Monday 31st January - I Can’t Believe It’s Not Satire
RMX: A man in Switzerland has exploited recent self-ID legislation in order to claim his pension a year early.
A new Swiss law which came into effect at the beginning of January enables people in Switzerland to legally change their sex on the civil register with minimal admin and for just 75 francs. The procedure doesn’t require any medical diagnosis but just one 10 minute interview with a civil servant to ensure the applicant is of ‘sound mind’.
It took just four days from this legislation being passed for it to be exploited. Swiss daily newspaper, Luzerner Zeitung, reported that a man in his 60s has successfully changed his gender on the civil registry in order to receive his state pension at 64, the Swiss retirement age for women, instead of 65.
What was it Owen Jones and Ruth Hunt called Self ID?
Tuesday 1st February - NMC Collaborates In Female Erasure
THE TIMES: The Nursing & Midwifery Council are ignoring calls from those in the profession to leave Stonewall’s ‘diversity champions’ programme.
In December Woman’s Place UK co-ordinated a letter to the Nursing and Midwifery Council which was signed by 719 nurses and midwives. It raised six major concerns about the council’s membership of the Stonewall scheme:
1. Medical care of children and young people
2. Misrepresentation of Equality Law
3. The treatment of women in healthcare settings and application of the Equality Act
4. The safety of other vulnerable groups
5. Behaviour towards those who speak out on the subject of gender ideology or challenge Stonewall’s influence.
6. Use of inaccurate terminology and reframing of language.
“We believe that as a profession, there is specific risk to the reputation of nurses and our ability to work within our Code from the NMC’s affiliation with Stonewall.”
However, the Nursing and Midwifery Council is choosing to ignore these concerns. It has issued a statement saying that it welcomed ‘constructive challenge’ but it would not be withdrawing from the Stonewall scheme.
Wednesday 2nd February - Leave Them Kids Alone
THE POST MILLENIAL: A woman posing as a child with gender issues contacted The Trevor Project for help and was encouraged down a pathway to transition.
The Trevor Project describes itself as “The world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning) young people”.
Last week a woman posed online as a 15-year-old girl seeking help and advice about being ‘trans’ and contacted The Trevor Project via a live-chat forum. She told Quinn, the ‘counsellor’ who responded to her, that she is confused about her gender, has identified as a boy for 3 years and believes that she is gay as she’s attracted to ‘other boys’. She called herself ‘Trent’.
She found that throughout their conversation Quinn only affirmed and did not question her trans identity. He advocated for transitioning and guided ‘Trent’ to information about breast-binding and hormones, including how to obtain them without her parent’s knowledge. He also introduced ‘Trent’ to an online community of teenager transitioners.
Several times ‘Trent’ expressed concern about de-transitioning and asked about that possibility but Quinn navigated these enquiries without engaging. Instead, he pushed ‘Trent’ towards Trevor Space, a “Social networking site for LGBTQ youth ages 13 through 24”. Even when ‘Trent’ described attempting suicide and self-harming, Quinn did not seek to explore possible co-morbidities at the root of any gender anxiety.
The woman decided to take this action because of her personal experience; her own daughter contacted the Trevor Project over gender issues and received very similar ‘advice’. The woman told The Post Millennial, "I am trying to keep my child safe from bad influences, peer pressure and drug use. The Trevor Project is providing all three".
You may remember that it was the Trevor Project through which Daniel Radcliffe ‘responded’ to JK Rowling a couple of years ago.
He said he’d been ‘honoured’ to contribute to the organisation’s work.

REDUXX: A trans-identified male was charged with sexually assaulting a little girl after defending his paedophilia on social media.
35-year-old ‘Alyssa’ Celusta was arrested for sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl in August 2021. His name is recorded as Odinn Celusta on his arrest documents.
Prior to his arrest Celusta described and defended his paedophilia on social media.
It is alleged that he abused the girl while staying with her polyamorous family unit. According to a Facebook post written by the child’s father, the child told her mother (who identifies as non-binary) that Celusta confessed to being attracted to her and then went on to sexually assault her. The parents contacted the police.
Celusta then fled from the family home in Idaho and was eventually arrested in Oregon. He was released from detention on 2nd February but it is not known why.

DAILY MAIL: A trans-identified male rapist has been sent back to prison after grooming a 13-year-old girl.
In August 2015 Joshua Bate was sentenced to seven years imprisonment for raping a woman. He was released on licence when, in May 2020, he sexually assaulted a schoolgirl on a bus.
Only days after being released from prison for a second time he stayed overnight at the home of an acquaintance. There he met a 13-year-old girl who has mental health issues and he obtained her mobile phone number. Later that night he messaged the girl, asking if she wanted to 'snuggle' and 'spoon' with him. He also asked her “Do you mind if my hands wander?” and told her “This is our secret”.
This week he received a 100 month prison sentence for inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
In a victim statement, the adult in whose home Bate was staying when he met the girl, described him as a menace to society and commented, “I feel like he wishes to change his sex and identity simply to hide what he is”.
Both The Daily Mail and Newcastle local paper, The Chronicle, refer to him with female pronouns throughout their articles.
Friday 4th February - This Never Happens #3
REDUXX: A trans-identified male sexual predator requiring a police warning has been working with an organisation that supports vulnerable women.
Thomas John Maddock is an habitual sex offender with convictions for first degree sexual assault, four counts of the attempted sexual assault of a child and four counts of sexual assault on a child while serving as a person in a position of trust. During the investigation of the latter crimes, it was discovered that Maddox had instigated a relationship with the 14-year-old girl with the intention of sexually assaulting her.
Maddock now ‘identifies as female’ and calls himself Tarah Jo Morgan. He is living in Denver where the Police Department have made public his address as he is determined to be ‘a sexually violent predator’.
Maddock has been working for an organization called The Don’t Look Back Centre which provides support, services and accommodation for ‘women and transwomen’ who have suffered trauma, addiction, PTSD and domestic violence.
A dangerous and predatory paedophile has been allowed direct access to vulnerable women and their children thanks to gender identity ideology.
Saturday 5th February - Bristol University In Court
UNHERD: Bristol University faces legal action over claims it failed to protect an international female student from the bullying and threats of trans activists.
Raquel Rosario Sánchez is a writer, campaigner and researcher from the Dominican Republic. She is currently studying for a PhD at Bristol University.
In February 2018 she chaired a Woman’s Place UK meeting in Bristol. Prior to the event an anonymous open letter calling for it to be cancelled was circulated to Bristol University staff and students. Over 200 people signed it and some added abusive comments. One student wrote, “It’s atrocious. Total TERF shit.”
Sánchez then suffered a barrage of abuse and intimidation, from one trans activist student in particular, to the extent that she feared for her physical safety. She made a formal complaint to Bristol University. The university, however, failed to take any action against the individual in question, instead, making Sánchez feel like she was the guilty party. Eventually, it ‘terminated’ the disciplinary procedure and then went on to also dismiss Sánchez’s wider complaint.
Sánchez felt she had no choice but to take legal action against Bristol University for its failure to properly protect her from bullying and harassment. She is accusing the university of victimisation, indirect sex discrimination and sexual harassment. The case will be heard this month.
Meanwhile, Bristol University is offering ‘guidance’ to its staff on gender identities and using neopronouns.
Sunday 6th February - The British Cycling Stasi
THE DAILY MAIL: British Cycling are not only allowing males to compete in women’s events, they are trying to silence those who protest.
British Cycling is the governing body for cycling, both amateur and professional, in the UK. It has extensive areas of authority including the British Cycling Team, race calendars, memberships and cycling regulations at all levels.
Earlier this week, British Cycling updated its Transgender and Non-Binary Participation Policy which allows males to compete in female races and teams. The policy issues a lengthy list of ‘responsibilities’ which mean members have no choice but to adhere to gender identity ideology and must ‘accept all participants in the gender they present’.
Even more alarmingly, members are instructed to grass up those who refuse to accept these Orwellian rules. “Report any incidents of inappropriate or offensive behaviour and language.”
Transgressors “Shall be considered under the British Cycling Disciplinary Regulations” meaning they could face an investigation, fines, suspension or even expulsion.
So the women who don’t want to race against or share facilities with trans-identified males risk being reported and thrown out if they speak up.
British Cycling are pretending they don’t understand the difference between the sexes. But a few years ago, when forced to apologise for sexist bullying, they certainly knew what a woman was.
See you next week.
I laughed out loud at the lawyer's claim that he hasn't enjoyed privilege. Fucking hell! He's a white, male and a barrister. I'm sure no lack of privilege got him to that position in the first place. It's laughable, but not as laughable as him being put forward for an award intended for his female peers. He's a liar and a fraud, but he'll be one of many men found to be the best women.
For a lot of the people celebrating this the problem with women is that they weren't men. But now that can be put right without having to annihilate women, simply appropriate womanhood and redefine it.
People who recognise the immutability of biological sex need to cancel their membership with British Cycling and form a separate umbrella organisation that caters to their needs.
