advantages I had, having gone through male puberty.”

Friday 1st September - Follow The Money

THE DAILY MAIL: A Liberal Democrat women’s group has been barred from holding a debate about puberty blockers at the party conference.

Liberal Voice for Women (LVW) wanted to debate the Lib Dem’s ‘woefully out of date’ policy on the use of puberty blockers to treat dysphoric children. The group feels that, since the policy was decided in 2015, serious concerns have been raised about the prescribing of such drugs. However, the group has been prevented from holding a debate at the party's annual conference as, it is claimed, this would be “Fraught, toxic and potentially very damaging”.

The dangers and harmful side effects of puberty blockers have been an increasing cause for concern in recent years and are finally being researched and documented.

In February 2021 the BMJ reported on the Tavistock’s own trial. It found the drugs did not alleviate the negative thoughts of children with dysphoria and warned of potential side effects. “Puberty blockers used to treat children aged 12 - 15 who have severe and persistent gender dysphoria had no significant effect on their psychological function, thoughts of self-harm, or body image... However, as expected, the children experienced reduced growth in height and bone strength by the time they finished their treatment at age 16.”

In April 2021, Sweden’s Karolinska Hospital stopped prescribing puberty blockers to children under sixteen because, “These treatments are potentially fraught with extensive and irreversible adverse consequences such as cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, infertility, increased cancer risk, and thrombosis.” Other European nations, such as Norway and Denmark, have since followed suit. In June the NHS announced it will no longer be prescribing puberty blockers to minors except as part of clinical research. Last month the American Academy of Paediatrics ordered a systematic review into the treatment of gender dysphoric youth.

In the face of such burgeoning evidence that these drugs are harmful and with so many clinicians urging extreme caution about their use, why are Lib Dem leaders determined to silence any debate about the party’s policy on puberty blockers?

Ferring Pharmaceuticals, a manufacture of the puberty blocker Triptolerin, is a ‘long-standing’ supporter of the Liberal Democrats and has has donated over £1.4 million to the party. But that’s probably just a coincidence.

Saturday 2nd September - This Never Happens #2

THE DAILY RECORD: A trans-identified male serving life for murder in a women’s prison has been accused of breaking a prison officer’s fingers during a ‘tantrum’.

Formerly known as Peter Laing, Paris Green began ‘identifying as a woman’ in 2011 when he changed his name and, reportedly, began taking cross-sex hormones. Green has spent the past decade in prison for the murder of 45-year-old Robert Shankland.

Together with two accomplices, Green murdered Shankland in a sadistic and barbaric attack. The three men lured Shankland to Green’s flat where they tied him up and tortured him over several hours, sexually assaulting him with a rolling pin and beating him so brutally they left a footprint on his neck.

Green began his life sentence at Cornton Vale women’s prison in Scotland but had to be moved after reports he was having sex with female prisoners. A 2018 Daily Mail article quotes a former prisoner who was incarcerated with Green. She told the paper that Green had stopped taking cross-sex hormones and was growing facial hair. “She [sic] was also sexually active and everyone knew about it. She [sic] had at least one girlfriend”. Another former inmate said that Green was notorious for having sex with the female prisoners. “He didn’t seem to be acting much like a woman to me.”

Green is currently incarcerated in the women’s unit at HMP Edinburgh. An article published in The Telegraph earlier this year reported that he has requested - and seems likely to receive - ‘sex reassignment’ surgery. The paper quoted Green as saying that he is ‘no longer a danger’.

This week’s Daily Record article would seem to contradict that claim. Following a seizure of cannabis from his cell, prison staff accused Green of ‘chucking a tantrum’. According to reports, he slammed a door on a female warder’s hand, breaking her fingers. Green was reported internally and will be subject to a fresh risk assessment by the Scottish Prison Service.

Sunday 3rd September - Witch Burning In The Music Industry

IRISH INDEPENDENT: Musician Róisín Murphy has been branded a ‘transphobe’ and faces ‘cancellation’ over innocuous comments about child welfare.

Róisín Murphy is an Irish singer-songwriter and one half of 90s pop duo, Moloko. This week she made a perfectly harmless observation in a private Facebook conversation about the (well documented) harm caused to children by puberty blockers. Screenshots of the conversation were leaked on social media.

The trans stasi smelled blood and Murphy was immediately decried as a ‘transphobe’ and a ‘bigot’ and subjected to the usual deluge of vitriol.

Murphy hastily issued an apology for ‘stepping out of line’ and said she was sorry for any pain or division she may have caused.

Obviously, this did not placate the gender zealots and the relentless venom continued.

Within days The Toronto Star reported that, according to its sources, Murphy’s record label, Ninja Tune, has stopped marketing her much anticipated new album. Hit Parade is due to be released on 8th September and now, it is reported, her label will not be promoting it.

Furthermore, two live performances scheduled to coincide with the album’s release have been cancelled. Murphy had been due to play two acoustic gigs and take part in album signings at Rough Trade East in London on Friday 8th September. These shows have been cancelled with no explanation given as to why.

Eilis O’Hanlon explains, “Róisín Murphy’s fellow artists collude in, and sometimes cheer on, the silencing of dissenting voices, either because they’re too afraid to put their heads above the parapet, lest they become a target of the mob too, or because they are fully supportive of driving out apostates”.

As Jo Bart writes, “It is a symptom of a profound social sickness that expressing concern over the safety of children leads to such hostility and public shaming. The real opprobrium should be reserved for those ghoulish medics and influencers who promote the myth of the transgender child, and who are harming countless numbers of children in the process.”

Of course, this vicious attack on Murphy over one perfectly harmless comment isn’t just intended to punish her. It is also a stark warning to any other uppity women who might be thinking of speaking out against the gender cult; stay silent, or else.
