Thanks, JL, such a relief as ever!

What a result for Jo P! I keep saying these legal results are a great bulwark against an incoming Labour government ( and I speak as an ex Labour loyalist!).

My latest project is trying to find the 0.1% of the female population who have a penis. I still haven't found one. Terribly frustrating work, I can tell you 😊

Also quite dangerous work!

"Excuse me, madam, can I just ask you if you have..."

You should've said, Dusty! I have a penis. I keep it in the freezer. It used to belong to a man called Kevin... (And, for the benefit of Stalker Alan, I'M JOKING! 😉)

Ah you're joking, JL! I had started writing it down - one woman in 33 million...😂

It's like the hunt for the Yeti 😂

Haha ! The hunt for the elusive female penis! I hope you don’t carry !

Great news about Jo Phoenix winning her case, I hope it's as inspiring as it should be. Nevertheless, it's bullshit that it requires a tribunal to rule that 'transphobe' and 'terf' is abusive language, and can constitute unlawful harassment in the workplace. Of course it does.

It sucks that it needs to be enforced rather than just understood, but I think this is a very good decision and it fills in some grey areas legally. I hope it inspires judges in the US. Ohio was good news as well.

Yes, I agree. There have been some significant changes and victories that probably wouldn't have happened in the very recent past. These developments are good and they must be repeatedly built on for lasting change to happen. I hope this means resistance from the trans cult will gradually weaken. Eventually, their claims and demands will not accepted or met and they can fuck themselves, instead of fucking over women, girls and all vulnerable young people.

Many thanks JL. The OU was taught a lesson!

This ruling of the tribunal is blunt and brutal. Unequivocal. This is a huge win for biological reality. Let's see how the TRAs double down now ...

Fantastic result for Prof Phoenix - and I'm (pleasantly) very surprised to see the Guardian giving a column to a woman who dares to question the Church Of Gender Bollocks. Hope springs eternal that the UK media might one day realise that heresy isn't actually supposed to be a thing in the 21st century.

Anyway thanks JL - these are the moments that keep us going!

“Furthermore, the tribunal ruled that use of words like ‘transphobe’ and ‘TERF’ are ‘terms of insult’ and can constitute unlawful workplace harassment.”

Next time the excuse for a government we have in Scotland uses one of these terms against the brave Scottish women standing up for their rights, we’ll be right on them.

Thanks JL, I’m going to save this for when i need a lift! But i know about the prof. Its getting easier and easier to talk openly now i think.

This is great news. I'm so impressed by Jo's determination to seek justice. What a woman!

I was very surprised to see the statement from Tim Blackman. I had seen originally that he/The OU were planning on appealing. Feels like someone is desperately trying to save his own skin.

Think he might have been given some PR / damage limitation advice after his first statement!

I was thinking that I might go back to studying with the OU as I'd taken a few courses back in the 1980s before the gender woo took hold. This case means that I won't be going back any time soon. Do I want the fees I'd pay (and they aren't cheap) going towards paying for cases like this and support self-righteous and ill-informed academics? The OU should have put it's hands up and said, yes, they had discriminated against Professor Phoenix and apologised in full straightaway. Instead they made themselves look ridiculous.

Likewise. I was going to convert my degree to a Masters in something more useful. The OU can get to fuck, and I'll write to them outlining my reasons why! Please join me. Xxx

Oh what joy reading the good news. Thank you!

I'm in Edinburgh, and telling everyone about Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre's tribunal and what is coming to light. Most people had no idea. I've sent a complaint to BBC Scotland for ignoring the fact a male has been counselling rape victims without any qualifications in counselling.

And I hope you give the detail of his most unusual 'methods' which involve hurling insults at vulnerable women, and calling us bigots, all for our own good of course. It's all about him, his fetish, his needs, his wishes. And the magic ring of protection around him for years as he repeatedly breaks the law and is encouraged to continue.

Yes - absolutely!

This is great news, and has ramifications for trans widows, as well. There are trans widows in Britain who've been sexually assaulted by suddenly lingerie-clad husband, and the threat of being labeled a bigot, racist &etc weighs heavily.

Anyone else see KJK's satire of the infamous "non-binary femme" Alok on her channel today? My take on that particular rabbit hole, including Jodie Foster & wife's pagan worship documentary on this arrogant "constantly evolving" influencer, the South Asian version of Sam Smith:

Yes ,Ute ,I watched that and to see those 2 women fawning breathlessly over a MAN pretending to be a WOMAN made me feel sick. I thought Jodie Foster would have had more sense !! Traitors ,both !!

Whenever I put the name of dudette like that as the first title word in one of my videos, I suddenly get more attention to the cause! And trolls! This time I blocked about a half dozen who make assumptions about my ex "having her happy life" compared to my supposed wallowing. The fact that I collect the only data in the world on trans widows, helping those who are just in the midst of it is "wallowing." Rebel News is a channel to tune in to now, for the coverage of 5 males on the same women's volleyball team in Canada. I await news of the injuries to women on opposing teams.

My very first comment on this substack was “ it’s taken me nearly 70 years to fully understand how little women matter”. This piece illustrates that feeling perfectly.

Well, I think that article says everything about where women (non-Y chromosome, non-prostate-havers) stand in society. I never cease to be amazed how some women are so desperate to 'be kind' that they'll happily inflict pain on other women and couldn't care less about the safety of children and vulnerable people.

They are obviously brainwashed in thinking that they are being “kind “.

I'm sure they do think that and probably congratulate themselves that they think that way.

Great news! What a brilliant result for Prof Phoenix and reality in general! The tribunal spelt out exactly what they were doing and their intentions. I hope the people involved are dealt with!

Love a good news segment. Thanks JL. 👍🏾

Thanks ,JL. It's always great to get some Good News on this topic ,but still disheartening to see so many people turning a blind eye to the ever increasing number of real leaders fe harms it's causing to women , children, and confused young adults. Such great news. And as a newby here I wanted to find a place to say this (but not sure that this is the best place .... nonetheless) ... There is no finer example of bravery than a person-with-a-uterus who questions Trans Ideology. JK Rowling is one such person.

Where else can I post this?

Wherever you can! Speak to people, ask questions, listen, talk to more people and keep the debate open. As you learn and hear more you will be able to better defend yourself against those who claim fantastical and illegal things with supposed impunity.
