As a retired nurse/ midwife ,who spent my whole adult life working for the NHS in Scotland ,it completely breaks my heart to see what some sectors of OUR NHS is being turned into by some of the sickest ,most insane and downright evil people on this planet ( and I don't mean genuine sufferers of ""gender dysphoria "). Who put these people in charge ? I have NEVER voted SNP and I never will ,and I voted NO to independence last time and will do so again. Makes me feel sick and I hope Nicola Sturgeon and her fellow wokists get what they so richly deserve ( a jail sentence if there's any justice left !!🤮🤬😭💔
Every time anyone mentions or refers to WPATH as any source of anything, let alone being 'experts' they need to be referred back to this. Why the hell aren't urgent questions being asked in Holyrood AND Westminster?

At work I got called in at a fairly high level for a 1 to 1/interrogation. My conclusion is the comms channels and management who are virtue signalling and acting thick everywhere are actually trans activists
I'm sorry you are facing this and hope it's not continuing. It would be stopped in its tracks if it didn't have a lot of support right the way through every level of management. Too many seem to think 'being nice' and allowing this is a key part of their roles, but with very little clue what it entails.
The other thing that struck me. They are clearly privileged people who have much less experience of the less privileged lives of “ordinary” people. They have guilt, are fired up and seem to want to be like a “support worker” of trans staff protecting them from imagined slights by other staff. They keep repeating their mantras. They might as well be repeating Hale Mary mother of God ( apologies if this is clumsy but it is like they are praying for forgiveness). What they’re missing is trans people are adults in the workplace.
Years ago I shadowed support workers for learning disabled people. On day one they made it very clear don’t treat any of these adults like they are children or we’ll be on to you!
For some reason capacity and consent have become very muddied terms within health and social care. Lack of informed consent, outright coercion and using purported disputes over abilities to do either.
This trans activist train, which is harming so many, is powering through still and doesn't seem to be being slowed at all. Looking at funding settlements is very concerning as these clinics and teams are still being started, funded and staffed. It takes 5 or 10 years so they're not going to pull the plug quickly.
So it turns out this document was released "by accident" - it states "not for distribution" at the bottom. Either we have a mole or these people really are as incompetent as they appear.
Is this how Sturgeon hopes to popularise her politics of Scottish independence? I shouldn't think so!
She is pro trans. However, is she now going to hide away from the emerging glare of all this sick indoctrination of young people via the trans ticket, indeed any free for all--- this shows the sickness underlying a veneer of so called civilisation-- much cowardice and rank deception---- the smell reeks!
