True, but they are a group not very likely to speak out. When talking about your experiences and observations in that field you are only ever an inch or so away from potentially breaking confidentiality, which is a risk for your patients. The gender "affirming" minority among therapists and psychiatrists doesn't mind that much. To them, it's more about ideology, even though they don't realise that. Gender critical therapists care about their patients, so they'll think twice before running the risk of inadvertedly exposing something they should not.
There shpuld be criminal charges against every single doctor who has been involved in allowing the barbaric surgeries to go ahead. All those leading any medical professional bodies supporting this should also face criminal charges too.

In other medical malpractice scandals such as the ongoing US opioid cases, even professional advisors such as McKinsey ended up implicated and having to pay millions for giving drug firms advice on how to peddle their products. I remember Consultant Psychiatrist Elizabeth van Horne, oF Tavistock GIDS, telling the interviewer on Newsnight that GIDS does not know what happens to the teens they pass on to adult services at 17 or 18, for cross sex hormones. It cannot say how many detransition, because it washes its hands of them. And traumatised young people do not wish to return to the place where they were harmed. They want to dig deeper into conversion therapy for trans identified people to make sure there is no conversion TO OR FROM transgender. I think this is a very loaded message since we seem to be seeing a lot of conversion therapy TO transgender. These GI proponents may have shot themselves in the foot by pressing for this ban. And it shows EHRC may have a lot more awareness of the situation now.
I obviously know nothing about him more than the rest of us, but I really feel what might help is lots of encouragement, subscribers, likes etc. He has a lot of knowledge, can find his way around medical papers and share his knowledge so he's adding a lot. Definitely want him to keep going. He suffers with his mental health and if he knows what he's doing is valuable I think it will help him stay on track. He has physical health issues too, pre-existing but made worse by the transgender 'healthcare' he received.
