Why is the trans debate so toxic?
Dangerous men are helping frame the debate.
A vital point to understand is that much of the power of the trans lobby comes from extensive coordination between members of a generation who have been traumatised by the Internet.
The protests faced by the women trying to speak at Posie Parker’s events have a character that matches these online dynamics. Anxious lefty non-binary girls standing uncertainly just outside a violent, male nucleus of MRAs who now wear chokers and call themselves Princess Slinkyboots.
Ask yourself…
1. Why is JK Rowling’s name a synonym for bigotry despite there being no evidence that she has ever said anything remotely hateful?
2. Similarly, why are LGB Alliance considered so hateful, so beyond the pale, that the BBC has not once interviewed them about their actual positions?
It’s because everyone is singing from the same hymn sheet. From your lovely trans friend who wouldn’t hurt a fly (and is probably just a confused gay guy), to the brittle young man or woman at work with the hotline to HR, to the worst men alive who are not committing murders only because they’ve watched a lot of CSI Vegas and it scared them. (The Irish trans activist Aiden Comerford, for example, exists only to illustrate what happens in a world where the BTK killer can’t tie knots.)
There is a message consistency between these wildly disparate groups that would be the envy of Fox News during the Roger Ailes era.

Pardon my paranoia but I see a tension bewteen "extensive coordination" and "a generation who have been traumatised". Coordination - especially of the extensive variety - requires a certain coolness, a detachment. This trans mantra is planned, scripted, (well)funded, and organised at every level. It is the further extremities, i.e. the poor saps at the bottom, who are traumatised and floundering. And the media just uses them in the same cold calculating way.
One of our middle-aged male friend of ours has just come out as a woman. 🤣 I've found this stuff both ridiculous and horrific for the past couple of years, but this is the icing on the cake! I know what he is. I've known him since the 90's! This just proves this cult is for the bored, over priviliged, spoilt, lazy, demanding, attention seeking etc etc
