Whoever thought feeling "more like a boy on the inside" (whatever that means exactly) should result in this outcome needs therapy themselves, and never to work in a professional medical setting ever again. This is the opposite of healthcare.
UN Women is captured. Would love them to actually see the 'human rights' they are espousing. The right to be tortured? The right to lose the use of a limb? The right to lifelong sexual dysfunction? The right to a ruined endocrine system and all the concomitant problems stemming from from that ruin? The right to a lifetime of cognitive dissonance? The right to be sterilized in pursuit of a physical impossibility? The right of parents, and teachers, and governments to tell children psychologically damaging lies? The right to undergo experimental surgeries? The right to deny physical reality? The right to smash the safeguarding of the vulnerable? The right to erase the existential meaning of being a woman? The right of humanity to acknowledge biological truth. Is this actually what UN Women is espousing?
I wonder how the UN squares their push for 'gender health care' with the ten human experimentation principles of the Nuremberg Code? Good God, we can no longer trust any institution. And not being able to trust expertise is devastatingly bad for a civil society.
How can Kai advocate for tran rights when no-one seems to be able to articulate them. What right don't they have? They are already coddled, pandered to, and prioritised over women, children and reality. They are put in womens' prisons, they are affirmed, they are given the medical things (I cannot cause it care) they demand, they have access to womens spaces for the most part, they are getting access to children. The right to force your "identity" on others should NOT be a right.
My experience of doctors -- whom I prefer to call parasites -- is their motto is "Do nothing but harm." I know some of the commenters have gotten decent health care, but everyone I speak with in the U.S. either has their own or a family member's horror story.

Definitely the profit motive plays a part, but so does so-called "consensus medicine." Medicine just like climate science should NOT be based upon consensus but upon actual factual research. Doctors here are lazy and incompetent, and our medical boards are filled with what are termed "principal investigators," more properly called inquisitors. Anyone who steps out of line -- no matter their patient outcomes -- can be suspended (as a doctor was in the U.K. for proper treatment of hypothyroidism), while the bottom-feeder practitioners go on their merry way maiming and killing people.
