Monday 7th February - Be Prepared (To State Your Pronouns)
THE DAILY MAIL: Scouts as young as six are being asked about their gender identity.
The Scouts Association takes an annual census of the children and teenagers involved in the organisation. This information, it says, is ‘vital for supporting members’.
This year, however, children as young as six are being asked to choose their ‘gender identity’ instead of record their sex. Options include 'male’, ‘female’, ‘I self-identify as' and 'I prefer not to say'. So not only is the ‘vital’ information’ inaccurate, children are being indoctrinated into a damaging and baseless ideology.
The volunteer section of the Scouts Association website provides information on ‘gender identity’. It advises that volunteers should ‘take time to research’ gender identities in case a young person (presumably a Scout member) wants to ‘discuss their gender’ with them.

GB NEWS: Comedian, Mary Bourke, has been kicked off the bill of a comedy club after it was claimed she made audience members feel ‘unsafe’.
Mary Bourke was removed from a comedy gig after the club received complaints from an audience member that her material is ‘problematic’ and made them feel ‘unsafe’.
She is certain that the so-called ‘problematic’ material is a routine called TERFs vs SMURFs performed over a year ago in which she challenged the NHS’s use of female-erasing language such as ‘cervix owner’ and ‘menstruator’. She had no intention of performing this routine at the gig from which she was dropped.

SCREEN INTERNATIONAL: Eddie Izzard has been cast in a female role in a ‘reimagining’ of the Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde story.
Filming began this week for the movie in which Eddie Izzard is playing a female character called Dr Nina Jekyll.
Last April we reported on an open letter published in The Stage in which trans-identified and ‘non-binary’ theatre professionals demanded the cancellation of stage productions in which trans roles are played by non-trans actors. In May we reported on the UK Theatres pledging to cast only trans actors as trans characters. In November we reported that Australian actor, Hugh Sheridan, was driven to attempt suicide by transgender activists who hounded him over his playing a trans character.
It’s clear that non-trans actors are not allowed to play trans roles or risk vitriolic harassment when they do. But there’s no issue with a man playing a female character if he claims to be in ‘girl mode’.

REDUXX: A violent male who murdered his own parents now seeks a change of name and gender while incarcerated, aided by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
In 2010 Andrew Jondle conspired with his girlfriend to murder his parents for financial gain. He killed them both, stabbing his father with a farm scythe and bludgeoning his mother repeatedly with a metal pipe. The following year he pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated murder and was sentenced to life in prison.
Jondle now claims to ‘identify as a woman’ and is demanding a change of name and gender. (Though the photograph used on his file at the Oregon Department of Corrections shows him with cropped hair and facial hair and is marked as being ‘last updated’ just a few weeks ago.)
Jondle had previously filed for a change of name and gender but his request was denied by a circuit court as ‘not in the public interest’. However, on 2nd February a ruling by the Oregon Court of Appeals overturned the circuit court's decision so Jondle can, once again, be considered for a legal change of his name and his sex.
Jondle's case was represented in part by the ACLU. That’s the same ACLU which helped a dangerous male criminal move to a female prison and blocked a freedom of information request seeking to discover the number of trans-identified males who have been placed in the female estate.
Tuesday 8th February - Leave Them Kids Alone
CITY JOURNAL: A father in California was denied access to his trans-identified son by a judge who failed to disclose a conflict of interest.
Ted Hudacko is the father of two children, the eldest of which is now 17 years old and identifies as trans. He has hardly seen his son in almost three years and isn’t allowed any say over his medicalisation. He says he had no idea his son had issues around gender until his now ex-wife, Christine, confronted him with the information when the boy was just 15 years old. She left Hudacko on the same day, taking both children.
Throughout the ensuing legal fight for Hudacko to have access to his son, he undertook research on medical transition and gender dysphoria. He was extremely concerned that puberty blockers could impair his son’s cognition, bone density and fertility and asked the court to consider these issues. He just wanted his son to wait until he was mature enough to make such an irreparable decision.
In June 2020 Judge Joni Hiramoto granted Christine sole legal custody of the boy on a temporary basis, pending a report from Daniel Harkins, the ‘minor’s counsel’ she had appointed. Abigail Shrier explains that Harkins subsequently summarised the case “As a gender-ideology-addled King Solomon might have.”
A few months later the court’s decision ended Hudacko’s parental relationship with his son, withdrawing any right for him to see the boy, talk to him or prevent the medical transition already planned by the child’s clinicians. The seventeen-year-old is now already taking cross-sex hormones.
The court failed to disclose a conflict of interest; Judge Hiramoto has a trans-identified son.
Abigail Shrier writes, “The story of Ted Hudacko stood out as a case study of how gender ideology has infiltrated family law. It also frames the unintended consequences of medical professionals’ fudging science, rewriting medical definitions, and tolerating shoddy research to placate activists.”
Wednesday 9th February - Toulouse Through The Looking Glass
ACTU TOULOUSE: A trans-identified male who fathered three children has won the legal right to be listed on the youngest’s birth certificate as the child’s mother.
52-year-old ‘Claire’ has three children with his wife. The third child, a daughter, was born in 2014 by which time, according to Radio France Internationale, ‘her father had changed sex’. Though legally male for the first two children, ‘Claire’ had altered his civil status and was legally a woman by the time his youngest daughter was born.
Only the child’s mother appeared on the birth certificate since ‘Claire’ would not be recognised as the father. In 2018 he began a four-year legal battle to be listed on the child’s birth certificate as her biological mother.
The Toulouse Court of Appeal has decided to abandon truth and reality and accede to his demands.
Thursday 10th February - NHS Trojan Horse
THE TELEGRAPH: The NHS’s self-ID gender policy ‘profoundly disadvantages women’ and inhibits staff from expressing their views.
Speaking in the House of Lords, Baroness Nicholson warned that the dignity, privacy and safety of female patients are being ‘diminished significantly’ by NHS policies which allow males to ‘self-identify’ their gender.
She argued that the provision of single-sex wards is being undermined by NHS policy. Annex B states that people should be accommodated “According to their presentation: the way they dress, and the name and pronouns they currently use” rather than their biological sex. It contradicts the legislation providing for same-sex wards.
“Transgenderism… has undermined that provision with the 2019 NHS guidance authorising self selection of patient gender on arrival in hospitals, something neither enshrined in law nor backed by public demand, and overriding the exemption for hospital services in the 2010 Equalities Act.”
Friday 11th February - Men Make The Best Women #2
The Guardian is running a series called ‘Living in a Woman’s Body’. It includes pieces by a grieving mother who lost a child, a woman who has suffered FGM and an Afghan woman who has lived under the Taliban regime.
Today that series featured an article by a male.
Juno Dawson is a trans-identified male. Nevertheless, he was asked to write an article about ‘living in a woman’s body’.
The schoolgirls who are ‘period shamed’, the women and girls who die in menstruation huts, who are raped, who are forced into sexual slavery, who are forced into child marriage, who die in childbirth, who are denied education and independence, who are trafficked and prostituted, who suffer FGM, who are denied abortion… Their fate is the result of their sex, of being born female, of ‘living in a woman’s body’.
Juno Dawson does not have a woman’s body and it is pure misogyny to suggest otherwise.
Saturday 12th February - Witch Burning Down Under
THE DAILY MAIL: A Girl Guides CEO in Australia has been removed from her role after she suggested making the organisation single-sex.
Karyn Lisignoli was the CEO of Girl Guides in Western Australia but lost her job after enquiring about the legality of allowing only biological females to join.
The Girl Guides WA constitution allows 'any person under the age of 18 years who lives their life as female' to become members. On Twitter Lisignoli asked women's rights lawyer, Katherine Deves, about the legality of changing that policy to restrict membership to biological females. She was subsequently removed from her post.
Lisignoli feels she was a victim of cancel culture for being concerned about the safety and privacy of the girls in her care. She told The Australian, “There is a reason why there are certain situations in which we say men can't be present. Do parents know when they send their nervous and shy 12-year-old girl to Girl Guides that she might be camping in a tent with a biological boy of the age of 15?”
Also Today - Stacking The Deck
THE TELEGRAPH: Trans lobby groups were urged to push Scottish politicians into supporting the SNP’s planned self-ID legislation.
Edinburgh-based policy analysis group, MurrayBlackburnMackenzie (MBM), obtained documents through a Freedom of Information request.
They reveal that SNP Social Justice Minister, Shona Robinson, had a November meeting with Scottish Trans, Stonewall and the Equality Network where she agreed to consider how to ‘challenge misinformation’ about gender reforms.
Robinson had a further meeting with trans activists in December during which the Scottish Trans Alliance told her it was ‘very pleased’ with the planned legislation but had concerns over the ‘concessions to critics of reform’. Robinson responded by telling the Scottish Trans Alliance it would be ‘helpful’ if the organisation could ‘raise understanding’ among MSPs.
Furthermore, the LGBT lobby groups largely funded by the SNP government were proactively invited to meet with Scottish ministers. Critics of the suggested gender reforms, however, have been ignored, left out of the debate and their concerns dismissed as ‘misinformation’.
Lucy Hunter-Blackburn of MBM commented, “If legislation is introduced soon, the Parliament will be faced with compensating for an unfair and unreasonable process, demonstrably biased, in which the Government has insulated itself from having to engage with critics or the substance of their concerns.”

REDUXX: A predatory male claiming a trans identity has been arrested in an FBI sting operation investigating the sex trafficking of children.
‘Scarlet Shadows’ is a 31-year-old male from Vermont who ‘identifies’ as a lesbian teen. He was arrested on charges of attempted enticement and coercion of a minor and appeared in federal court at the end of January.
The court heard that an internet user the FBI believes to be Shadows exchanged sexually explicit messages with undercover law enforcement officers who were posing as the guardian of an 11-year-old girl in foster care. It heard evidence that Shadows arranged to have sexual contact with the child and then travelled to Warren County to meet her. He was subsequently arrested and now awaits a verdict.
The Department of Justice statement about Shadows' arrest refers to him as a 'woman' and uses female pronouns throughout, as do subsequent media reports.
Sunday 13th February - Leave Them Kids Alone #2
THE SUNDAY TIMES: A Samaritan volunteer was rejected as a foster parent for expressing concern about the use of puberty blockers.
56-year-old Mandy Neeson has been a volunteer with the Samaritans for 13 years. Last year she applied to be a foster carer with the Aberlour Child Care Trust, a Stirling-based charity which is signed up to Stonewall’s ‘diversity champions’ scheme and part-funded by the Scottish government.
Her application was rejected due to her concerns around the prescribing of puberty blockers to gender non-conforming children. She obtained the records of her assessment from the trust. They include details of a telephone conversation with a staff member who reported ‘areas of concern’ around Neeson’s views on ‘identity’.
Neeson said that during the conversation she had highlighted research which demonstrates the vast majority of children desist from identifying as trans if allowed to continue to adulthood without medicalisation. She also pointed out that a child’s distress with their body can be linked to other issues, such as abuse. She was told that her views did not ‘sit alongside Aberlour’s value base’.
Following her experience with Aberlour, Neeson applied to become a foster carer with Stirling Council but claims she was rejected after voicing similar concerns there. Again, she obtained the records of her application which revealed that children’s services were concerned about her views on ‘diversity’ and about her dog who can bark when visitors are around.
Neeson told The Sunday Times, “It’s the medication and surgery of children and young people that worries me. But it seems you can be labelled as transphobic for expressing these sorts of views.”
Maggie Mellon, a former social worker and leading children’s rights campaigner, commented, “Children need people who will care and stand up for them, not carers approved by Stonewall”.
