Good on you! I remember as I was reading the first couple of pages of his statement, thinking that in some ways he's shot himself in the foot. If wanting to create a dialogue with a child that he wouldn't be willing to have in front of their parents isn't grooming, then what is? Not necessarily a paedophile, but certainly a very dangerous individual willing to intentionally influence children behind the backs of their parents.
Also strongly dislike the welding of lesbian, gay and bisexual people in his tirade, of which you have been a staunch supporter of throughout. By the last page, with the accusation of "far-right bigotry" I kind of pictured him straining with rage as all reason is abandoned. The very fact he would make such a broad statement about your overall political position based on your view of this issue, suggests to me that he knows he has to create these cartoony distortions of character to prop up the little credibility he has left.

Here's the simple fact of it: This guy is not a woman and never will be. He has no idea what it is to be a woman, not the first clue. He is a man who thinks of himself as a woman - a trans identified man - which is fine and dandy for himself and any man who sees himself that way. We could respect and appreciate that perspective - that verifiable lived reality, which has a lot to tell us about ourselves - an actual truth which has yet to be universally acknowledged, least of all by many trans identified men, apparently. If they would stop the outrageous nonsense claims to OTHER PEOPLE'S* reality, to have actualised the impossible - and the colossal harm which that lie is doing - some real good could come of this. But so many of these men are motivated by hatred of women in fact, so much so that they wish to usurp our status as a class of people to be respected for what we actually are: real, material, biological WOMEN. How did one of their leading lights put it? 'The asshole is the universal vagina', he said. 'Detransition, Baby!' Keep your dicks, because the power and meaning of male and female existence are all men's for the taking. Talk about disappearing up your own fundament! Men get to have a penis, and a vagina-cum-asshole. Where does that leave women?
