I like the fact that in the Court Order they are scared of using he/him/his but obviously refuse to use she/her!!! So "the judgment debtor" is repeated constantly.

It feels like a thankless chore chronicling the torturous-slow wheels of justice as they grind exceedingly fine, so thanks, Graham.

Why isn’t Hayden being persued for debt payments. I’d get the bailiffs in and get them declared bankrupt.

Does he have any assets? If so, petition for his bankruptcy. It looks like he isn't going to pay any other way. You're unlikely to get your money, nor anyone else, but hopefully bankruptcy might stop his continued vexatious litigation.

I certainly be willing to contribute to a crowdfunding to combat what he's been doing. This can't fall entirely on the shoulders of his victims. Hell, if it would help I'd be willing to be the complainant from here in the US. Think of the news angle.

I'm sure thousands of people would contribute to any crowdfunder to stop Hayden.

That would certainly garner some media attention. Maybe it should be Associated Newspapers who foot the bill. They've got enough clout behind them and he certainly owes them a good amount. But someone certainly needs to step in and stop this campaign of harassment. Even if he loses each time, as has been said before, the process is the punishment.

Query for Brit legal eagles: In any number of jurisdictions around the world, vexatious litigants are curtailed from filing while previous judgments against the filer remain due and outstanding (see Jonathan Yaniv). Is there a comparable process available in the Terfish Isles?

Expand full comment

In theory, but I don't know the last time it was used.

He won't stop. If available, even if uncommon, this should be applied for. Given his considerable historical legal record it should be a slam dunk proving that he's vexatious, as a legal matter.

I suppose the UK doesn't have an anti-SLAPP law either.

We do, but there are v v expensive lawyers trying to get around them. See Private Eye.

I thought that he had already been declared a vexatious litigant.

Around 2016

Thanks. I had a search of that page, and found one in 2021 (Millinder, Paul). The process is clearly used, so I don't understand why his nibs still being allowed to bring cases that are clearly vexatious.

Oh I hadn’t spotted that one. They seem to have tailed off a bit.

But yes: why not?

It might be that Heyden sues lots of people obsessively, rather than suing one person or company again and again?

The Terfish Isles! 🤣 Hilarious!

I’m massively confused here!

But generally - how can Heyden keep losing cases, accumulating judgements against him... and not paying?

Well, have to confess I got totally lost in all that. I'm probably on the wrong track here, but if Hayden, or anyone else, thinks Nul (aka Joshua Moon I believe) of Kiwi Farms would comply with any demands from Terf Islands they are very mistaken. He wouldn't take down footage of the Christchurch terrorist attacks when Jacinda Ardern requested it and he sure as hell won't divulge an identity if any British court wants him to.

He’s trying to use the information given by an individual to request a court document to identify them. He doesn’t need kiwi farms.

I’m too thick ( or bored ) to go through all of his twaddle , just arrest the fat twat for his nonsense

O wait …

Stephanie seems to be "DARVO" ing the system (Defend, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender) until even the Judge can't find a way to prevent him delaying, and delaying and delaying payment of the costs which he owes.

Maybe other people need to start giving Hayden a taste of his own medicine. Let HIM be hit with lawsuit after lawsuit from every direction, for every reason under the sun, and see how HE likes it. Sue him into the ground. Sauce for the goose and all that.

What a piece of garbage Hayden is and he's not the only one ,by far. Would really love to see him and all his fellow monsters get their just desserts.🤞 Faint hope🙏🙏🙏

I just cant fathom out how he is allowed to even open his gob in court..

That court time is being consumed indulging this vexatious salami of a man is the real scandal, here. FFS, how?! We've got 5,000+ IPP prisoners still rotting in jail while men in wigs stroke each other's egos on perceived sleights.

GET SOME PERSPECTIVE, M'LUD
