This is good news, Glinner. I hope your solicitors pursue your costs with success and bankrupt Hayden in the process. Bankruptcy has a knock on effect on a solicitor's ability to gain a certificate to practice law - it's complicated, but the immediate effect is a suspension of their current certificate and rights to practice. This person has used the law to reign terror over those who have done nothing more than tell the truth and disagree with him. I'm glad Karma has bitten him on the arse.

Delighted. Well done to you and your legal team. Although you won, the whole process is still grueling and costly - and this is what big Steph was relying on. But thanks to you, he has been shown for what he is, a vexatious litigant.

You are due a great deal of respect for standing up to this, being one of those at the 'bleeding edge'. You are also due an apology from the guardian, but I won't hold my breath.

Didn't come across what "struck out" meant exactly. Wondered if it could mean a technicality or anything. So, for the benefit of others as slow as me, I Googled:

https://www.proneg.co.uk/news/what-can-i-do-if-my-claim-struck-out

"The court’s power to strike out a statement of case is a draconian one. When a party’s statement of case is struck out their legal position in the proceedings is likely to be fundamentally and irreparably prejudiced."

So pretty damning, and not at all a technicality.

Also note:

"If you are representing yourself as a litigant in person and have been threatened with an application to strike out then you may benefit from seeking urgent legal advice from a qualified lawyer. Where you have retained a solicitor to act on your behalf and discover that your case has been struck out you then you may wish to consider the reasons behind the striking out. If you find that your case has been struck out because of something your solicitor has done, or has failed to do, then you could well be entitled to pursue a claim against the solicitor for compensation for professional negligence."

Hayden having represented himself seems to leave little recourse to avoid incurring the costs.

Brilliant news! Great to hear this Graham. Can you counter for emotional distress though? And WTF with the courts not notifying anyone?!

The relief must be overwhelming but the stress and anxiety you have been put through is all part of the punishment and is designed to intimidate others. Good on you for sticking it out, you deserve a medal

As well as chasing costs, please also chase any publication that reported on you and Hayden in any way whatsoever. Insist that they report on this outcome as prominently.

A google search of "linehan Hayden" returns a page of Hayden's accusations, it should return a page on your vindication.

You might have this in hand, but you never mentioned it and I think it's a very important step in restoring your name.

I'm very pleased to hear the case has rightly been struck off, Graham. It must be a relief. Hopefully, the courts are starting to see sense and perhaps the police will follow suit and stop acting as the TRAs attack dogs, though somehow I doubt it.

The house of cards that is gender ideology inflicted by ‘trans activists’ will fall. Glad you got hold of this monster by the scruff. I hope the Guardian are sweating with anxiety over their unquestioning position on trans. Good luck with chasing Hayden for your costs. Give us a shout if you need any more £. I’m happy to support you.

Lawyers are supposed to deal with fact, not fantasy. I hope the bastard gets a very expensive come-uppance that has lasting effect for a very long time.

Hey there Graham. Great news! By the way my remark is purely selfish because I want to know how do you get your hair to look so amazing? The fresh out of bed, come hither sexy, but had to use 6-7 hair styling products to achieve. Do you have a contract with "Crew Styling Products" if not hit them up!

LOL...Seriously good for you! Case Graham VS Crazy As Fuck Trans goes to Graham!

Bravo Graham. ‘Stephanie’ is a thoroughly unpleasant individual. Makes me laugh that ‘Stephanie’s’ Twitter handle starts with the words ‘Flying Lawyer’.

Great news! Is there not a case for suing he/him? I certainly hope so.
