The TRAs aren't as brave when there are other men in the vicinity. It's a shame that women need that support to gather together, but it's important for us to stand with them when needed.
Not any old sort of “men’s club” - a *Working* Men’s Club.
The sort of club that not long ago barred women from joining as members. Non-members had/have to be signed-in by members as “guests” and cannot buy drinks, or anything else, at the bar. Women were/are banned from certain rooms in the clubs. The worst club I visited only allowed women in one pokey, badly furnished room - we had gone there to watch a big event on TV, not realising that women were not allowed in the TV Room.
Things have changed a lot for the better in the last 10-20 years. One thing that has stayed the same is that “working men” know what a woman is. Another is that they have no time for privileged, middle-class tossers.
We have held our public Women’s Rights meetings in a “Working Men’s Club” and the club has been brilliant in standing up to or just ignoring woke protesters. Another bonus is that bar prices are way lower than pub prices.
Most UK clubs belong to the CIU aka WMCIU (Working Men’s Club and Institute Union) and have a CIU sign outside.
I know the history well, spent time as a wee whipper snapper running about in them! In Australia they're called RSLs (Returned Services Leagues) and they also have mighty cheap booze! It's a strange old world we live in!
We have to remember that many men are GC and are allies and supporters of women’s sex based rights. Gay men are just as attacked as lesbians when same sex attraction is undermined by gender ideology. So glad that they got to have their meeting. Bravo everyone involved
Excellent. Any progress at all lifts ones heart. And thanks to the males who actually stood up and had our backs. Women need allies and those males were awesome.
Well done Katrina and co. for the perseverance. Even though there's a lot of opposition in your way, the bravery and determination shine through to the other side of the world. We're with you, and you have right on your side. Don't give up or give in, and I promise you we won't either.
We discover as we get older and get more experience that we AKSHUALLY don’t have the legal and human rights in law as the bros in institutions won’t AKSHUALLY enforce any of them... except to exploit women and children in their favour and if their aggression doesn’t work women are targeted with passive aggressive bs and delaying and sabotaging tactics. It’s very important to men to bully and use women....anyway they can. Nothing new really and very boring. Male supremacy must be upheld at all costs and its self defeating and destructive. The fact we have to pussy foot around these privileged entitled sooky weak blouses is even worse. NZ has brocialism not socialism.
Wow! How's that! A men's club! The irony! Amazing. We can only hope this will help bring rational minded people, no matter which sex, together, more!

They sound like our British Legion Clubs :-)
Those small victories will add up; sending positive vibes to SUFW!

Ferguson's Maxim On Trans Rights Activism:
1. It's all about the penis and where they can put it.
2. If you reject the penis you're a bigoted TERF.
3. Rejection of the penis is met with rapey/murdery responses.
