Am I right in thinking Kiwifarms are paedophile hunters and the paedophiles have closed the hunters down?

Kiwifarms is a free speech absolutist, it can't be characterised as any one thing and like all similar forums over the years it's a magnet for some of the worst of humanity. It is quite comical that it was this of all things that was the last straw.

So glad you posted this. It’s doing my head in that he’s been framing it like some social justice crap

Meanwhile, did anyone see that Prof. Holly Lawford-Smith published a new book called (with lower case letters) gender-critical feminism? Oxford U Press.

What I don't understand about the emerging philosophies is why there's so little objection to the mutilations of the bodies of mentally ill individuals, based on no science. Is the only way to get published by Oxford (as opposed to self-publishing, an expensive route, I did it) to nod to the malpractice of doctors, "fixing the body" to fit the ill mind? Kathleen Stock has spoken about the need to conform in writing, for the publisher's requirements.

Thank goodness, Helen Joyce did not. The clear strong voice of Sex Matters, the new organization of Helen Joyce and Maya Forstatter, tells us the medical profession will be forced to sort this out. I hope there will be a large class action lawsuit in the US, and soon. I suggest they sue the AMA, APA, American Psychological Association, for their collusion with big pharma and doctors who don't follow up after radical surgeries. The internecine cultural battles in the dark corners of the internet will continue, like the endless Star Wars movie series.

What this post demonstrates to me is the oversized influence of tech-savvy men who ideate they are women, and my ex husband is one of them.

Excellent summary!

What does this mean:

"Not since the blizzard MagaHats of Chicago looking for a gay black male tv star with an unscathed fresh submarine has there been such an open and shut case! "

And what is "Sneed"? A typo?

It's a reference to the Jussie Smollett case, when the Chicago PD said the fact he was holding a sandwich made them suspicious b/c frightened people usually drop the stuff they're carrying. Sneed is a kiwifarms word but I'm not sure what it means.

Ah! Thank you! I thought "Submarine" must be some sort of Yankee euphemism 😂

If you've not seen Dave Chappelle's Sticks & Stones on Netflix it explains all this.

I'd like to know what 'sneed' means too. I understood it to be a general insult and way to expressive negativity. I don't spend that much time on forums or in certain forums and am not a 12 yr old boy, or a TRA so happy to be corrected. I first saw it appearing like cope and seethe, dilate and seethe etc. Those clearly relate directly to trans identifying men. Now I see how close the ties and overlap between males online, gamers, tech and the whole gender ideology movement I understand their terms more.

It also seems used as a placeholder for other rhyming words or antonyms. Sometimes these cover up swearing or words your teachers or mum wouldn't like, so continuing on this really childish way of interacting and hiding what you're doing. Saying the opposite of what you mean also seems a key component of so much human interaction and a way to signal your in/out group status. Here it replaces the word ‘succeed’ in a famous phrase so adding another layer to work out like code. So kudos for knowing the code or a way to alert others to you being friend or foe.

I suppose it's as ever, words become code or popular in groups or online and mean nothing or are understood by only those in the group. But then Brandon would say that (Let's Go Brandon). Hence this continual need to signal your membership of the right groups with pronouns, out of context terms, made up new signifiers and declarations of how far on the right side of history you are.

It's the last one, there's no one meaning. It's a reference to a Simpson's joke that took off on 4chan, its use online is a nod and a wink to other forum users.

And here is Keffals DIY hormone site. Nope, nothing to see here…just blokes selling bathtub hormones over the internet and providing videos telling the kids how to inject it.
