This is the whole issue. There is a big enough proportion of men that cannot be trusted in women's spaces that all men have a duty to recognise that women have to have their own spaces in which men are not allowed. As I once saw somewhere - "How do you recognise a man who would be safe in a women's changing room? He doesn't want to be in one."

It does make me uncomfortable to regarded as being a potential risk by virtue of my genes, but the reality is that men have allowed other men to be abusers for so long that it is a miracle that any women want anything to do with us at all. We, as men, need to get a grip on this.

If this stupid movement enables this man to sue women for reporting the crime of indecent exposure and voyeurism, I may just blow a gasket. What the eff.

Massive red flag here: "Andy Ngo got to speak to Merager, and was told by him “If you go into an area where you’re expected to be nude, there has to be an indecent exposure exemption.”

Someone needs to check this man's hard drive.

This is all priceless, isn't it? A rap sheet a mile long, including for exposure but other crimes like burglary. On the sex offenders list. It just doesn't get any better than this.

When the Guardian celebrated 200 years of journalism, they had a section entitled 'what we got wrong' over the course of those 200 years. Well, they should have as long a list for the past 10 years. What a shower!

I have to comment on this.

Firstly, I complained to YouTube again about the fact that my account had been removed. My account that is 13 years old, that I had paid for movies on. FINALLY it has been given back to me but it makes me really nervous about how easily we can be switched off of someone so chooses.

I have to comment here because I am so angered at Lois Beckett and Sam Levin. They have written about this in the Guardian again and keep framing it as if it is only right wing groups against this utter madness.

They covered what happened to Sarah Everard. It's shocking the lack of empathy that these arseholes have for the women and girl who were unwittingly part of this man's fetish.

We know that Wayne Couzens had previously exposed himself and gotten away with it. Voyeurism is clearly a way of testing the waters to see how much they can get away with before upping the ante.

When I was younger I went to an all girl's school and next to our school was a huge park and a lot of girls walked home through that park. We were always told not to walk alone and actually told not to go there at all because of flasher(S). Now if the flasher is even closer to you in a confined area you're a damn bigot for pointing out the penis in the room.

I'm really angered by this. By this whole thing. When will people see it for what it is? When will women stop pandering to dick and start sticking up for their sisters?

This isn't transphobic. This is a very real and warranted fear of men who's conviction rate is already so bloody damn low and now they're being given extra protection by using trans laws that are so blatantly riddled with loopholes for men to terrorise women.

The stats for "women" committing crimes of a sexual nature must have spiked considering the amount of dick pandering that's going on.

NOT OUR CRIMES!!

He’s not only claiming he’s a victim of “transphobic harrasment” not only from the several women who noticed him flashing his erection, but also from “the state”.

While at the same time saying how he intends to change the law. Apparently a state senator is on board?

The most powerful “oppressed minority” on the planet.

All those who pretended it was a hoax need to hang their heads in shame. And as for that man calling her a dick for harassing a transgender person - just disgusting.

His ardent supporters will not retract, instead will double down on a man's rights as a "trans woman" and the discrimination he faces. None of them ever believed it was a hoax, so why would they change course? But this is the showdown California has been waiting for. He says he is meeting with Senator Scott "trans women are women" Weiner, the man successfully pushing bills that keep predators off the sex register.

I was literally looking for a way to send what I’d written to Mr. Graham ( Email? Carrier pigeon? I’m technologically confused) when I saw this. Anyway, I’ll go ahead & post it here. I apologize for the mention of anything already covered by ripx4nutmeg 😬. (Bravo, nutmeg!!)

Today I read of The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office search for and arrest of Darren Merager, a Registered Sex Offender. The LA Sheriff’s flyer states that Merager “claims to identify as female so he can access women’s locker rooms and showers.” Merager’s birthdate is stated to be 06/08/1969 and he is described as being 6’2”, 200#, “WM” with blue eyes & “BLN” hair. A Forbes Talk article today states “In addition to Merager’s new felony charges of indecent exposure, she is also facing six felony counts of indecent exposure over a separate locker room incident in December 2018. Los Angeles County prosecutors accuse Merager of indecent exposure to women and children in a changing area at a swimming pool in West Hollywood Park.” Article: https://forbestalk.com/news/usa/sex-offending-suspect-claims-transgender-harassment-in-wi-spa-case/

COINCIDENTALLY, “Precious Child”, the man who continuously inserts himself in the Wi Spa Indecent Exposure crime has a new video on FB. It is entitled “Tear Up” and features him in a women’s locker room and women’s sauna, wearing men’s black army boots and a short white fluffy women’s bathrobe, being attacked and kicked by women. He enters the women’s sauna donning an enormous black, sharply pointed, grotesque phallus, with which he terrorizes and assaults the women by beating them in the face. The video ends with the violated women happily piling up on the floor with and cuddling him. Here’s the link:

https://fb.watch/7MUY-aDkTb/

In this video’s description, it states “What really happened in Wi Spa on June 27th, 2021??? From "DIARY OF AN ANGEL ABUSER", Full length album out August 27th 2021.

ALL PROCEEDS FROM THIS TRACK WILL GO TOWARD MEDICAL EXPENSES FOR THE STABBING VICTIM AT WI SPA ON JULY 3RD 2021. ANY ADDITIONAL FUNDS WILL GO TOWARDS THE MEDICAL EXPENSES OF LGBTQ PROTESTORS INJURED ON JULY 17TH 2021.”

So, he’s an aggressive, misogynist transsexual TRA man collecting money for the violent TRA’s & “Antifa” rioters who harassed, intimidated, threatened and violently assaulted many NUMEROUS people, including women, Press, kids and a group of peaceful religious persons and preachers.

Btw, for rational , interesting coverage of some of the Wi Spa Koreatown TRA’s violence, check out this video of Steve Inman interviewing Tony, a kind, fair Korean man attacked by Antifa TRAs (while protecting a woman and her dog), who successfully defended himself because he’s a badass: https://youtu.be/02TXw4QqFiQ

The focus on whether or not this was a hoax (it obviously never was) is less important to me. It suggests a conviction against him will justify those opposed to self ID but a lack of any conviction will pull the rug from under their arguments.

Regardless of outcome, the international newsworthiness of this man flashing these people was not the crime (which happens daily) but the response of those with a duty of care, scared into inaction by ideological capture.

If a complaint is made to management that there's a naked man flashing women and children in any changing room then that complaint MUST be investigated by the owner and safety assured immediately.

If the complaint turns out to have been true or false is entirely irrelevant. We react to the complaint the same way regardless because we know it does definitely happen all of the time and women reacting proportionately must be kept safe even if there have been instances of women inventing scenarios or overreacting to them.

This is the importance of the Staniland question demonstrated. The fact this man claims any right whatsoever to be naked in female space shatters any assurance of whether there can be proactive safety or retroactive justice for females from predators.

How many other cases exactly like this have occurred but not gone viral and gained such close scrutiny?

The man who committed the crime is one of millions in all human existence whose violent and deviant nature can only be safeguarded against, never eradicated. The journalists, businesses, charities and politicians uniting to protect men like him from investigation are a new, more pernicious danger that must be fought and defeated just to ensure minimal safeguarding for women.

Propaganda mills like Slate are probably still going to accuse those women of discriminating against a poor defenseless transwoman. They didn't believe the numerous women who were were alarmed enough to come out of the spa and protest at the time. And just as has been the case for hundreds of years, they accept a man's word as truth and a woman's claims that he harmed her as lying for attention or advantage... calling it the liberal and progressive postition.

Thanks for this. One thing that is missing in the Ngo article, and he could have asked the Merenger who seems to want to fight for access to nude areas without indecent exposure charges. The WI Spa has a unisex section. What not go there? The infamous third space some of us have been asking exist in some instances. Somehow, Merenger did not use it. WHY OH WHY?
