This will likely take a few years to build-up a head of steam, but that pressure will inevitably rise as more detransitioners identify as such and they build larger communities of themselves worldwide to pursue medical malpractice cases. As time goes by the evidence for long-term damage from puberty blockers will become more apparent and I suspect a new industry of lawyers and expert witnesses will be created to address the deluge of cases. The targets for those will range from specific hospitals, clinics (in the UK, NHS Trusts) to individual doctors, consultants, therapists, teachers & head teachers, social workers, charity trustees, newspaper owners, editors and individual journalists, bloggers, council employees, Federal officers/civil servants (in the UK not covered by Crown Immunity) activists and 'general' pro-child-mutilation 'allies' who have outed themselves on social media and been archived/screen 'shotted' accordingly.

I suspect the key indicator of change is when medical indemnity insurers declare that any gender-based medical activity commencing after a particular date in-the-near-future will not be covered unless by agreed exception, as it is these firms who are 'in-the-frame' initially and may be looking at having to pay tens-of-billions of $ worldwide before the decade is up.

The criminal aspect is a lot harder to prove than negligence. There is certainly plenty of evidence of organised homophobia in the TRA movement, but whether it could be proven that certain individuals, organisations and companies pursued a deliberate homophobic (and particularly lesbophobic) policy, such as that demonstrated and documented being practised by Pride Cymru, Manchester Pride or London Pride...would be tough call.

I reckon though future Western societies, faced with the appalling crimes committed against gay and/or autistic adolescents and children by the gender lobby, would demand criminal trials in addition to the civil cases being pursued enthusiastically.

Absolutely agree 100% ,👍We've all been saying this for a very long time ,and these " gender professionals " have shamefully ignored all the evidence . This is child abuse AND medical malpractice and these people should be in jail !! Brilliantly put article. Thank you for sharing 👍👏❤️

With it almost all the way. The legal qualification as crime against humanity is problematic, though.

It would be one if this were a conscious attempt to "fix" lesbians and gay men. I doubt it is. I am afraid that the doctors and other professionals involved in this have convinced themselves they are doing their best for their patients and this includes turning a blind eye to the outcomes.

This is very important and a massive indictment. I wonder how much publicity it will get?

This is the problem with supremacist thinking of any and all types. It becomes a matter of personal ego where supremacists will not look at anything that proves them wrong. This is the very opposite of what child safeguarding is and should be which requires 360 degree consideration. What if we are wrong should be just as high on their list of questions as how do we prove we are right. The cult of positivity, refusal to take personal accountability coupled with post modern we all have our own truth has annihilated critical thinking. This is showing in the kind of leaders we are voting in and our chronic response to global warming.

I hope Lesbians United send this to the WHO and to the UN. What an excellent piece of work! Thank you for sharing it with us.

If anyone feels a bit daunted by the length of it, the actual reading material would be less than half of the total number of pages by the time the references are taken out. Plus, it’s written in an easy-to-read way, so that even a non-academic like myself found it easy to read and understand.

Excellent work by Lesbians United. It never ceases to amaze on several levels; not least that the medical scandal of the decade (and the century so far) has been mostly ignored by journalistic outlets around the world, and if it wasn't for people who just take it on themselves to report these things, most media would continue to ignore it.

It's hard to believe that in the year 2022 we're reading about medical experimentation on (mostly) lesbian girls, yet there it is.

Dr. Stephen B. Levine has posted webpages of his expert testimony on how "informed consent" is a fallacy. HIs paper was published at francis&tayloronline, a psychiatric website. It is called "Reconsidering Informed Consent"

This doctor must have testified against "gender" surgeons already, as he's posted "Expert Testimony" webpages under his name. This means that we haven't heard about it because of non-disclosure agreements. This is in the US, where it is very difficult to sue for "affirmation" malpractice, because all of the treatments are off-label, not approved by the FDA, which is in the fine print on the consent forms.

Because of this, I take issue with the stance of Buck Angel, who has said "trans" kids might not need to go to college, as you can make a good living posting your own pornography.
