They create laws here to validate Gender identity based on jurisprudence from Turkey and Europ human right (servant of Yogyakarta principl) without any debate and they are going further...
I hope Maya Forstater case could be use here too to protect women like that...

If so, what is the established and peer-reviewed name for them? Intersex? But DSDs/ambiguous genitalia/trisomies/Semenya don't make someone both/neither/other, do they? 🤔

Say I wanted to have a women's group at work to discuss issues specific to females and a TIM wants to join and has a woman friend who supports self-id and gender identity. Am I breaking any laws by not accepting him into the group? How are both our beliefs protected simultaneously?
