Staggering negligence and utter disdain for children's health. I really hope that this is the case that wakes the dragon, obliterates the woke bias and causes doctors to come forward to talk about the dangers of transing children.

Landmark case! Today, in Switzerland, parliament voted 16 year old are mature enough to self ID. (Not exactly the same topic but it is of course linked). Meanwhile kids younger than 16 are getting blockers in Switzerland but there is no official data I can find anywhere.

Each country in the world will benefit from this case I believe. It will ripple across the planet.

Is this an appropriate moment to bring out the Churchill quote? "Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. but it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning." There's still a long way to go and no doubt the TRAs will try and fight back.

the trans agenda has gripped the medical and so called therapist profession by the throat - BUT it has only got to this level because of the lack of scrutiny and the shutting down/out dissenters - the 'professionals' left are most likely homophobic and narcissists who get a great kick out of their power

"A child under 16 is not capable of informed consent to the use of medication intended to suppress puberty". Fixed that statement for them.

Reading it as someone with a law background who took medical law, I was always convinced the idea children before the age of majority could never consent to this treatment. What I didn't expect was all this base sloppiness. I work for government myself and I do see annoying parallels, the lack of need to seek or source data or research if what you're doing agrees with woke sensibilities. We are also having our own gender recognition act, so Graham, once you're exiled from your lovely island home don't go rushing to parts of Australia too fast.

Utterly staggering. This is just the tip of the iceberg I believe.

This article is very nicely put. A question with an answer to justify how at each step the tavistock failed , either to collect data or to maintaing the records of age group and patients needing help with dysphoria and actually transed Kids, lack of documentation when it comes to the detailed treatment and side effects involved due to hormones and puberty blockers and it's effective communications to the kids. Wow, they failed on a major level. Question is do they fail on purpose , is it about making as much money as possible, or is it just them being irresponsible and light handed while maintaining records and data.
