Only seems to be the trans kids who need medication and surgery though. Adult men can talk about ladydicks without any need to chop them of or medicate away their sex drive, it seems.

Basically once you’ve deconstructed it doesn’t matter what the wrapping is you still only have two options when it come to genitalia : penis or vagina. So can’t they dispense with all the letters and just tell us that we all need to be bi-sexual?
