I laughed out loud at the lawyer's claim that he hasn't enjoyed privilege. Fucking hell! He's a white, male and a barrister. I'm sure no lack of privilege got him to that position in the first place. It's laughable, but not as laughable as him being put forward for an award intended for his female peers. He's a liar and a fraud, but he'll be one of many men found to be the best women.

For a lot of the people celebrating this the problem with women is that they weren't men. But now that can be put right without having to annihilate women, simply appropriate womanhood and redefine it.

This is horrible reading (brilliantly information, brilliantly written just devastating to read). I have often said that a lot of the MRA/TRA is a vehicle for paedos to gain access to kids. Groomers and abusers are not even bothered about hiding now and it underscores how widespread this is - we always knew there were predators- women and girls have been made aware by other females - mums, sisters etc. “You know what men are like” is a common sentence. And even without context ever women knows what the subtext of that sentence can mean. I am appalled that society is rotting so swiftly. I am thankful I don’t have kids particularly girls. I would worry - I already worry for vulnerable kids now. Where will this end? LGB and Heterosexual stigmatised and every other letter not only applauded but subject to a ticker tape parade and a 21 gun salute. I’m so glad I’m 55 and not 15.

Here's my submission to UN. Bear with me, but I think it's important for as many of us as possible to provide input. Feel free to make any part of it a springboard for your submission -- that is, if you so desire.

Re. Call for inputs: Report to the Human Rights Council on the realization of the right of persons affected by violence and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health, in relation to SDG3

The following is my input:

An absolute YES to the assurance of provision of care, consideration, and freedom from discrimination and violence for all people — no matter their sexual orientation. This, in itself, is a concisely stated intention that will indeed protect everyone. All teenagers and adults, of either sex, are included under the umbrella “catch-all” reference to sexual orientation.

An absolute NO for codifying “gender identity’ into any policy and/or law. It is much too amorphous and fluid a “notion” to be codified. Wherever, and whenever, I see policies and institutions accepting “gender identity” as something that is an actual observable and measurable variable, and wherever, and whenever, I see policies and institutions failing to acknowledge that “identity” is merely an expression of personality and outward appearance, it inevitably leads to the smashing of sex-based boundaries for women, and by extension to children.

Safeguarding, and care for women and children, goes out the window, trumped by the ethereal idea of “gender identity.” “Identify” all you want, undergo all the surgeries and hormone injections “gender health care” makes available to you, the biological reality remains, codified in the laws of nature, — human beings cannot change their sex. Ever.

They can adopt or reject whatever socially constructed “gender” stereotypes they so desire, as long as these choices and expressions do not subject others to discrimination or violence. If these choices do not harm others, they must be respected and accepted.

SOGI is a Trojan horse for Men’s Rights. Men’s rights to:

freely enter women’s hard won single-sex spaces (shelters, rape crisis centres, hospital rooms, toilets, changing rooms, sports events, award lists etc.) The opportunities for men to invade women’s — actual biological women’s — single-sex spaces are multitudinous indeed.

Yes, yes, there are women “transitioning”, imitating male appearance, and adopting artificial male “identities” and bodies — but still, they remain female. And in most cases they pose no threat to men’s actual safety, and dignity, and accomplishment. They can, and sometimes do, present a threat to the dignity and privacy of gay men.

I have briefly mentioned children who, of course, because of their psychological, social, and physical vulnerabilities, deserve and need the most protection of any of us. I know this: children deserve to be free of any linkage with sexual orientation or “gender identity” in their formative years. This unfortunately is not the case. Gender ideology has been introduced into school curricula, even for those very young children in primary school. To me this is both discriminatory, and violent. “Gender” ideology rudely and traumatically pierces that necessary bubble of protection children so desperately require — the crucially important bubble that distances them from any sort of adult perception of “sexuality” or “gender identity”.

I know I shouldn't gloat, but if would be poetic justice if the 'legal award' for female lawyers went to a bloke posing as a woman, because...Charlotte Proudman was boasting that she'd been short-listed for this too, a short while back. She works with CEDAW too, who believe that men ARE women (sigh, don't get me started!) and the thought of her face if she found out that a bloke in a dress had beaten her to the prize...well, that would just make my day! And for those who don't know who Charlotte is, here's the story, when an innocent bloke dared to say her photo was 'stunning'.. https://www.standard.co.uk/news/uk/lawyer-in-stunning-profile-photo-row-says-men-use-linkedin-like-tinder-a2943331.html She managed to keep it in the media headlines for a fair ol' time too...The great bit was that it was discovered that Charlotte had told a couple of men on her FB that they were 'hot'.... *chortle*. Anyway, I think it would be a wonderfull thing, for once, and ONLY for once, if Cute Lil' Robiny Person won this award... *double chortle*.

I wanted to add this in to the news:

https://www.politico.com/news/2022/02/06/nevada-transgender-rights-environmentalists-lithium-00001658

Environmental groups (many of them undoubtedly corporate-connected) and INDIGENOUS PEOPLE severed ties with men who are part of Deep Green Resistance because of DGR's "transphobia." This is particularly concerning as one of the men working with the tribe was their lawyer. The People of Red Mountain are apparently totally unaware of the uses the U.S. government is making of transgenderism -- the state-sponsored religious cult -- including taking the air out of environmental demonstrations, in this case a huge lithium mine in Utah. And they must be unaware of the large number of indigenous children, who are traumatized just by being indigenous, being transed in the Pacific Northwest, an extra benefit to the U.S. and Canadian governments as they end up being sterilized. The new face of genocide.

Is it relevant that Joshua claims to be a woman if he wasn't using that identity to gain access to children? Or didn't go to a female prison?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I can hear their arguments already.
