I used to participate in Gender Critical before some pedophilic fetishists got it shut down, thus destroying all of our intellectual property overnight. I worked through my trauma during a time of intense PTSD after rape and abuse by the kind of abusive male I see everywhere in the trans movement.
I remember- am haunted by the memory of- one young woman who told me two different men who had raped her on two separate occasions had now transitioned to thunderous applause, which meant of course all their sins were forgiven and no one gave a shit about what had happened to her or any of their other victims. I remember feeling so awful for her.
I also became paranoid my rapist might try the same, since I’d remembered him talking about fond memories of cross dressing in his twenties and the fake female persona he’d made for himself. I remember him saying he was “too ugly” to do it anymore (he would always have been too ugly), and I wondered if he’d maybe woken up to just how hideous you can be as a late transitioner- inside and out- and still have everyone fall of over themselves to praise you. All he wanted was people sympathy and attention for his exquisite victimhood, so really it would have been the best choice for him, once his crimes against multiple women came out, and he was cold-shouldered by the community. Just do a Clymer and slap on some bad purple lipstick, and call it a day.
The uglier they are, the more sympathy they seem to get, as people can’t believe they’re not for real if they’d stoop to humiliating themselves like that. Your average person has no idea what these guys are really after.

I would refuse to call a man who raped me with his penis “she” in court, and if someone tried to make me, I’d sue. A case I read about that took place in Illinois has a woman suing the department of corrections for putting her in a cell with a trans identified man who raped her. He said it was consensual, prison officials took his side. So even if a woman is locked into a cell with a violent man, it still comes down to he said/she said, and he is given the benefit of the doubt.
