Meet your new inclusion advisor
Need a creepy straight man to advise your business? Try Stonewall!
Should women – or indeed anyone - be expected to attend professional meetings with men who post online pictures of themselves in stockings, suspenders and crotchless panties? Or who boast about their porn stash and describe themselves as ‘fuck dollies’ on Facebook?
It’s a question some might be considering when forced to listen to ‘advice’ from one of Stonewall’s new account managers and LGBTQ+ Inclusion Advocates, ‘Aimee’ Linfield.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Linfield was a teaching assistant in a primary school (!) and also worked for the LGBT Foundation, delivering training on how healthcare professionals should care for ‘LGBTQ+’ patients.
In his new role, he delivers training and advice to public and private sector organisations, assisting them in managing inclusion policies and processes for Stonewall’s controversial Workplace Equality Index."
‘Outside of work I'm an active member of Manchester Roller Derby* where I'm currently Captain of the B team. In my spare time I enjoy creative pursuits such as designing digital art and working on a novel,’ he says.
But that’s not his only creative pursuit, as any due diligence check would have shown when Stonewall was hiring. Even a cursory glance at Linfield’s Instagram account reveals him to have an alias of SuperSteamKitty whose hyper-sexualised cartoons of young women and girls appear on the website Deviant Art.
He has another alias - Kitty Fallon. Fallon’s porn-bloated blog includes explicit pictures of himself in underwear or sexual positions. It has chapters called: ‘Tied and Spanked’, ‘Dolly Gets Used’ and ‘Puppy Play’.
In ‘Puppy Play’, he describes meeting one girl and putting a collar and leash around her neck: ‘Telling her to heel I walked around her room with my new bitch in tow before leading her back to the centre of the room and looking at her appraisingly,’ he writes. He also mentions how ‘Many of my biggest fetishes concern any form of objectification’.
On his public Facebook – not long before he began his ‘teaching role’ - he boasts: ‘Finding saved porn is like being reunited with old friends. So many happy memories!’ and ‘Not looking forward to sitting on the pews in church this morning. My ass took a real beating last night, not gonna be fun!
Our whistleblower, David** - whose wife recently had to attend a meeting with Linfield said: ‘My wife knew as soon as she saw the name on the attendee list that ‘Aimee’ would be a man, so we did some quick research and it wasn’t long before we were confronted with some very explicit material.”
‘My wife is quite shy, and I deeply resent that she had to sit and take lessons from this disgusting man. Why should she have to sit in her place of work and listen to him? His concept of womanhood is clearly derived from porn, with which he’s clearly obsessed.”
“If he was ordinary ‘Andrew’ or ‘Anthony Linfield’ she would have felt comfortable complaining about his presence. No man would – or should - get away with having social media or blog content like that and be able to lecture women at their workplace.
*Roller Derby is usually played by women so it’s likely he’s indulging his sadistic fantasies on a flat track in what is supposed to be an all-female team
**Not his real name.
It's all a big racket of sexual harrassment, that's the point. These men get off on going into workplaces where everyone is forced to pretend that they are female, where they "train" people (uncomfortable women, many of them convinced that this is about "justice" and "rights" and squashing their doubts as best they can) how to better titillate any *other* AGPs they might come across, so all the men can get their respective jollies. It's disgusting and the fact that it exists, largely unrecognized for what it really is, is a big ole cock-waving testiment to the continued, pervasive misogyny of the world.
Oh for fucks sake. By this point I think that Stonewalls 'due diligence' must be a process by which they exclude anyone who does not have a fetishistic social media presence.
