Mid Vermont has appealed to the VPA and my sources say that Mid Vermont will proceed to Vermont Superior Court in the event of a likely denial of their appeal by VPA.
Note: VPA members supports changing the words "boys" and "girls" to "sperm producers" and "egg producers. The change was authored by @OutrightVT, a trans advocacy and LGB conversion therapy organization.
I shudder to think what it's like for the female martial arts students who spar with my ex husband, who had "the surgeries" in his middle thirties in 1996. He cheated even on the "Blanchard Protocols" in which the man was to cross-dress full time for 2 years. For at least until 6 months after the surgeries he presented as androgynous to our sons, the children he fathered. He then blamed me for "forcing" him to "make the decision to live as a female" in an affidavit, along with the same words in his psychologist's affidavit, in our custody case. Some women are now being forced to sign a divorce settlement in which she basically gives up her freedom of speech in service of his "privacy." We will never stop advocating for ourselves.

I’ve been attending online the Genspect conference this weekend. Just amazing. Incredible speakers who are so thought provoking. One of the lines that keeps going around my head is that (I’m paraphrasing) “the trans activists could have quietly destroyed women’s sports and safe spaces and they would have got away with it. The thing that has woken people up is the kids.”
It's only a matter of time before woke Aus, NZ,USA AND Canada start following the many European countries and backlash against this INSANE BS. Love that the weightlifting coach made a point. However, I think the strongest message would come from the football women by refusing to participate. It's the only way. The entire league, hell, the entire population that makes up sports women needs to refuse to play if there are men in the pitch.

WHY don't sports organizations automatically say, "No, you're not eligible. The men's team is over there, or you can do the work and start a mixed-sex team for the gender ideologues.
