It caused a lot of discussion with some defensive gay men getting very angry. But when you consider that few of us are totally homo- or heterosexual, and when you understand that sexual violence is mostly about power and control, it doesn't seem so unimaginable. Sorry I couldn't find the essay.
Expect to see this framed as an "attack" on trans people by the likes of Owen Jones and Pink News. Everything is SO dramatic with them. No one believes trans people will suddenly have the same rights as we all have taken away, it just means these govt bodies and organisations will be implementing policies that use the Equality Act as guidance, and not Stonewall.

What I found really interesting, is the lack of concern for the death of Leeze Lawrence. I was expecting certain people to weaponise it, but the usual suspects were suspiciously quiet. I suspect, yet to be confirmed, that there will be little to weaponise about Leeze's death once the facts are known. This was a person with an extensive history of drug usage.

Took me a few moments to untangle this statement. The language is so dense it's easy to miss that it claims that gay men have sex with women.
