Thank you, Graham, for another excellent post illustrating the illusions that these people believe in.

*NOW* MOST IMPORTANT !!! Graham, please feel absolutely free to delete my post if it crosses any boundaries.

I simply want to ask a very simple question:

Why do these people seem to believe that by declaring themselves to be a "woman", it transforms them into a creature of beauty?

When all is said and done, they are mainly all plug ugly and they remain plug ugly when they adopt their alter-egos.

Those two at the top of this post are most definitely worthy of "special mention", and especially "I'm a girl. Jaclyn, Jackie. Jac. ... blah, blah, blah," whose 5 o'clock shadow seems to have appeared at lunchtime.

Some personal background as to why I am so *OUTRAGED* at these people:

I am 76 years old.

I *had* a Grandmother.

I *had* a Mother.

I *have* two sisters.

I *have* three nieces.

I *have* two great-nieces.

I WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY OF THESE IMPOSTERS AND CHARLATANS INVADING A SINGLE INCH OF THE SPACE OF MY FEMALE RELATIONS! NOT ONE INCH!

TRA’s are simply sexist MRA’s in literal drag. The depth of sexist disregard and dehumanisation is simply peaking in this movement. Men have no idea or interest in Women’s reality and dominate disgracefully in all spheres of life. It simply doesn’t occur to them to ask, they will not listen and are so “spoilt” by privilege it doesn’t occur to them they are wrong or that their actions effect others particularly women and children. Sexism and misogyny is definitely a mental illness. The boundary violation imperative is strong in men. I’ve heard women say there’s something wrong with men and make various excuses but at the end of the day they simply do not know or have the ability to stick to their role in society. Most decent men understand their role and obligations and try hard to fulfil it appropriately without exploiting or appropriating women, our children or our spaces and laws in place to enforce our protected sex characteristics. Something is deeply wrong and this movement evidences it in more full colour than most of us can comprehend or stomach along with the normalising of porn, pedophilia, prostitution and rape culture it’s hellish end times stuff for women indeed. Is it just visible now or is it being normalised purposefully and was it just unmentionable before which is what I suspect. Wetiko I think the Native American indigenous called it... a maggot or madness of the brain they noticed in colonisers which made them destroy, steal and disrupt everything and seemingly without consequence or conscience. Being so ignorant is inexcusable really and shows a genuine failure to teach or lead about something so basic as the very real differences between men and women and a determination to control and oppress women and parody us in a insulting disrespectful manner to undermine any progress women have made. Could it be that people are so uptight they literally can’t say the word “sex” and have to change language and reality to meaningless “gender” to assuage their own discomfort I wonder? It’s ridiculous and all I have left to say tonight to all this is is period, period, menstruation, childbirth, breastfeeding, pain, blood, incontinence, shit and gore.

Yes. To paraphrase a commenter on the Women Are Human website, "Women could climb aboard a 'Female Only' spaceship to Mars - only to find a bunch of AGPs clinging on in the undercarriage. It's the nature of the pathology.".

Some of them simply cannot tolerate even the thought that women might be able to enjoy something just for themselves. Womanhood is apparently the true Final Frontier.

I believe I may be able to answer your question after all :)

Later-in-life MtT transitioners (and 'Lily' Madigan) all have in common the condition autogynephilia. As the name suggests, they become incredibly attracted to the fantasy/general notion of themselves as a woman. Because it's a strong sexual fantasy for these guys, their idea of their looks is incredibly unhinged from reality.

I highly recommend reading "The Man Who Would Be Queen" by Michael Bailey. When he first had it published, it so incensed transactivists that he had to spend several years essentially on the run from them. A few of them published porn images with his children's faces superimposed onto them, and spread false rumours about Bailey being a child molester. These guys flatly denied that autogynephilia even exists, which is hilarious in light of their incredible overreaction. Anyway, here's a link to a free pdf of the book: https://faculty.wcas.northwestern.edu/JMichael-Bailey/TMWWBQ.pdf

Thank you for your reply and I have downloaded the .pdf file though of course I have not yet read it.

*THIS* sounds exactly the norm for transactivists who will have no truck with a differing point of view:

As you say, their incredible overreaction, not just in this case but in so many others, might be hilarious except for the blatant violence, usually sexual violence, threatened by them against their dissenters. I posted a short while ago about the absolute misogynistic, violent sexual threats to JK Rowling, illustrated by many actual screenshots in one of Graham's posts.

I will state here and now: Any politician or policy-maker who has *EVER* decided to support changing the law of the land to favour such people with quite obvious mental disorders, at the expense of just over 50 percent of the population, needs to "CHECK THEIR THINKING" as a now infamous police officer once told Harry Miller.

(As an aside - I live in Scotland and there is a website called "Wings Over Scotland" which nominally was created in support of Scottish Independence. Lately, the author of that site has gone into great detail about the SNP Government's plans/attempts to change the Gender Recognition law. Thankfully (hopefully?) their plans seem to have crumbled and it is worth having a read through that blog about how *they* once seemed all powerful, but thanks to grassroots objections their plans have hopefully come to nought.)

I quite agree with you about politicians kowtowing to this demographic. It's quite breathtaking how far these extremists have advanced their faux human rights cause, isn't it?

I hope you derive some enjoyment from TMWWBQ - I found it both interesting and amusing in parts, too. Of course, it's not an academic treatise, but then, it was written to be accessible for the general public. I'm sure that alone piqued the fury of those TRAs. Were you aware that even mentioning autogynephilia can get one booted off quite a few social media platforms, despite the fact that science really has no plausible alternative hypotheses concerning the drivers behind adult MtT transgenderism? The reach of these guys is truly phenomenal, considering that most are essentially demanding that society accommodate their paraphilia.

Of course, I agree that there is NOTHING amusing about the violence these people threaten others with, nor their inability to brook any dissent. We can only hope that others wake up to the reality of this situation sooner rather than later.

BTW: I have become aware of the Wings Over Scotland website. There's some great, incisive writing on the institutional capture at play there, isn't there?

The other trick that turns my stomach even more is the chin down, look upwards (eyelash fluttering optional) . I had no opinion either way about Sam Smith then he did that on a chat show. I saw the revolting underlying implied submission - will you be gentle with me if I’m a good girl? I suddenly realised that that was his idea of ‘being a woman’. 🤢

Do you know how Christopher Hitchens described Diana? It's related to these comments by the way - He called her a 'simpering Bambi narcissist.' Which is rather apt for the comment by Shirley!

Well.....I take a feminist approach to all things Diana, tbh, recognising that the horribly dysfunctional Royal family is especially horrible to its women! But Hitchens had a point, nevertheless 😀

I've been saying for years that misogyny should be recognised in the DSM 5. It is undoubtedly a mental disorder to be unable to recognise the humanity and human rights of half the human race, to automatically want to harm them. Treatment could include moving to an island with all the other misogynists, then a dome could be placed over the top of it. I've never met a genuine racist who wasn't also a misogynist, btw. So you'd be solving a lot of racism with my dome solution too.

Ok, that's just a happy daydream I have. However, I genuinely do believe that hatred of half the human race is a mental disorder and should be treated as such.

"However, I genuinely do believe that hatred of half the human race is a mental disorder and should be treated as such."

This statement is so true.

When I go back and read the horrific, hateful, violent content of posts against J.K.Rowling as Graham so clearly demonstrated a day or so ago, I do honestly wonder how any single person in this World can join forces with such vicious posters. And yet, there are thousands upon thousands gleefully joining in an online lynching of a person who simply really said, "I disagree".

If such crude, virulent posts are *NOT* a sign of mental disorder/illness, and a great many thousands of Tw@tter posters support such posts, we are really in a heck of a lot of trouble.

What I mean is, thousands upon thousands of Tw@tteratis support such vicious posts.

Many *fewer* Thousands of Tw@tteratis *DO NOT* support the same vicious posts.

*BUT* The non-supporters on Tw@tter are simply frit to voice their concerns because they know damn well they will be silenced and *THEN CANCELLED* in an instant.

They're always trying the no true transman (no true Scotsman) fallacy. So a thousand violent angry men who all say they're trans or trans allies wished Joanne Rowling to be raped to death. But REAL men who are trans are all stunning and brave and super safe to be around. And it's up to us women to figure it out, or just stay home on the urine leash.

Some of them are autogynephiles. Some of them are mentally disordered in other ways, NPD, BPD, psychosis. Some of them are just vicious little sods. All of them are misogynists.

I believe that the majority of people, even the ones pretending otherwise, know full well men aren't women. It's just another way they get to harm women while pretending plausible deniability.

Violent hatred is not logical. Decent humans make the mistake of trying to figure out the reasons for deranged humans behaviour, and it's usually just not possible. It's not always upbringing, or traceable to a root cause.

A psychologist years ago was discussing psychopaths with me (another in depth topic) and said "The whys don't matter. Even if they could tell you why they would probably be lying to themselves. It only matters that you protect yourself from them".

There are a lot of different, individual reasons these men are getting off on screaming abuse at Joanne Rowling and other decent people, you'll drive yourself mad trying to figure it all out. We are a flawed species.

That's the crux of the issue, right there IMO. I think the philosophical/psychological term for this phenomenon is "False Consensus". It's fascinating (not to mention horrifying) how deeply embedded the notion that one's gender need not align with objective reality has become, all on the back of an unfalsifiable claim primarily made by clinical narcissists.
