Hi Graham, I'm new around here but like many of us have been following this "mess" for years. The interview with Kate Coleman is brilliant, and following on from this I wonder if you could try and get a gender critical legal expert to come on the show and examine the point that the defence made (kate talks about this from about 19 minutes in) about there being no obligation on providers to offer single sex spaces. (I assume this means there's no obligation even if providing it would be a proportionate means to a legitimate end). It seems the interpretation of this particular point of law will be what all this turns on. Could we get the legal feminist or similar on the show?!
