We had our first pass (as in ‘they passed’) on the new sitcom—the first of many, I’m sure, given my current infamy—so having the safety net of this site is quite the anxiety-killer. Publishing stories that no-one else has the guts to cover is its own reward, but paying bills is nice too.
Also, I can commission pieces by JL, Victoria Smith, @StillTish and @Rip4Nutmeg and not being constrained by Twitter’s incel-friendly terms and conditions means I can freely say that this bloke is a man telling women what they and cannot say and it’s fucking gross.
Here’s the author of this feminist article telling Adichie she’s a bigot

As long as misogynistic men like this keep insulting, gaslighting and degrading women, our work is not done. Thank you for helping us continue it!
Hello everyone. Just joined, across from the occasion sewer that is Twitter. I am a very sarcastic, but hopefully humorous mole with a line in childishly silly, badly-stuffed animal memes. I hope I can contribute, help or perhaps just go to the bar for people if they are busy.
Thank you for everything you do, will never forget watching Father Ted after school and have rewatched it umpteen times since. And then of course the IT Crowd and Black Books as an adult. Never imagined in a million years that a comedy genius would be one of the few standing up for women but here we are. This fight has been at your own expense which in my book is the true definition of a hero. It's not something you do for personal gain or narcissism dressed up as activism like Aidan and the gang.
Anyway, sorry for the gushing message but thank you. Truly.
