My friend Marion Millar has had all charges dropped against her. For standing up against the sexual coercion of lesbians, the medical abuse of gender nonconforming children and the harassment of feminists, she was targeted by police and activists, and sometimes by police acting as activists. Her trial would have been a humiliation for both Scotland’s police and David Paisley, but nonetheless it’s a relief that she won’t have to deal with the stress any longer. Shame on Scotland’s police for facilitating the abuse of a feminist.
Oh this is brilliant news! I cried a bit! So glad & relieved for Marion. But it's an utter disgrace she's been put through this nightmare. (How I'd love to be a fly on the wall of a certain bus stop "actor" right now.)
I would hope there would be some consequences for vexatious litigants (isn't he behind the nonsense being aimed at Ceri Black?) but I suspect there won't be. So pleased for Marion.
2) Now what about “Police Scotland” investigating vexatious complainants? What about some public apologies? What about some fair news coverage (remember that incident at the Doctors pub in Edinburgh?)
What a relief for her and her family, but a disgrace that it ever happened in the first place. Let’s hope it forces others to reflect on their knee-jerk tendencies to pursue women who step out of line.
Excellent news, and all she had to suffer was about four months of stress, harassment, threats of imprisonment and being defamed on the internet. The process is indeed the punishment.

Marion should do as much publicity as possible to tell people what was done to her and why and the hell she's been put through for months for nothing.
I had to take a few minutes to absorb this. What I have been waiting for since the start of this outrageous case. I was so ashamed of Scotland letting it go this far. Police Scotland must wake up to what is going on with these spurious accusations. As well as being happy for Marion I want to thank Graham and all of you for leading the way out of this mess.
