Monday 25th November - This Never Happens #1

LIVERPOOL ECHO: A trans-identified male paedophile has been convicted of grooming, raping and sexually abusing an 11-year-old girl.

51-year-old ‘Aria’ Peers is a former support worker from Wallasey in Liverpool who, until very recently, was known as Anthony Peers.

He groomed an 11-year-old girl, exploiting her interest in Star Wars films, and then he raped and sexually abused her over the course of a year. The Liverpool Echo described the abuse as being ‘depraved sexual acts’ which it deemed ‘too graphic to detail’. These horrendous crimes first came to light when Peers’ brave young victim confided in her schoolfriend.

Peers denied all the charges but, appearing in Liverpool Crown Court this week, he was convicted of two counts of rape, attempted rape, three charges of sexual assault, and two offences of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.

The court heard that Peers ‘identified as male’ when abusing and raping the 11-year-old but that he now ‘identifies as female’. According to The Wirral Globe, he appeared in the dock ‘sporting a moustache’.

In an impact statement, the victim’s mum explained the trauma her daughter has endured. The mother explained that her little girl now suffers with depression and that her former outgoing personality has changed completely.

Sentencing Peers to 15 years imprisonment, Judge Katherine Pierpoint told him, “You groomed her so you could start to abuse her to fulfil your own sexual desires… You targeted a young female child for your own sexual gratification. The impact on her is untold”.

Despite his being a convicted rapist, a crime that legally requires a penis, despite his ‘gender identity’ only appearing after he was arrested for sexually abusing a child, and despite his appearing in court with a moustache, media outlets have used female pronouns for Peers when reporting on the case.

The Liverpool Echo, The Wirral Globe, and The Daily Mail all called Anthony ‘Aria’ Peers ‘she’. Because heaven forbid the press should ‘mis-gender’ a child rapist or truthfully report his sex.

Also Today - A Slap on the Wrist

TRIBUNAL TWEETS: The man who assaulted Posie Parker at an LWS event in Sheffield this year got away with little more than a slap on the wrist.

In September we reported on the Let Women Speak event in Sheffield at which Kellie Jay Keen was assaulted by a male trans activist.

From the outset, the event was besieged by trans activists who tried derail and sabotage it. The (mostly male and mostly masked) protesters tried to stifle women’s voices with their usual tactics of shouting through laid hailers, chanting puerile insults and blasting amplified music.

At one point, aggressive male trans activists threw a lit flare into the crowd of women who’d gathered at the event.

While Kellie-Jay Keen was in the middle of setting up the YouTube live stream, a tall man in the crowd - later identified as Ben Lindsay - assaulted her, suddenly running up behind her and throwing a can of tomato soup over her head.

The incident was captured by YouTubers, Street Hawk and Marti Blagborough.

Of course, the cowardly attacker tried to flee the scene, but he didn’t count on the mettle of the women present, some of whom chased him through the streets while attracting the attention of nearby police officers. Ben Lindsay was soon apprehended and arrested.

The Daily Mail reported that 34-year-old Ben Lindsay is “A university graduate who boasts online about being Southampton Solent's first Student Equality & Diversity associate”. However, Solent University later issued a statement that, despite his online claims, Lindsay has not worked for them for years.

This week Lindsay appeared before Sheffield Magistrates’ Court. He pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating; one intentional, one negligent. He was sentenced to pay fines, compensation and costs totalling £565.

A man makes a wholly unprovoked attack on a woman in public and is fined a paltry amount. What a shocking message to send to all those men who try to silence women’s voices with aggression, intimidation and violence; have at it, lads, because chances are you’ll get away with it.

Tuesday 26th November - I Can’t Believe It’s Not Satire #1

THE TELEGRAPH: A player who failed a sex eligibility test and is widely believed to be male has been named the BBC Women’s Footballer of the Year.

Barbra Banda is a professional footballer who captains the Zambian national women’s team and plays in the US National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) for the club Orlando Pride. Scoring a hat trick at the Paris Olympics and named the second-highest scorer in the NWSL this season, there’s no denying that Banda is a hugely successful and effective striker. But Banda may not be a woman.

In 2022, Banda was excluded from the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations after failing to meet the ‘gender verification criteria’ due to high levels of testosterone. It is widely believed that Banda is a biological male with the same disorder of sexual development (DSD) as Caster Semenya and Imane Khelif. Of course, such speculation could be solved in minutes with just a quick cheek swab, but Banda has refused, and continues to refuse, to take a simple sex test.

That Banda is permitted to play at an elite level in women’s football leagues but was barred from the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations is due to The Confederation of African Football being one of the few major sporting bodies with mandated sex testing. Other organisations have a policy of allowing a player’s documentation, rather than their biological sex, dictate their eligibility for the female category. As Oliver Brown, chief sports writer at The Telegraph, points out, “One organisation takes biological sex seriously, while the rest apparently could not care less”.

This week Banda was announced as the 2024 BBC Women’s Footballer of the Year. This award, still only in its 10th year, sees a shortlist of five footballers drawn up by a BBC panel ‘of current and former professionals, coaches and journalists’. The BBC audience can then vote for their chosen women’s player.

However, when the BBC announced this year’s shortlist, it excluded any mention of Banda’s failure to pass a sex eligibility test for a women’s tournament. More crucially, this very salient piece of information was omitted from the blurb about Banda when the BBC was promoting the competition to voters.

You may remember that earlier this year we reported on Alex Kay-Jelski, the BBC’s new Director of Sport. After his appointment was announced in June, an article he wrote for The Times in December 2019 came to light.

This article centred around Kay-Jelski’s support for the inclusion of trans-identified males in female sport. In it he appeared to compare those trying to protect female sport to racists, anti-Semites and homophobes. He wrote, “Minorities have forever been grouped together and been served up to the majority as threatening: don’t let gay men teach your children or they’ll get AIDS, don’t let black men in the same shops as you or they’ll rape your women, don’t do a business deal with a Jew or he will steal your money”.

He also claimed that there is evidence of “Little to no difference in performance” between trans-identified males and female athletes, a theory which has been totally disproved by research. He does, however, appear to understand female biology well enough to have exploited a woman’s reproductive capacity in 2018 when he used a surrogate to satisfy his ambitions of fatherhood.

Kay-Jelski also denigrated the views of tennis legend, Martina Navratilova, and Olympian, Sharron Davies, over their defence of women’s sport. He dismissed them both, claiming that they are ‘not experts’. Commenting on their opposition to trans-identified males competing in women’s categories, he proclaimed, “I disagree and worry a circus is being created out of something that a) is not a huge problem in sport and b) further marginalises totally unthreatening people and creates a narrative of fear around them.”

It is, therefore, unlikely that Kay-Jelski will be concerned over someone who is highly likely to be male winning a BBC award intended for women. He certainly didn’t seem prepared to engage in any debate on the subject once Banda was announced as the winner of the competition.

As Oliver brown points out, “It has reached the stage where women are perfectly entitled to feel they are being trolled”.

Wednesday 27th November - This Never Happens #2

SURREY LIVE: A trans-identified female with a history of mental health issues has appeared in court charged with the brutal murder of her own mother.

On 9th May 2023, Bronwyn Jones, then 25 years old, killed her own mother, 44-year-old Anna Jones. After hitchhiking to her home in Petersfield, Hampshire, Jones slashed her mother’s throat with a pruning knife. The victim sustained a number of defensive wounds to her hands and arms, having obviously tried to put up a fight for her life. Neighbours who saw Jones climbing the stairs to her upstairs flat after the murder described her as looking like ‘something out of a horror film’. She was carrying a bottle of brandy and her clothing was drenched in blood.

Jones phoned 999 herself, repeatedly telling the emergency services that she had killed her mother. She initially said that demons had instructed her to do it, then claimed that her mother had begged to be killed. She told police that she had consumed a bottle of port prior to visiting her mother’s house and acknowledged that alcohol made her violent and aggressive.

Jones admitted manslaughter by diminished responsibility but this week was standing trial for murder at Portsmouth Crown Court. The court heard that Jones had experienced ‘a chaotic family life’, had spent time in care and was receiving support for mental health issues.

Between killing her mother and standing trial, Bronwyn Jones began identifying as male and calling herself Anarlyn. Since then, of course, she has been referred to with male pronouns in the media and even in court.

The Independent, the BBC, The Standard and Surrey Live, all referred to Jones with male pronouns, in most cases the only scant indication of her true sex being a brief mention of her previous name. The Sun even described Jones as ‘a man’. The Farnham Herald, having previously referred to Jones as “A Bordon woman accused of murdering her mother”, only two months later was using he/him pronouns for her in its reporting of the case.

The Portsmouth News not only ran with the headline ‘Person admits killing their mother’, but also published this utter nonsense: “Anarlin Jones, who was previously referred to as Bronwyn Jones, the daughter of deceased mother Anna Jones, previously entered his plea at Portsmouth Crown Court in December.”

Thursday 28th November - I Can’t Believe It’s Not Satire #2

THE DAILY MAIL: A mother who complained about a grown man in a pink bikini using the women’s bathroom at her local pool was dismissed and derided.

In July, Canadian mum, Angie Tyrrell, took her 10-year-old daughter and her daughter’s 11-year-old friend to Commonwealth Place, a recreation centre in Saanich, British Columbia. Tyrell was waiting in the bathroom area of the female changing room when the terrified young girls ran out to tell her that they had encountered a man in the women’s shower.

Soon after, the man came into the bathroom area. Tyrrell witnessed a startled topless teenage girl quickly cover herself and run into a toilet stall when she spotted him. Speaking to Reduxx, Tyrell described the man as being muscular and having a hairy chest and back. He was wearing a pink and sparkly bikini that was decorated with frills and princess tiaras, the sort of garment usually worn by a little girl.

Tyrell approached the centre’s staff to alert them that there was a male in the women’s changing area. The reception she received was extremely dismissive so she subsequently contacted the centre’s management by email. Bree Dobler, the assistant manager of the facility, sent a perfunctory reply - which had pronouns in the email signature - paying only minimal lip service to Tyrell’s complaint.

“You did the right thing by approaching staff with your concerns and it is unfortunate that they did not take your concerns seriously and call the onsite supervisor to gain better understanding of the situation and follow up accordingly”, Dobler wrote. She added that for Tyrell’s next visit to the centre, she and her children could use the “Universal or single stall washrooms or changerooms for patrons with concerns for their own modesty”.

Angered by such a derisive response, Tyrell wrote again, asking “Why should all of the women - who the women’s change facility is for - have to leave to accommodate a man?”

Dobler’s reply was shocking and insulting. “Everyone’s gender identity and expressions are valid. Everyone is welcome in our centers [sic] in the changeroom where they feel most safe. Gender expression and identity is protected under BC’s Human Rights Code and we are proud to have a Diversity in Changerooms Policy in our centers [sic].” She also tried to claim that “There is no evidence to support that providing diversity in changerooms has increased incidents or safety of others”.

Tyrrell sent one final email to Dobler. “I see where you’re coming from now. You actually believe that the 6-foot-tall muscular man with the hairy chest and back who took a shower with my 10-year-old daughter was a woman because he was wearing a bikini. That is magical/religious thinking.”

She was ignored.

Friday 29th November - “I Always Was A Man”

THE DAILY MAIL: A man who formerly identified as trans for over a decade is now de-transitioning and has denounced gender identity ideology as ‘psychotic’.

50-year-old Keith Caputo is the lead singer of New York metal band, Life of Agony. In 2008 he began ‘identifying as a woman’, taking cross-sex hormones and undergoing breast implants, and he was known as Mina Caputo. He made public his trans status a few years later in 2011.

Recently, Caputo has been posting on social media, outraged by the medicalisation of gender non-conforming children. In one post, he wrote “Children are not science experiments, and their bodies are not battlegrounds for political warfare… The doctors who are outraged at RFK Jr are the same doctors who collect bonuses for poisoning your children”.

In another post he stated, “If you’re upset that children can’t wreck their bodies with hormones and surgeries before they’ve experienced puberty, you have no Soul… Any parent or doctor who sterilizes a child before they are a consenting adult, should go to prison for life”.

In a further post, he commented, “‘Gender-affirming care’ is a euphemistic label for the biggest medical scandal to hit the Western world in recent years - an experimental tragedy for children, nothing more than a fancy term for genital mutilation and sex lobotomy. Call it for what it is. The people that wanna see children on hormones before puberty, never took a hormone in their life, and never experienced the side effects like I have”.

Last week Caputo announced via social media that he is detransitioning. He said that after decades of suffering with gender dysphoria, he has finally found a way to rid himself of those feelings. He stopped taking cross-sex hormones a few years ago and intends to have surgery to remove his prosthetic breasts. Posting a video on Instagram, he told his followers, “I will be lovingly living in my divine male self… I am a man, I always was a man. You’re just not used to hearing authentic people speak. You’re used to people spitting lies at you about their identity… Just because I engaged with the feminine didn’t make make me a biological woman. Ever”.

He went on to reiterate that he is totally opposed to the medicalisation of gender distressed children. “Hormones are disgusting”, he said. “I can’t even begin to tell you how many side effects I went through… I know what hormones do to the body. I know what hormones did to me”.

Of course, Caputo’s Instagram posts have resulted in the usual allegations from gender zealots that he is transphobic, anti-trans, a bigot, and even a Nazi.

This week, in response to all of those ‘throwing hatred’ at him, Caputo posted a video on Instagram denouncing gender ideology as a ‘psychotic narrative’. He raged against those who encourage the prescription of puberty blockers and surgery for gender non-conforming kids. “You’re stripping them of their rights”, he said. “Let them play. That’s it. That’s the affirmation. Let them play”.

Saturday 30th November - A Room of One’s Own

THE DAILY MAIL: A woman who worked at Bracknell Council felt compelled to leave her job over her employer’s adherence to gender ideology.

Sarah Holman is a 56-year-old mother of two adult children and a former manager with Bracknell Forest Council in Berkshire. Earlier this year she was left with no choice but to resign from her job due the council’s introduction of mixed sex toilets and trans inclusion policies which are detrimental to its female staff.

To begin with, Sarah was extremely shocked to discover that the female toilets on the ground floor of the council offices had been re-designated as ‘gender neutral’ - ie mixed sex - facilities. This was of particular concern for Sarah because, decades earlier, she had been sexually assaulted in a ‘gender neutral’ toilet. She told The Daily Mail that her memories of that trauma came flooding back. “I hadn’t given it much thought for 36 years, but knowing men would be sharing the toilets at work triggered an anxiety attack. I had palpitations. I could feel my thudding heart”.

Furthermore, years ago, when in a different job, Sarah had suffered a miscarriage in the staff toilets at work. “I don’t think I’m special in any way”, she said. “One in eight pregnancies ends in miscarriage, so I’m sure it has happened to other women at work… I can imagine what it would be like for a woman walking out of a toilet cubicle after such an experience, having to wash herself in a row of sinks shared by men.”

Due to these traumatic experiences, Sarah knows only too well how vital single sex toilet facilities are to women. She raised her concerns with Bracknell Forest Council’s head of human resources but she was told that the decision had already been made.

For six months, Sarah used the single-sex staff toilets on other floors of the council building. However, in July 2023, the council introduced a blanket policy of allowing trans-identified male and ‘non-binary’ employees to use whichever toilet they prefer. The policy states, “Staff who have notified their line manager that they are due to undergo, are undergoing or have undergone a process to reassign their gender can use the facilities (like toilets) they feel most comfortable using”.

Sarah was very upset. “There was no consultation, no EIA (an assessment of wider the impact of the policy); no legal advice was taken”, she said. “Effectively all a male has to say is, ‘I’m going through gender reassignment’ and they can have access to the women’s toilets. This is really insulting to women. The council says it supports equality, diversity and inclusion, but actually its policy is misogynistic”.

Sarah raised her objections but they were dealt with dismissively by council bosses. “They said sharing toilets with males was no different from being in a lift or meeting with them” said Sarah. "“And I was told if people raised objections they would be directed to counselling.” At a meeting with an HR team member, Sarah explained why she cannot share a toilet with a man. The response was to ask if she needed counselling. She also pointed out that some faiths do not allow women to share a toilet with a male. This point was also dismissed. “The council said the risk of harm was low and staff would be held accountable for unacceptable behaviour. So if you challenged a male who had come into a female toilet, you would be liable to disciplinary action.”

Sarah was also concerned about the council’s obvious adherence to trans ideology. She told The Daily Mail about its seemingly constant displaying of the Progress Pride flag. “It was being used as a screensaver, as background for online Teams meetings and flown outside the council offices long after national Pride month”, she said. She questioned why flags supporting other social groups were not displayed and asked whether the appropriate planning permission had been attained to fly the Progress Pride flag from the council building. The flag was removed.

Sarah sent an email to her boss and to the head of HR saying that she believed the council to be guilty of sex discrimination. She added that she would be mainly working from home and, when in the office, she would use the disabled toilet. She received no response.

Soon after, a letter was sent to all staff saying that the council was disappointed at having to down take the Progress Pride flag because a member of staff raised had complained but that it was determined to seek planning permission to fly it. This was the final straw for Sarah; unable to work under such conditions, she handed in her notice. “This was a clear message to women, especially gender critical women: ‘Don’t complain, don’t raise issues’. For me it was harassment and sex discrimination”.

Now Sarah is taking the council to an employment tribunal on grounds of discrimination against her and other staff who share her belief that women’s dignity, privacy and safety are compromised if they are forced to share toilets with males. (For more information, please see her crowdfunding page.) “I feel exasperated, tired, undervalued, angry”, she says. “I’m not a radical feminist, just an ordinary woman with strong opinions and values. I stand up for what I believe.”

Sunday 1st December - This Never Happens #3

REDUXX: A trans-identified male paedophile in Norway has escaped a jail sentence despite being found in possession of 13,000+ images of child sexual abuse.

A 20-year-old trans-identified male paedophile from Narvik, Norway, was convicted this week on various charges relating to child sexual abuse. The man, who has not been named by Norwegian media, is said to have undergone genital surgery in Thailand two years ago when he was just eighteen.

He was initially detained by authorities in December 2023 with police confiscating his two computers, two smartphones, and external hard drive. He was subsequently found to be in possession of approximately 2,300 images and 10,800 videos depicting the sexual abuse of children.

Norwegian journalist, Espen Teigen, covered this case for Document. He wrote that the man had made contact with young children online, pressuring them to send him photographs and videos of themselves engaging in sexual activity with other minors.

According to police, on a number of occasions, the man engaged in conversation with other paedophiles via the messaging app, Telegram. He wrote about and discussed the sexual abuse of children and shared images of child sexual exploitation. Furthermore, he urged other men to engage in child abuse. As reported by Nettavisen, he observed and encouraged the abuse of an eight year old girl online, persuading the predator to send him recordings of the child abuse. Consequently, he was also charged with being complicit in the rape of the child.

Outrageously, this man escaped a jail sentence. His case was heard at the Midtre Hålogaland district court last month and his sentence was handed down this week. Despite the recommended penalty for these offences being a prison term of four years and eight months, this man avoided a custodial sentence altogether. Due to his ‘personal conditions’ - ie his transgender status - he received only 420 hours of community service.

To further denigrate and insult his victims, the Norwegian press has lied about this sexual perpetrator, concealing his true sex and his trans identity from the public. The vast majority of media outlets have described him as a ‘young woman’ and used female pronouns with which to refer to him. Norway’s state broadcaster, NRK, is complicit in the deception, referring to this convicted sexual predator as a woman and obscuring his sex. In reporting on his extremely lenient sentence, NRK alluded coyly to the man’s ‘personal challenges’, failing to mention that it was his transgender status which kept him out of prison.

In January 2021 Norway expanded its penal code to include ‘gender, gender identity or expression’ in hate crime protections, despite warnings that this would prevent feminists from defending their sex-based rights.

In 2022 we reported on Norwegian feminist campaigner, Christina Ellingsen. She was facing three years in prison for ‘hate speech’ after criticising a trans-identified male who calls himself a ‘lesbian’ on social media. We also reported on Norwegian lesbian artist and musician, Tonje Gjevjon, who also faced prison for opposing gender ideology. Like Ellingsen, she faced a prison sentence for ‘hate speech’ following her public opposition to the trans-identified males who try to colonise lesbianism.

Norwegian women face three years in prison if they dare to point out that men cannot be lesbians. But a convicted paedophile gets community service instead of four years inside because, trans.
