I loved listening to these sensible, intelligent, compassionate people. In case anyone isn't aware Stella does a wonderful podcast with Sasha Ayad called 'Gender, a wider lense'. So informative.

I tried to sign but I'm in the US. Just came over here for an infusion of sanity since I'm dry-heaving after reading Biden lauding his child rape brigade he's fighting for as 'so brave'. Ughh...I'm so sick of this we have NOTHING in the US to choose from leadership wise, predator enablers or wanna be fascist rapists...a desert, morality wise

I loved this conversation and would welcome a follow up in the future with them. Great work, Graham.

Glad to see those in the profession(s)speaking up. This really is about the erasure of women ultimately though and has huge economic and enabling for men to continue to exploit the labour time and bodies of women and their children. Simply don’t exist under this idealogy as a class who have specific legal and human rights and protections and freedoms. As always with the war on women cunning as shithouse rats.

How crazy that this situation has even arisen, and that these principled people are having to muster signatures to get it even talked about and challenged. Meanwhile lives are profoundly damaged because of cowardly kowtowing to self-serving ideologues behind the MoU, and the resultant auto-transing of all sorts of vulnerable young (as well as older) people. People who should absolutely not be auto-'affirmed' to damage or lose parts of themselves, who

instead deserve patient, empathetic therapeutic exploration of WHY they've come to believe they want 'transition'.

These lovely folk address it with grace and humour but it's one dark mess of a scandal.

As a bi woman married to a bi man I was interested recently to find out we could call ourselves a "queer" couple, and that we're under the trans umbrella. Bloody big umbrella, in that case.
