The original This Never Happens documented 236 cases of trans-identified males — biological men — committing acts of violence, sexual assault, and predation against women and children.
How horrible! I wish those women good luck on their suit.
Meanwhile in my state of WA, I found out from a co-worker that she cannot make doctors appointments or know her 15-year-old granddaughter's (whom she has custody of) medical information or medication info. Apparently, to 'protect' gender questioning children in our state it is now illegal for parents to access medical information or make appointments for anyone 13 or older unless consent forms are filed. Her granddaughter is not trans, but has some mental issues (probably due to the early death of a druggie mom and having a schizophrenic dad) and is refusing to make her own appointments for regular/school checkups. I think it is nuts that my co-worker is legally on the hook for this child's welfare as a minor but is not allowed to actually perform the duties of parenting.
Why is it not law that those whommake decisions like this should be incarcerated with that psycho first ahd for at least a month, and then their rhetoric may change
You have a very good point - it's as if there is such segmentation and separation now in how 'we' 'experience' life. The lawmakers are too distanced. Too in their own bubbles. They are so promoted, so important, so safely hidden away from experiencing the tragic consequences of their vile theoretical indulgences.
Part of these foul theories promoting this experiential bilge is that there is no such thing as objective reality. We are screamed at for daring to say there is. It's as if those who spout it and want it - and legislate for it - live in totally parallel universes, with snippets of things circulated that bear little relation to what might have been said, done, or laws 'passed'. Looking at these photos of this murderous, thuggish man, it's scary to think how deluded the chain of events is that meant they plonked him in a cell with any woman and thought yeah, that's great, it's his ooman rights. Her rights and every one of those women are shoved into second, so therefore their rights do disappear. Rights are pie. And the justification that leads to this is, well he's a woman now. With apparently no risk assessment before, no thought at all as to the obvious and highly likely consequences that he would carry on just as before and just as male as he will always be. Then the cover up, the denials, the total obfuscation. There's an instant excuse for every one of his and their acts. These violent men don't suddenly become tiny, weak, fragile women or vulnerable 'victims' because they and their Queer Theory cohort demand that delusion of us all. Oh but they are the 'true' victims, the truly vulnerable. No, he is not. These men are insane. Then coddled and encouraged to act out their delusions and fantasies, all in the name of corrupted fairness. They are an objective danger to us all. How can you even start to rehabilitate someone like this when you're encouraging and actively supporting such lurid thinking and belief.
Announcements (and pronouncements) are made and as a member of the public I look at commentary and increasingly agree that officials seem to do things, invest in things, make plans or policy, with very little reference to reality, evidence or weighing things in the balance to produce outcomes that are clear enough to all. They must know they're spinning in the wind. We watch in horror, powerless. Yes, how would they like to be housed - trapped - in a small room with him? It's such a simple, direct question and one they never willingly answer, then come up with vague and ill-supported false equivalencies with supposed stats.
So many of us cannot see how these opaque decisions are being made, so it's inevitable that we veer to conspiracy as very serious, nationwide decisions are objectively blurred, objectively based on falsehoods and lies, then we need to guess at their 'processes'. Then we are accused of not knowing 'enough' or being 'expert', then to obtain the same data they supposedly use to form their decisions is some crime in itself.
I've said before here, I have no problem with people living as the opposite sex if that is their goal and it makes their lives better. If done with openness and good will, all good, live your life.
But prisons, by design, have a preponderance of manipulative, self centred chancers who will do anything to get an advantage. While we have gullible, virtue signalling dipsticks in charge of government bureaucracy, we're going to have this problem. They only need to ask themselves, what could his motivation be? What advantages are there for a man who killed his parents and their dog, has been sentenced to 40 for murder and looks like a pudding.
Attention, high moral entitlement, protected status, access to women, sharing a room with a woman, being the strongest person in their bit of the prison, ability to bully, threaten and assault women? I mean, you don't need The Behavior Panel to tell us this man is not genuine in any way. It's nuts.
"Balcer was convicted as an adult and sentenced in 2018 to serve 40 years in prison. Having transitioned to a female identity while incarcerated, corrections officials transferred this male double-murderer from the male population at the Maine State Prison to the female units at the Maine Correctional Center in Windham."
However, your premise in the first sentence is not possible, because these crossdressing men assault their wives and cause severe emotional damage to their children. I have the data from 80 transwidows.
I respect your opinion and research. I'm not an absolutist.
I know people who have transitioned and done no-one any harm, or no more than the general shit show of life. I know many people whose self-image is uncertain. They deserve my empathy.
I also know that there are men cynically taking advantage of the opportunities offered by pretending to be women and those men I abhor.
What do you mean by "self-image is uncertain". Do you mean they're not sure who they are. That's fine in terms of style etc. but if they're not sure what their sex is then they are clearly mentally unstable because everyone knows their sex. I have no problem with a man wearing a dress or makeup. But if he's PRETENDING to be a woman and others refer to him as a woman and he might pass as a woman then that raises a huge safeguarding issue for all women, children and gay people. This is why I never extend the "courtesy" of using preferred pronouns. Once you start bending the truth chaos follows. As is evident in the world today.
I appreciate your final sentence. I tend to prefer to live and let live, which is fine up until the point where the nonsense causes harm, and then we need to be clear - it is the underlying nonsense, or insanity, that has created the conditions for harm. A bit like everyone's understandable licence to bear arms creates the conditions for mass killings.
I haven't seen a benign one yet. The first one I really got to know would 'dress' on meth and ruined his family with his addictions to drugs and porn. The second one I worked with at a non-profit and he would use his ability to go into the women's bathroom to go in there when teenage volunteers were using it, and the one I'm hearing about now from my friend is her ex, who is in and out of mental institutions and is using their daughter (whom he has convinced to be non-binary) as a pawn to keep her paying for his phone, car, etc or else he will get the daughter to ghost her as punishment (this has happened before).
There is no law that a man cannot wear a dress. But no man can be a woman and we should not be supporting addiction, perversion and mental health issues by bestowing extra legal and social privileges to them.
I just don't how to react to these utterly absurd twilight zone stories anymore. How do politicians let this happen. Man merely states he's a woman and bang in the woman's jail he goes. I've used all the words I can already to describe the utter derangement of these situations. Why isn't Trump stepping in and doing everything to stop this? It's like the far-left version of the Handmaid's tale. Any sane person who thinks this is normal and ok should be a mental hospital. Why bother with male and female prisons at all. I think I'd take the solitary confinement over sharing a cell with this disgusting animal. Crossing everything for a win.

Crazy shite. This needs to end.
Yups. Good luck man.
Dear God help us all.

“and suggested she could “do things” to her in her sleep.” Maybe you mean: “and suggested HE could …”
Too shocking for words. Hope they win. I can't believe this it is still allowed to happen, despite all the evidence of evil.
