I am deeply impressed by your courage in doing this. I faced my own English Dept (teacher) in a meeting where 2 members, both 20 yrs younger, both women, were scornfully attacking me for suggesting that J K Rowling isn’t transphobic. They hadn’t read her essay in support of women. But they knew anyway. That was terrifying enough - such semantic shenanigans that they tied themselves in knots of hate & vitriol & self righteousness - but not quite enough for me to shut up or back down. So facing large shouting crowds is a very noble act. Bravo times a million!!!!

Christ, you’re brave. And an example of why calmness always wins, as they have no real arguments.

Thank you so much for publishing this Graham! It was a scary day, but I think we peaked a few people between the two of us 😊

Thank you for doing it and documenting it, you pair of legends! You'll have peaked many more who've seen it and said nothing, planting a seed.

Their behaviour puts me in mind of Mao’s Red Guard - young people attacking / denouncing / shaming / sacking / silencing / driving to suicide those, who in their ideologically-driven mania, they consider not to be complying with ‘The Party Line’.

It’s so ironic; Queer Theory & Gender Identity politics have become the monster they’re supposed to be fighting

Spot on. The hard left and the ultra right, two sides of the same coin, always destroy themselves, but not before creating chaos, unfortunately. Pol Pot's youngsters were the same, as was the Hitler Youth and Stalin's Komsomol. Young people, sadly, before they mature properly, are easy prey to fascistic/totalitarian propaganda by their elders.

And the Salem with trials. Teenage girls pointing out witches, being believed and adults being executed. It is a power thing, with ruthless people encouraging the young people. In Salem it was adults in dispute with neighbours over land etc who would encourage denunciation of neighbours. With the political examples you give, it is about consolidation of the power of dictators by making children frighten parents and teachers into conformity. Sinister.

That was quite an experience you had. Rewarding but scary. As you say what are the Tras afraid of. Big words, big thoughts?

Ironically, trans male, Robert Kosilek, once started a New Women's Party while he was in prison for murdering his wife Cheryl. MS Magazine gave it a plug.

Thanks for sharing and for your bravery.

“What are they so afraid of us saying? What are they afraid we’ll do?”

They’re afraid of us exposing them for the frauds they are. Every single trans person must understand deep down that they’re not who they want to be. That must be devastating for them and they have my sympathy. That stops though when they try to erase female language, enter our spaces, insist we use incorrect pronouns and generally scream in our faces because, in the case of trans-id men, we remind them of what they’ll never be.

Precisely. Was in the vicinity of one recently, and I wanted to punch his lights out. Had to get away quickly. Any vestigial sympathy I had is long gone, although I do feel sorry for the young girls and boys who will have to live their entire lives with their immature decisions which may have robbed them of any hope of sexual fulfilment or marital happiness or the joy of having children. The cruelty and sadism behind this is almost too much to bear.

Good for you Darlin' !

Can you imagine if it was a load of terfs surrounding one TA - although even imagining that, it still isn't a scary scenario. Mums and grans surround a massive fucking Troon - The Attack of the 6'4" "Trans Woman". Actually 6'4", and taller in heels!

They would have been denounced as the Devil's handmaidens. The parallels between witch-hunting and this is stark. Even the motivations of the witch-hunters are broadly similar. No coincidence that it was over 85% of women and girls who were denounced as witches. Much like today.

Well done. Always the hope the girl has had seeds of doubt planted and will google men invading women's prisons.

I doubt she wants to know. It would be terrifying if she had taken those hormones in the cause of a movement that was on the "wrong side of history".

Well done for seeing it through, I think I would have felt too intimidated to state my position there. This is the second example I've heard about recently where rational conversation has taken place and everyone has managed to keep their cool. The other was the Westminster Hall debate re: ensuring biological sex remains the definition within the Equality act. It gives me hope that people/Tras are capable of listening to the other side.

This is the thing: if you listen, you are immediately in danger of the truth getting through, eventually. Sow the seeds of doubt. A wonderful programme on television about the Hitler Youth and how many of them let the truth filter in as the war was ending, leaving them wide open to doubts. People who have no doubts are capable of anything. I think, though, that these young people need to arrive at the truth of their situation by themselves - with a little help, of course. Standing up to them as these two brave women did, and saying, NO, I will not accept this, is possibly the help they need, just as most children who are never, ever gainsaid, will become narcissistic, selfish little monsters. We adults all need to protect the youngsters from this vile movement.

Wow, you're very brave. I don't think I could have remained calm under such pressure. And the tales they told are all so sad and yet so predictable. They try so hard to be unique and yet they all precisely fit the same pattern as every other confused young person whose brain has been addled by the toxic combination of social media, the focus on appearance as the key to identity, and gender woo. So glad I grew up in the halcyon days of the 1970s before consumerism/capitalism and ad execs divided us into pink princesses and muscle men. The best of times.

This is the problem in places with University cities, they have a dozens gender confused, brainwashed students and an even greater number of activists ready to jump feet first into a brainless cause such as gender ideology. Then you have the 'be kind' sheep who tag along so confronting this in decent numbers is difficult. There were stunning and brave people there but they certainly weren't the ones waving gender-borg flags.
