I know I should stop going on about this, but it’s so MADDENING.
Katie Herzog and Jesse Singal spent an entire episode of their podcast criticising me and my ‘tactics’ (which stupidly included trying to get a certain journalist interested in the Aimee Challenor story) and Herzog has admitted she hasn’t even read this blog! What is she basing her critique on, then? My Wikipedia entry?
@WomensLibFront I’ve never read GL’s blog but if you listened to the show you would know that Jesse credited him for the Challenor story. And we disagree with his tactics and yet defended him from deplatforming so if you think we’re the enemy you’re as deluded as the people you’re fighting.
I dunno, man. I don’t know why I expect anything of these people.

This is particularly annoying because a major theme of theirs is how wrong, lazy and unjust it is when people disseminate negative views about someone without doing the homework of going to the source and finding out what the pariah actually said or did, which would have revealed that the target was being smeared. Gah.
