After posting on Twitter I spent a few hours going through all the coming out day positive posts, liking and thanking to let them all know they are seen and supported. It felt awesome spreading the gratitude and love all over twatter! Great job everyone!

Happy Terfmas! I haven’t revealed myself online as my concerns remain the same regarding the small domestic abuse charity I work for and the impact that could have not only on me but on their future funding if I revealed my identity. Not that that was ever a requirement of GC coming out day as suggested by the misinformation I’ve seen being spread on the bird app. Instead I talked to my manager (a retired Police Sargent) a few days ago about what’s going on in Girl Guiding (his 11 year old daughter is a Girl Guide) and showed him pics of the Nottingham leader in his leather get up and he was furious. On Friday I placed some Womens Rights Network leaflets around while out shopping. So that was my bit for GC coming out day and I will continue to have small conversations and share info in my personal life because that’s what it’s all about, one conversation at a time. Hope everyone else has had a good day and not had any nasty experiences. We will win in the end! 💜

I love this group, I don’t often comment it I love reading everyone else’s input. I haven’t ‘come out’ as such but am in dribs and drabs. I’m chief terf in my family and my sons and daughters are all in agreement with me.

I peek colleague’s at work (I can’t believe any midwife wouldn’t believing biological sex) bit by bit, and most seem to be in agreement.

Massive Happy Terfmass to you all ♥️♥️♥️

I can't come out because of someone's else's privacy, but I am Jo/Josephine March at times, and I write to lot of individuals and organisations. I believe what I've told them has informed them, and I always, always write to thank those who are bravely speaking out in their own names. I have donated to a lot of crowdfunders so that others can be a voice for me and all the other women and men working in the public sector

We have missed you below the line in the Times Jo.

Thank you. I spent too much time on there, and was increasingly frustrated by the moderation. I may go back at some point, but there are lots of you on there spreading the message.

You were amazing there, a squadron leader for gender sanity, making a real difference. I think Times readers would genuinely be a lot less well informed but for your repeated posts! Hoping you might find your mojo for it again, though I understand, and have pretty miuch bowed out, too.

Queer theorists complaining that GC are appropriating "coming out" is an entertaining theme from today.

I’ve never been on social media but am out to all my friends, who tolerate me. I'll post my full name on here when all the anonymous keyboard lads who harass Graham Linehan on their what'sit forum post theirs.

Meanwhile, shout out to a fierce lady from LA, “Cabana Angel,” whose video about the Wi Spa incident went viral—Merry Terfmas to you. And to all of you here.

Hallelujah! After all the relentlessly depressing stories, good news comes as such a blessed relief. Hope everyone had a great day.

Came out as GC on Facebook but don't use twatter

Heya - Lesley Whittaker here (was Reluctant Cynic on twatter until they decided I was persona non grata). After a long day of DIY with a side order of beer & radio football, I'm delighted to declare my abhorrence at the excesses of the gender cultists. After today's labours I've been chilling with tikka, a lovely Chard & Life of Brian on Netflix (well, it is xmas).

When that movie was released it was banned in Glasgow but I eventually got to see it in a dingy cinema in Edinburgh once I'd moved here for uni & I'm suddenly struck by the parallels. Heresy, blasphemy, wrongthink, censorship - all sounds so very familiar. Could that really have been 40 years ago?? Plus ça change eh?

Yep LOB still rings true after all these years . People in Glasgow forget it was bannend . I come from Clydebank where it wasnt bannend although my RC mates told me their teachers were outside the cinema noting pupils who went to see it . Could the comparisons between the 'He said Jehovah' scene and trans be any clearer ?

Absolutely. Yet look what just happened to Terry Gilliam! Despite having had the blessing of Stephen Sondheim himself to direct his show, the People's Mob of PoutyShouty Conformists got him cancelled. Unbelievable.

LOB was made in 1979. Who could have imagined where things have got to 40 years later.

Reformed cynic, thanks for the LOB @Xmas idea.

Of course it would be banned today for different reasons than at that time.

Life of Brian was both misunderstood and misrepresented by those who sought to ban it. As you say the parallels to today both in content and outraged response are clear!

I have to confess that I didn't come out - because I was busy with #MehrBrutaleWahrheit, a spontaneous initiative of german GC women (and a few men). Under the hashtag we posted obvious statements like "There are only two sexes", "Only women menstruate", etc. (in german) but also retweeted some fantastic english tweets and threads. We got the hashtag trending and reached 11k posts before it miraculously disappeared from Twitter trends... Since gender ideology is not discussed in Germany - although spreading on social media and in schools and with selfID planned to be written into law by the new government - creating awareness seemed more urgent than coming out personally.

Many thanks to those internationals who sent us support!

Building a GC network in Germany is slow, but we start to gain some momentum; the first flyers have been printed and distributed and I'm waiting for 5000 to be delivered to me :-D.

I'd like to use this opportunity to really thank all the fantastic people in the UK and US who by entering this fight before us provided us with ideas and arguments (and unfortunately also examples) for why selfID will be damaging to girls and women.

Happy Terfmass !! I've came out FB a while back but good to do it anyway . I'm recently retired but tbh I may not have done so if I was still working due to a captured/barely competant management so much respect to people who do it in their workplace .

Earlier today.

@Bronwen85

I'm not saying this has fallen flat but there are about 500 tweets about this and 90% of them are people saying how pathetic it is.
