Sorry to go on about it, but now that Ireland has joined the UK in changing their advice on puberty blockers, just think about how much damage these reckless narcissists have done to kids, while at the same time arguing that the women who raised objections were bigots. Again,
I went on a course re trans students (I work in education), there were “genderbread man” posters, lots of education and social care professionals, and two parents of trans people. The mother of a 4/5 year old trans child was an advocate for early medication to be given, ie puberty blockers so that her child would not become too masculine and would be as pretty as possible. This seemed to be her greatest issue, that her child should be a pretty girl. I have no doubt that if puberty blockers are still available via the Tavistock, that her son will be given them in the next couple of years as he approaches puberty. The professionals and public figures, including the blue tick brigade, who have pushed this medication on children, or who have been vocal in their condemnation of any dissenting voices, have an awful lot to answer. Like you I hope that judgement falls hard on them.
