Recently we covered The Guardian’s descent into pushing overt conspiracy theories, but The Independent appears to be left-wing media’s apprenticeship of misogynistic writing. It has just published an article on why women’s toilets are the ultimate safe space for women:

In the entirety of my life, not once have I encountered such a women’s bathroom where the women-waiting-to-pee sing and dance to music while embracing men-who-think-they-are-women. Why is this? Answer: Because not even in nightclubs does this happen. Not even in U.S. Target store women’s toilets. These TIMs are outright delusional/ mentally ill. Ubelievable that someone seeking political influence in British politics through a position on the Labour party's LGBT advisory board could make such an ignorant remark as: "The Suffragettes were white supremacists who were fighting for WHITE womens rights - they specifically left black women out of the movement. It is not 100 years since women got the vote it's 100 years since WHITE women got the vote. Black women couldn't vote until MUCH later" That may have been true in the US but this gump (Munroe Bergdof) was seeking a job in BRITISH politics. This seems to be endemic in the trans activist movement - it is completely ahistorical with memes and tropes directly transposed from American circumstances over to British wholly uncritically and indifferent to facts.
Many of the referenced Independent articles though are over a year old and it will be interesting to see if the turning of the tide which is now in full force will have an effect on the Independent too.
I’m strangely not depressed by this article. I just think that they are being given plenty of rope and they will hang themselves at some point. The hatred and bile is one way. Women have science and reasoned argument on their side. They have ideology. Ideology that doesn’t stand up to close scrutiny. I hold faith in the wider public starting to be peaked the more of this infiltrates into the real world. I’m still hopeful it will be parents pushing back against indoctrination of children and the cases that will come to light in the future when the true medical scandal of puberty blockers and gender reassignment surgery will fill the courts. The pendulum always swings too far one way before it returns to the centre.
Its like a lost generation...there is an epidemic of mental health conditions, porn culture and the desire to be famous and unique but having no talent, or character. Sad times.
As Liew says, sport is unfair and is just sport. Therefire, in the interests of diversity and inclusion let's mandate a transman plays in the squad of every premiership team.
Too often these days, facts from the US are meant to be accepted in the UK as facts from our past. They are thrown at us with speed and conviction and people start to believe that they do mean something over here. Well, they don't. It is like comparing apples with camels. Our apples are way more inclusive to the US camels. We haven't always got it right, but we didn't have legal segregation in the way it was in the US. We haven't had the ghettos in the same way as thee has been in the US. And our politics are way different too. When are the people in power in the UK going to call out the people who justify their own behaviour by using data and facts from the US that have no meaning in the UK.
I will never understand why elected governments ,public bodies ,academics ( who are arguably the "intelligent " people amongst us ), and the medical profession are wilfully blind to the very real dangers of this absolutely Toxic agenda promoted by these misogynistic predators who pretend to support "trans rights " but really only want to prey on women and children and indeed erase women as a sex class ,completely from society.!! It's a RAPIST'S ,PAEDOPHILE''S and MURDERE'S' charter and the cowardly sycophants who allow this to happen will have as much blood on their hands as the perpetrators !!
