We need a strong leader here who can stand up to all the rot in our society at the moment, there’s so much going wrong. If free speech wasn’t in such dire straits, the likes of Graham wouldn’t have to leave in order to make comedy. It’s a disgrace, and in the oldest democracy too.

I was impressed by the craft in the Executive Order. I believe that many who felt compelled into "pronoun rituals" and kowtowing to demanding teens who can't decide who they are will now reference this order, even if in a state or local facility which isn't directly under a US Federal Agency. I hope to point out to someone that my ex-husband got into an equity contract with his tech firm to gain 51% of it as an equity partner within 20 years, and used "female or minority owned" status to gain preference in federal contracts. This is the requirement of the General Services Agency, which facilitates US government contracts with private companies.

Every major government department may have left Stonewall’s Diversity Champions Programme but I can tell you that gender identity is very firmly still in place in the civil service with diversity and inclusion virtue signalling a**holes still using it as a vehicle for advancement. Senior civil servants are still leading with their pronouns in the name of inclusion (while excluding anyone not bought into genderwoo), and civil servants are still being encouraged to include their pronouns in emails etc.
This is all good news and thank you Graham for your tireless work that contributed to this outcome.
I've even discovered and been following men on YouTube who are defending women in brilliant videos. However, despite the fact that they truly seem to get how misogynistic men are, they STILL don't understand the harms of gender ideology. I would LOVE for anyone (dare I hope, everyone?) reading this comment to go to his video comments and post anything and everything you can to firmly push back on his belief that trans ideology is a net good. Yes, it's great news. But it doesn't mean a blanket ban on the medicalising of gender distressed minors. This Executive Order only prevents puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones for minors from being federally funded. At least two-thirds of Americans have private health insurance and will not be affected. (Similarly the Executive Order regarding prisons can only prevent trans-identified males from being accommodated in female FEDERAL prisons. 88% of incarcerated Americans are in state and local prisons which, again, will not be subject to the EO.) We mustn't get complacent; there is much work still to do!

I think it's really important to celebrate and shout about whatever good is being done against this cult, irrespective of who says it or makes it happen. It should not matter if Trump did it. You are not celebrating him, but rather the executive order he signed. And it is a magnificent order that we should shout from the rooftops. No one on this Substack would attack anyone for Trump association. That's the tactic of trans activists and would end up burying great wins that need to be broadcast. I don't like Trump at all but I'm delighted he was voted in given the alternative. If that makes people not want to know me then that's their shortsighted loss. This is no criticism of anyone but rather encouragement to speak out without fear of criticism by association
So to declare normality ie sex is binary requires that only someone from the ‘correct’ side of politics actually puts it into action? I gather the writer in this instance would have been very happy to see an empty headed diversity pick candidate win the US presidential election? Astonishing.
