Still seems to be little protection for over-sixteens. How many of us really knew who we were at sixteen? The idea of having babies, or even a long term relationship is abstract for most of us at that age. And I know kids are all meant to be sexually active now...and know it all...but how many of us took time to understand what worked for us sexually? What the connections between love, attraction and sex were for us?
As a side issue here - I note that the trans rhetoric rarely talks about love. There lies the big difference between the LGB fight for rights and the (vitriolic) identity politics of the Ts.
Freddy's case was also a good thing, yet this victory impacts all kids and their concerned parents . A sigh of relief to know that kids are safe from puberty blockers.
